    If you are looking for an HVAC company, youve found it! From start to finish Marcus and his team were easy to work with and they provided the best possible service. We replaced our 20 year old system and we are so glad that we found Marky Marks. The price was fair and the team provided everything they said they would. Everything was installed, tested and delivered within a few hours, and its working great. There was not a spec of mess left after the job which is appreciated. I ask a lot of questions, and the team gave me straight up answers and set realistic expectations, and delivered service above my expectations. I did my research before we made the purchase, maybe this will save you some time. This was a big decision for us and we are glad that we went with Marcus and his team!

    Ethan, Ryan, and Brad were fantastic to work with. Very professional and personable. They were obviously very experienced in their work and took the time to talk me through their work. Great experience and very reasonably priced compared to the previous quote from a larger company that I did not feel were as trustworthy in their inspection.Update: On 8/26/24 Ethan came back out as the unit has frozen over. While he wasnā€™t able to find any obvious problems, he was extremely thorough in trying to find the issue and took a substantial amount of time looking. He did find a plumbing issue involving our furnace and the Sewer line that could have been deadly. Thanks again Ethan.

    I contacted Marcus on Friday for a furnacereplacement, he was able to send his tech Ethan over for an estimate on Monday. He was able to get his tech scheduled for today, not only was this process quick it was affordable. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone but I will also be using them again for future projects.

    We needed a new water heater so I called Marky Markā€™s. I was quoted a price over the phone and it was comparable to other quotes. Ethan and Mike R came out in 2 days to do the work. They were very friendly and professional. The next day I noticed a water leak coming from the hot water line on the tank. I called and Mike R arrived in about an hour. The leak was coming from a section of pipe above where they replaced the hose to the tank. Mike R fixed the leak and didnā€™t charge an additional fee. I am very satisfied with this company and recommend it to anyone who needs a new water heater.

    I had a couple of local companies come out and give me an offer for a new ac unit, furnace, and water tank. All were beyond their lifetimes and needed to be replaced.     I met Marcus about a year ago. Like all things in the world things got turned on their head. This year we where finally ready to pull the trigger. Marcus and his guys showed up dressed professionally and got to work right away. Very Prompt and courteous! They involved us along every step of the new furnace and water heater installation. Our house sadly has nothing that lines up, which meant lots of custom tin work. Not once did we hear a complaint. These guys love what they do! Our giant job of installing and moving the location of a new continuous flow water heater and furnace took only 4 days when others quoted us one and a half to two weeks! They even offered and moved/ rewired the old thermostat and door bell for a wall we where going to be removing at a later date! Its only been 5 hours since they where here and Im already kinda missing having them in our home! 10/10 would and will hire again!

    I want to give these guys a HUGE shoot out.My sister and I are newer home owners and were told our AC unit was broken (wonā€™t say the companyā€™s name). We saved for a year to buy a new unit and had the other company out quoting us when Marky Markā€™s happen to be working on our neighborā€™s AC unit and saw. They took time out of their busy day, no appointment schedule and no guaranty that we would go with them, to give us a second option. They ended up fixing our AC for only $50! Yes, our AC unit was older, but we didnā€™t need to buy a new one yet. The other company was quick to sell us a new unit that we didnā€™t need. Marky Markā€™s gained a loyal customer that day and Iā€™ll spread the word! So may companies try to take advantage of people, especially young people, and Marky Markā€™s is looking to make long lasting customer relationships.Thanks again for all your help.     Had a great experience with M&M specifically Ryans help in diagnosing our failed heating system (>11 yr old). We chose to go with a new American Standard heater and settled on a fair installation process and price. completed in one day with minimal impact on our family.     I was lucky enough to get Ryan as my tech, to clean/inspect my furnace and central ac unit, as i am selling my condo, and my furnace especially was getting up in age. Very thorough, very knowledgeable, and has no problem explaining everything to questioning people such as myself. Was an absolute joy to work with, but the best part about the whole scenario, he is NOT a salesman. He was very straightforward as to what the readings on his instruments meant, the overall shape of my furnace, and what OPTIONS I had moving forward. No pressure at all, which is a great thing. Due to my tight timeline, I was not able to compare prices at several companies, but the price I paid for a service call for both my furnace and ac unit, and a deep cleaning of my furnace (which he did an amazing job at btw), was about what I would expect to pay. The honest no pressure approach makes it worth every penny, as do the discounts I get if/when I utilize Marky Marks again for service/repair on my furnace in the near future. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing furnace or ac inspection/repair.

