We needed a Plumber to assist us with running plumbing from our home to a new outdoor pavilion (which was still in the process of being built). We were given Omars (Plumb Masters) name from the Contractor we were working with and we are very glad we were introduced to him.From the first time Omar called us to schedule an appointment to review our project, to working on the project, to cleaning up after the project, Omar communicated with us each step of the way! He was professional, knowledgable, and friendly!Omar contacted us whenever he was about to arrive for an appointment and he was always on time. Also, he knew our contractor was waiting for the plumbing to be finished so Omar and his team worked very hard in getting the job done quickly - and efficiently!The team ran a supply pipe, using a flexible line, from our home to the outdoor pavilion. The pipes were secure and Omar also ensured we had shutoff valves and made things easy for us when it comes to winterizing the line in the Colorado winter. At all times, Omar and his team were professional and friendly and the area in which they worked were cleaned up after they finished their work.We highly recommend Plumb Masters!

Omar is great! When your hot water tank decides it is done on a Friday evening, and water is going everywhere, to have someone come out in 10 minutes is amazing. He took one look at the 50 year old plumbing and told me what was needed. Got things set for the night, then started the next morning early to get everything done. Replaced the antique water heater, fixed the toilet leak and it only took a couple hours. Honest and very reasonable!

We have gone through A LOT of plumbers over the past 3 years and haven’t found anyone That is honest and that we can rely on. I am really grateful we found Omar.We needed a water heater replaced and a main line clean out. He explained our options for the water heater, found something that worked for our budget, and he did a really great job and got it done quickly.He also advised that we should wait to do the main line clean out, explaining that spring is not the best time to do it as it will make roots grow back faster. Other plumbers I talked to were happy to just take my money and do it without letting me know it would be in our best I interest to wait a little longer.

Omar is a lifesaver!! Our sewer backed up late at night and left our family of 5 without water. Anyone with kids knows how bad of a situation that can turn into! 3 kids, no toilet...... equals a disaster!!!!! Lol! He came out at 10:30pm and got us back up and running. It turns out that our problem was a lot more serious than we thought. Our main line that connects to the city was collapsing. Like I said earlier, he was able to get us back up and running until we could get someone else in that specializes in repairing big fixes like that. With the Polar Vortex bringing down temperatures to the negatives and so many people dealing with frozen water pipes or even burst pipes, I found myself a landlord with some serious water issues at my rental property and my tenants without water. Omar was amazing! I needed to have a eight water shutoffs installed and some re-plumbing done in a multifamily home to meet the requirements for the contract to purchase the property. Omar was the only plumber to fully identify the solution during the estimate. He gave a very reasonable quote which remained as the final price. Omar was able to start the work very quickly to meet the tight timeline for the inspection. The work took all day and was completed very professionally, with each shutoff easily accessible and properly labeled. He even re-plumbed a toilet and fixed a drain, which was beyond the scope of work! Without him, I would not have passed the inspection and would still be looking for a home. I will definitely be using Omar for all my future plumbing needs! Thanks!

My water heater decided to go out and flood the basement. After calling 6 different plumbers and giving them the info on my water heater, Omar was the only one that recognized that my water heater was under warranty.
