I had Dan come out and quote and Chris install a new indirect water heater. I thought the pricing was fair and the work was quality. Chris was professional and was intentional with fitting the pipes in a visually pleasing way. His welds were clean, and, the new water heater works great. They were recommended to me by the father in law and will continue to use them in the future.

I have used AAA service At least five times now a washer repair, electrical and recently, a new Carrier furnace install.I have never been disappointed but always impressed. Their prices are reasonable, their technicians are competent and knowledgeable. And, they all act like they like their jobs and working for this company. Every technician has put up with every question Ive asked with no problem and explained things to my understanding. There isnt anything that I can say that is negative about this company. All the way from the person answering the phone, to the person doing the scheduling to the technicians, it has been a pleasure to do business with!

Although I did not use this company for my most recent project, I have used them in the past. They did both my A/C and Furnace and can not complain about the work performed. Great job on that. I will say for the electrical job I had them come out to quote was way more fair (about half) then their competition but did decide to use a different contractor. I will use AAA service network in the future and I do recommend them...

Brian is a thoughtful, considerate professional and a wonderful problem solver. Because we think so highly of his work, we call AAA whenever we have an issue! We first met AAA Network 2 years ago when we did a kitchen remodel and our dishwasher would not drain properly after it was put back. The plumbers who did the remodel could not figure it out and tried to pass the buck to the dishwasher company. Our contractor then recommended we reach out to AAA. Brian came out and discovered a kink in the drainage hose that the other guys had overlooked: problem solved! He just came out again today, because our fridge was gushing water all over the floor. We felt that it was not an ordinary blockage. And indeed, Brian discovered that a small screw from inside the freezer had dropped inside the drainage hose that normally feeds into the drip pan. Thanks, Brian and AAA for being so helpful and reliable! Their office staff is friendly and responsive, following up at every step of the way. We feel that we are in good hands with AAA.

I called to schedule an appointment to look at my refrigerator as it wasn’t cooling enough. The woman who picked up was super nice and realized how concerned I was, she knew that I couldn’t wait 3 days just in case the fridge broke before then so she put me on a call list in case something opened up. They were able to squeeze me in the next day and the repair specialist, Brian, was super awesome. He found the issue, fixed it and made good conversation.I would highly recommend AAA, they were affordable and fixed the issue very quickly!

We recently had a new Carrier Furnace and Air Conditioner installed by AAA. Steve and John did an outstanding job! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Tarps were placed where needed to access the basement. They spent in excess of 10 hours over two days to complete the challenging job in our Victorian home. They left the installation area immaculate! I highly recommend AAA for your HVAC needs!

Another excellent experience with this company, start to finish. From the first call to the phone staff, you can tell it’s a professional environment you’re dealing with. The staff is always friendly and cheerful, directing you to the service members who can tackle whatever problem you have. I’ve always been amazed how quickly they can get someone out to assess the issue. This was the second time that Jacob was sent to assess a plumbing concern, and he is just the nicest fellow you’d ever meet. Polite and easy manner, super pleasant. He quickly assessed the problem and scheduled two other nice fellows to come the very next day for the repair. Chris and Nick were equally polite and professional, got the job done well and thoroughly, and explained the new equipment to me in language any layperson can understand. I was happy to see how they took such care in cleaning up with work area after finishing. Finally, another staff person called the next day to make absolutely sure I was happy with the installation and the overall experience. I mean, THAT is professionalism and service at its finest. They really are worth every penny. Once again, I’m very happy with AAA Services, and I’ll definitely call them again!

Service was great from start to finish. The individual at the call center was polite and accommodating. I asked her if she needed model number. She said she did not because they most often have parts needed in their trucks. Brian, the gentleman who serviced my refrigerator, was on time, professional, and had all part’s needed to make repairs. Typically, when I have used GE for service, they never have the parts, which means they have to come back to finish the job. I will definitely use this company again for any appliance needing repair.

We experienced a fridge emergency. Our fridge suddenly stopped cooling. I made several calls but most appliance repair service companies were booked for that day. I searched Google reviews and found AAA Service Network with many recommendations for Brian for fridge repair. I called the phone number and Michelle pleasantly answered and asked how can I make you smile today? I explained the fridge emergency.She was able to schedule Brian for 10:00 am the next day.Brian arrived on time. Brian was polite and professional throughout the service visit. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty starter device for the compressor. He also checked to make sure the compressor, fan, and other fridge parts were in working order. He explained how the cooling process works and only charged for what needed to be replaced. He cleaned the condenser coils so the fan would run at the appropriate speed.Our fridge is now in excellent working condition.I would hire AAA Service Network again!!

I had a warrantied garbage disposal installed last week (by someone else), and it was done incorrectly. Water and ground up food were leaking/spraying (during disposal operation) from multiple locations, including the sink drain and the PVC trap connections; the garbage disposal was also hanging freely from the sink drain line and actually disconnected due to vibration. Jacob Kletzka from AAA came to my home 2 days earlier than scheduled and was able to identify and correct these many deficiencies in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional while in my home, and even took the time to show me what should have happened the first time the garage disposal was installed all while making the repairs. He is a bright young man, and an all around fantastic technician. I look forward to working with Jacob and AAA in the future for all of my home improvement projects. I highly recommend AAA to anyone looking for superb-quality workmanship at fair and competitive pricing, especially in the area of plumbing.

