Billy and Karl showed up in the pouring rain didnt have what they needed to fix it, but left to get what they needed, came back IN THE POURING RAIN, got under our house, and got it cleared out. Drain Go Plumbing did excellent work in repairing my hot water heater. They were efficient in diagnosing the problem of why we were not getting any hot water. The repair involved replacing a part on the thermostat. This fixed all hot water problems and soon afterwards all my faucets had plenty of hot water. I highly recommend Drain Go Plumbing for all hot water heater repairs and general plumbing needs.

We called Drain Go Plumbing for an outdoor faucet repair. We were offered same day service, from the very friendly and professional phone staff. Because it wasnt an emergency, we scheduled for the next day.Billy and Carl called in advance to give us an ETA. They arrived on time, and were so friendly and professional. They really listened to our concerns, and were able to fix our faucet quickly. This was not the first time we called Drain Go plumbing, and if other projects come up, we know it wont be the last. Best experience I’ve had with plumbing company. We had a main drain line backed up beginning over the weekend. I called 30 plumbers on Sunday trying to get in touch with anyone. Drain go and one other company was the only ones to call back. We scheduled for the other company to come out on Monday, and had a horrible experience with the competition. Tuesday morning drain go came out and within a hour had the issue resolved. Travis has been a life saver as well as hunter and the staff in the office. From working in the trade industry it is nice to see that there is a honest company still around, and one that is fair to the customer. As well as hires amazing people to perform the work and staff the office.

I can not say enough good things about DrainGo in Brighton, TN. Chris Hoy was such a pleasure to work with! I am extremely impressed by the great work he did installing 200 of new field lines and bypassing the old ones. But first, Chris helped remove 2 uprooted tree stumps that were damaged from a recent tornado. Everything is working perfectly now and I am very happy. Chris Hoy went above and beyond to diagnose the problem, and you can not ask for anymore than that! The other DrainGo coworkers who helped were very professional and experienced 👏

Overall got the job done. The lady that answers the phone lacks customer service skills. Just for her rudeness alone we would’ve went somewhere else had this not been a warranty claim. The service guys came out and were very nice. They got the job done. However they didn’t turn my water back on so they didn’t even check to ensure it was working properly. He was confident in his work and showed me everything that was wrong and what he was going to do. Would I personally recommend this company? Yes, if customer service practices better phone etiquette. No one wants to spend money somewhere they’re treated rudely.

We have called them a few times in the past. Some of the work was for a home warranty visit, but I wanted to keep using them once the warranty expired because I am very satisfied with their work. The technicians were up front about what could happen and what I can expect for the age of my property and were helpful in their explanations. They were very courteous and did not try to convince me to do a lot of unnecessary stuff. I have never wanted to clean and disinfect my house and do laundry more and can finally get started on that now that theyve fixed the problem and the water is draining properly.

I recommend this company. Two service technicians came out. I originally called on two issues. When they arrived I was given a price to unclog the bathroom sink which I agreed. The Technician stated to fix the tub the price would be costly due to the fact they would have to go get the part. He told me I could purchase it myself for about $10 and it was an easy fix. I really appreciate him saving me that money. I was able to find and purchase the part at the local hardware store for $20 and my son was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes.

They explained every step, and successfully replaced the water heater as well as replaced the cutoff valve, and installed the missing drain line that the builder didnt. I called Drain Go after being told by the HVAC guys that my water heater was leaking because there’s water in the pan. I have no knowledge of water heaters or what that even meant. The hvac guys said we now do tankless water heaters we can give you an estimate. The gave me an $8k estimate for a tankless and then $3700 for another regular water heater. I don’t have that money just lying around. I decided to see if my water heater was as bad and rusted, as they said, so I called drain go. The guys who came out were very polite and straight to the point. My water heater, that is only 5yrs old, just needed a new pressure thing and a knob replacement on the side. These gentlemen fixed it for $375 compared to $8k. I appreciate them being honest and up front. In the future when we need plumbing help I will definitely call drain go!
