On Saturday, March 23, 2024 I contacted IPC Plumbing & Drain Cleaning spoke with owner Mark. I explained that my hot water heater went out and the second one was nearing its end of life. Mark said he could be over in an hour to inspect the units. After discussing our options, we decided to replace both our hot water heaters. Mark was unable to get new units until Monday. He arrived on Monday to install both units. Mark’s prices are fair and his work is amazing. I have attached pictures of his final work product. If you have I need for a master plumber, don’t hesitate to call Mark at IPC Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. You will not be disappointed. Best of luck.

WE had a serious plumbing leak. The previous owner had patched it in a way that is contrary to code. Mark and his crew removed the bad patch and the failing pipes and brought that whole segment up to code and proper functioning. And the job was done quickly and professionally. Mark swapped out an old mixing valve that was no longer working resulting in cold water to our bathtub. With the new valve, the max temperature coming out was only 97 degrees. After spending a good amount of time troubleshooting the new mixing valve, we decided to get another one and try again. I wasn’t optimistic about the second one working, but figured it was worth a try. Thankfully, the second one did work and the hot water was restored. Even though Mark spent a lot extra time troubleshooting and a second trip to the plumbing supply store, he didn’t charge anything over his original estimate. I will definitely call Mark again for future plumbing issues and highly recommend him.

Finding a plumber who will be straight forward about pricing with you is so hard to find. IPC was different from the rest and quoted me a good rate before they came. IPC was super professional, helpful, and LIFESAVERS. Due to an old septic system at the property we are renting, we started having nightmare plumbing issues. Our landlord hired some plumbers and the project became a multi day nightmare for the plumbers. I asked IPC for a second opinion and they gladly documented everything and made professional suggestions how to fix the issues.The plumbers ended up failing city inspections for the exact reasons IPC was documenting. The landlord wanted to stick us with the damages, but due to IPC they covered our backs! Mark and Dion came out in less than 24 hours from initial contact during a snow storm to look at some frozen pipes. Our pipes were plastic so he wasnt able to unfreeze them which sucks but at least he didnt do extra work or charge me for doing anything. He didnt even charge me with a trip charge. Looks like a lot of these reviews are from people who havent even worked with this company and are jumping on some negative review brigade just trying to sink a small business because someone got offended once or something. I can only share my experience was positive and they didnt fleece me when they could have. They were kind and polite people. They would be my first call the next time I had a problem.

Was very pleased. Had them come out to run a camera down the drain since the other company we had out didnt have the ability to. Glad that we found IPC. Upfront about price and told us he would just snake first instead of wasting our time and money if a camera wasnt needed. Snake worked and drains are running great. What a relief.