We recently purchased and installed a set of new Speed Queen (commercial quality made in the the USA) Washer & Dryer. The installers fixed a gas dryer venting issue that we have dealt with for way too long & the Washer provides plenty of water with optimal results. Thanks for the service.

Absolutely top notch service from everyone at this company!I had called service out with another company who came out and pulled apart my furnace told me what was wrong and never followed up again, leaving me with a torn apart furnace at the start of winter with a 3 month old grand baby I watch full time.I called AAA as I used to use them many years ago in a previous home they were absolutely amazing.Bill in parts found the motor I needed and got it to me within 24 hours, amazing! AAA Service Network went above and beyond on several projects we had done! We recently had a whole home generator installed, a gas heater for our garage, an electrical panel upgrade and an electrical outlet for our RV added to our house. Requiring several technicians to be at our house over the past couple weeks. Every single technician that entered our home from start to finish was AMAZING, efficient, professional and kind! They also work well as a team! My husband is a disabled veteran and they were all patient and helpful with making sure everything was convenient to our schedule with having 7 children! They have the best customer service we’ve ever had, from technicians to their call center! Which made us feel more like they were taking care of their own family, rather than just another job! We cannot thank them enough for everything! We will be using them again for future projects and highly recommend them for any projects you might have!

Lance was the tech and found the problem within a few unites, he was also polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. The problem was just a fan motor capacitor. I had AAA Service Network out to replace a sump pump which had stopped working. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and I was able to schedule work for the next day.The tech arrived promptly and was able to get the work done quickly. When the installed part had an issue, he was able to quickly swap it out for another to complete the work.I did have a customer care issue which was quickly resolved by Michelle, which I appreciated. Their customer service is excellent. I will say that customers should review the pricing and call the office with any questions. In my case, the quoted price was clearly inaccurate and had to be resolved by the office, which is my reason for knocking off one star in this case.Overall, Im pleased with the work and the customer care, and would call AAA again for urgent repairs.

I had a broken pipe and they were able to fit me in the same day. Nancy was prompt in calling me back about a cancellation. Jacob came at the expected time and worked quickly and efficiently to help me, and even helped unhook and move my washer, which was getting replaced the next week. I would be happy to request him again for plumbing. But all of AAA Service Network’s techs have always done excellent work for me, and they are all very courteous and polite, as are the office staff. I’m very happy with their service.

Great company with great staff. We had what appeared to be a light to moderate leak in our crawlspace. A plumber (Ryan) was sent out the very next day and was able to diagnose and repair it very quickly (it was a lose pipe leaking onto all the other drain pipes. Ryan was also able to fix several other potentially costly repairs easily, and what we thought would take thousands of dollars over the course of a week was fixed in 20 mins and saved us a ton of money. The technician was both honest and skilled at his job, two things I value greatly.

If we could give them 10 stars We would. We first called several other companies and were unhappy with their quotes and lack of professionalism. We called AAA Services to wire our breaker panel so we could run a portable generator to power the house. JT came out and was friendly and honest. It was nice to have someone explain to me what needed to be done, not just try to confuse me and charge me a lot of money. He took the time to test things and figure out how it would need to be installed (properly), so there would be no surprises during the next power outage. I am literally thrilled with how everything turned out. JT made everything as simple and painless as possible.

AAA is a great service repair company! I’ve used them at least 3 times for different appliances over the years, and they’ve each been repaired quickly and efficiently. Often, we’ve had repairs done the same day that I’ve called! AAA gives several courtesy calls to tell us when to expect the service person. First, a ballpark timeframe, then when they’re 1 stop away, and lastly when they’re en route. They also follow up afterward to assure that our problem was fixed and we’re satisfied. The service providers have each been very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They know their machines inside and out. I appreciate them so much! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately for us, weve needed multiple home repairs over the last year. My biggest regret is that my very first call was not to AAA Service Network. Theres no way any other company can do better in professionalism, knowledge, timeliness, and pricepoint. The technicians are thoroughly trained and give you an honest assessment of the problem along with all of your options. They always clean up after themselves, and their work is guaranteed. Youd have to really go out of your way to have a bad experience. They will always be my first call for home repairs going forward.