    LOOK NO FURTHER...THESE GUYS ARE TOP NOTCH!!!I I called Marky Mark Heating and spoke directly w Marcus today about our furnace not working. I figured hed send someone out in the next few days with it being cold and tis the season for furnace breakdowns. He told me hed have someone here within the hour. What? Ryan (this great personable guy) showed up as promised. Our furnace was 20 years old and Ryan thoroughly explained the problem...made perfect sense as my Google skills were in action self diagnosing the night before. Expensive fix because the parts needed were not used in new units and we felt not worth putting any money into the ancient beast...so we decided to replace the unit. Marcus personally delivered the unit, and Ryan and Dave installed. Old positioning of the unit was not up to code so these guys repositioned, re-piped and re-worked the space to code all today! We now have heat! And at a fair price! Im impressed, grateful and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these honest, hard working, ethical men! Great guys! Great work! Thank you again!

    Our tech was Ryan, he changed his day up to come out for a same day call (big deal for us because we have a little baby) and was there early in the morning. He diagnosed the furnace and determined it was the circuit board. He offered to replace it but recommended the new furnace due to it being about 23 years old. He was honest and gave us all the options for parts and the new furnace and was willing to go with whatever we thought was best. We went with the new furnace and they helped us with financing and installed the new furnace the next day! They were very efficient and exceeded our expectations. Marcus followed up to ask if we had any questions. Everything looks great and I will use them for all my hvac needs. Thanks again!

    We just purchased a used home and we had some concerns about the two furnaces, A/C units and the whole home humidifier.     Our water heater went out on a Thursday night. We called Friday moring and Marky Marks went and got the necessary special materials to do a tankless install early Saturday morning. This despite them being booked out for two weeks! How did they do it? The owner Mark put off a day planned with HIS family because he knew our large family didnt have hot water. Together with a member if his team, they were professional, efficient, and kept everything clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the new water heater, but even more so with the services received. We will gladly use them again in the future.

    I called Marky Marks Heating on a Saturday night at about 8:00pm with a heating issue. Marcus (the owner) was at my house within the hour to look at it for us. After working on it for about an hour, he presented us with our options to fix it. We decided to replace the entire furnace instead of just trying to band aid it. He never once tried to push us towards a total replacement, he just presented us with all the options. Marcus and another one of his employees were at my house the next morning to install the new furnace. And this was all on super bowl Sunday! The install went great, he even repaired some issues with our A/C and humidifier. I cant thank Marcus and his company enough and I will always call them for all our HVAC and plumbing needs.

    These guys are so awesome! I would give way more then 5 stars if i could! I called them after being ripped off by another HVAC person. They explained to me with just a phone call that i was dealing with someone who had no idea what they were doing. He helped me on what i should do next so i didnt waste money any money with his advice and, were talking thousands of dollars. They gave me a free service call because of everything i had been through. They were right over there and looked at my furnace and i was told i need a new furnace they quoted me a very decent price and helped me get financing. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. If it wasnt for them i would have been thousands of dollars in with someone who had no idea what they were doing, In fact they were very upset that someone had did this to me. they installed my heater the next day. If you want a company that cares about there customers are on time, very professional,know what they are, and take pride in what they do these are your guys. I will not use any other HVAC people beside them going forward! SO glad i found them! I cant thank them enough!

    End of summer review...Marcus came to repair my AC at the beginning of the summer but unfortunately it was an off brand and not worth fixing. He measured the house and recommended a different and correct sized AC unit. In the 8 years I have lived in the house it has never cooled the way it does now.He showed up on time every time and the installation went on time as well.I price shopped with Costco and Sears and he was cheaper with comparable equipment.