I highly recommend AAA service network. The customer service was outstanding, they have great communication, set expectations and followed up. Everything that you want in a company and should receive with customer service. I had a drain in an older bathtub break and was no longer functional. I knew when and who to be expecting and was in communication with AAA the whole experience. Theo & Ben are phenomenal at what they do! They also provided great customer service and did a great job. They were patient as I asked questions, educated me on what was happening and why and quoted me a price - that included everything out the door, no hidden fees or surprise charges. It was my first experience with AAA and my expectations were surpassed. I can’t say enough great things about this company and my experience. Highly recommend! Recently, I had a clogged kitchen sink, which they came out to repair. Because of AAA Service Network’s thoroughness, the technician noticed I had a leak in a unrelated pipe, which thankfully he was able to repair on the spot. In another instance, I had a leaky toilet; the technician noticed that the toilet had become loose because it was never secured with bolts. He quickly fixed the problem. We had an emergency at our house on August 15 when the washing machine overflowed. We had to have a plumber come to fix the water valves in the wall and then a person to fix the washing machine. At the same time we had an insurance adjuster out and a water mitigation team out. AAA Service Network coordinated the plumber to come out first. As Korey was finishing up, Kyle showed up to fix the washing machine. They were amazing at responding to our emergency request and coordinating the service people and working around everyone else in our house. We always use AAA Service Network. We just had our furnace checked yesterday before the really cold weather sets in. Of course, we called AAA Service Network. We consider them as partners in keeping our home functioning and would recommend them without hesitation.

I have used AAA Service in the past and that is why I called themwhen I had an electrical problem - so I thought.My outdoor Christmas lights were going off. I would reset the circuit breaker and they would stay on for a little while and then go off again.I asked for a plug to be replaced.I talked to NANCY (dont know her last name) - who suggested tofirst try replacing the power strip. I did this and they still went out.But when I tested all the plugs and lights - it was also the flood lightwhich the prong was broken off. After replacing these two -the Christmas lights work - it was not the circuit plug as I thought.Nancy could have easily sent out a crew, but she gave me good free advise. My furnace went out after a weekend storm. The furnace was only blowing cold air. A part had to be ordered which took two days. Luckily I have a gas fireplace, space heater and a electric throw to keep me and my five pound puppy somewhat warm in the interim. Alex did an awesome job finding the problem quickly and kept me informed until he could return with the part.I will use this company in the future and I will highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Id like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at AAA network services for prompt and quick service of my broken heat furnace. A special thanks to Nancy who was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Tim was the first servcie technician with whom I interacter, and he provided me with exact issue of the problem, and ways to resolve it. My furnace was replaced by Mike and Austin who were quick in their work, and hardly caused any disturbance to my office work while they were replacing the machine. Katie set up the appointment for us in a prompt and courteous manner. Katie also called the next morning to inform us Robert was to be our serviceman that day and she would give us another call with the time of his arrival. Robert arrived when scheduled and went straight to work on the air conditioner. When he was finished out doors, he came in and did the rest of the service in the basement. The air conditioner was tested for twenty minutes and once Robert felt everything was satisfactory, he discussed all the information with my husband, Gordon and then left the premises. Very happy with his work ethic and friendliness.

He had the necessary parts with him and was able to complete the repair there and then. Left the work area clean. AAA keeps good records -- they installed the furnace 10 years ago and were able to determine that the parts required for the fix were still under warranty.

He even took the time to explain to me what was going on and answer any questions that I had, to my surprise he actually even had the part on his truck and had the furnace working again properly in very little time so I could get back to my business and get to my evening commitments knowing the house would be warm for my family. I had an excellent service experience this week with AAA Service Network that i would like to share. Our washing machine stopped working. I called 4 different companies within proximity to my Ann Arbor residence but no one could come for at least 4 working days. I finally called AAA Service as a last ditch effort. The receptionist answered the phone by saying, how can I make you smile today?. When I told her my problem and address, she got me an appointment within 48 hours and put me on a stand by waiting list in case they can for me in earlier. First thing on My appointment day, I received a call as promised and Justin, the service tech, was at my home, diagnosed my problem, and repaired my appliance within 1 hour. He was professional, efficient, and represented his company exceptionally well. He also told me of the other services AAA provides. Make no mistake,. I will use them again in every capacity I can!

Ryan arrived as scheduled and did a detailed inspection and servicing of my furnace. In fact it was more detailed and carefully accomplished than I had ever received on this furnace, which I had serviced regularly since I had it installed 9 years ago. He also facilitated the operation of my humidifier, which had not been functioning and adjusted my thermostat wiring so that I can install a smart thermostat in the future. He accomplished all of the above and was able to explain his work so that I could understand what was done and what needed to be done in the future to keep my HVAC system working properly.

Outstanding experience with AAA Service Network! Our fresh food evaporator fan went out on the refrigerator (no!). AAA came out the SAME day, replaced the fan and had us back in operation in half an hour. While the $285 total cost seemed a little steep for replacing a $79.28 fan motor (roughly $400 per hour for labor based on the 30 minutes of work), it was FAR better than the alternative (a new refrigerator like this one is well over $3,600 - plus the hassle of delivery, haul away, etc), but this fridge is in really great shape). When our furnace went out for the second time in two days they immediately sent someone out first thing in the morning, and did not charge us for the second visit. It does appear that the second technician was able to figure out the problem with our furnace and it now is working great.

It was suggested I have my septic system cleaned which I then did (indeed it was full and needed cleaning) and the leak was still happening so I called back and Ryan came out. (Carter assured me there would be no charge if they were called back and there was not). Ryan stayed and found the cause of the leak with MUCH work and nasty cleaning. Both fellows were very nice and professional and helpful!!

They returned it and expedited a new one from a different facility. John the service installer was extremely efficient and concerned about keeping a clean work space.