    Furnace part that was replaced, is online for $100 to 450.00. I was charged over $900. Tech repeated over and over about a part he didnā€™t charge me for, because he can do that, since he has worked for the company for years. You just have to hope that they are honest with parts and pricing. I will definitely call around other service providers and get quotes for future HVAC service.

    Excellent customer service. We have a 16 year old air conditioner that had a hose which was completely iced over. Ryan came out twice to try and figure out the problem. The second time he came over he stayed until 8:00 pm. Ryan discovered that the previous contractor had shoved a filter in a place that didnt belong which restricted the air flow and caused our AC to not work properly. We really appreciate that Ryan did whatever he could including some maintenance to get some more life out of our very old AC. Would definitely use this company again.

    Furnace stopped working on a very cold Friday night, 8pm.Googled emergency furnace repair ...got a lot of results that specifically stated emergency service, anytime day or night. Called four of those, all of them said their techs were busy but could schedule me the next morning/day. I call that false advertising.Then, I called Marky Marks, spoke to Marcus, the owner, and he came out within 40 minutes, repaired it within 30 minutes, all for a reasonable charge.Very pleased and will call him for any future issues.

    I am so impressed with Marky Marks! I called to have someone come do a system check on our furnace because it kept turning on and off and blowing cold air (which was not at all appreciated considering its the middle of winter).I called around 7:45am, and they sent Ryan out that morning (he arrived at 9am!). That was only the first of the many things that impressed me with M&M that day. After a half hour or so of work, Ryan had diagnosed our problem and recommended a few courses of action.Due to the age of our furnace (over 20 years old) we decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and went with the most expensive option - replacing the furnace. Much to my surprise, they were able to call the warehouse at 10am on a Friday and get our new furnace installed THAT. DAY. Ryan was also able to add a vent to the basement family room after I asked last minute if they do that sort of work.Now we have a new furnace that works SO much better than our old one, and a new go-to service provider for our heating and cooling needs! We know that the AC and the water heater are likely going to bite the dust soon, and when they do, we will definitely be calling Marky Marks to do the work!

    I had been smelling an odd gas, exhaust, burnt rubbery smell for a while and had a different company out that said everything was fine. After many months of constant headaches and frequent dizziness I decided to give Marky Markā€™s a call. They were out within an hour of me calling due to concerns of carbon monoxide. Turns out my furnace had been leaking carbon monoxide this whole time. Marky Marks just happened to be the ones that found it and therefore got my business when they said my furnace was no longer safe to use due to a cracked heat exchanger. They had a new unit for me the next day and did a great job with the installation. I appreciated that they took the time with getting everything up to code. Iā€™m happy to have heat again.     Wishing there was a 6th star to award. This was probably the best customer service I have ever received from a business. I called in on an afternoon on a holiday weekend for a non operational water heater. The Technician was at my door step within the hour I called. He then did some quick troubleshooting and identified what was wrong within 15 min. Wait it gets better itā€™s 4:30 pm on Memorial Weekend. My Technician called the warehouse and caught someone at the last second and was able to obtain the part I needed. So this Gentleman drives in Holiday traffic to get the part and comes back installs it in no time at all. My wife and 3 girls are happy and Iā€™m out of the dog house.     Thank you Ryan! Me and my pops where inside of my furnace looking to do some maintenance. We were inspecting the ignitor and flame sensor. During this process we ended up accidentally cutting one of the power cables on the inside of the furnace. Since i am no expert on furnaces.     I called Marky Mark to do a furnace inspection because about 4 years ago my sons furnace needed replaced and he was treated right by Marky Mark. Suspecting my old (25 years) furnace was about ready for the scrapyard, Ryan came out and did an extensive cleaning, but after examining the cracked heat exchanger and wore out blower motor (he even took pictures) I needed a new furnace. Because working with my family in the past Marcus gave me a very fair price and the next day the new furnace was installed.
