Christopher M. was out to do a routine maintenance on the furnace. Extremely polite, punctual, went over some newer tech for cleaning the air with me, an air scrubber he called it. Which is actually very interesting...He took care of the maintenance rather quickly and didnt leave any kind of mess or anything.As always with Fix-it 24/7 techs, Chris went over what he did and what his concerns might be with the system, which were none at the moment.As long as Fix-It keeps techs like this on bored I will stay right here with them and highly recommend to my neighbors, family, and friends.

Dont mess around with anyone else! I made 11 other calls to plumbers and they were all looking to rip me off. Then I found Fix It 24/7. They were up front and honest about rates which were extremely fair unlike their competitors. They called/text to confirm everything. My tech Michael M. Showed up within the window and was phenomenal! He was courtesy, put on shoe covers and wheel covers on the equipment and was very polite. He was extremely knowledgeable about my problem and very thorough in resolving it! He told me what I could do in the future to prevent issues from happening and explained in depth the other services they offer if ever needed. He was just absolutely top notch all the way around! Not only did 24/7 answer the phone with an actual person at 10 PM, they also had someone out the next morning to look at my 50 year old furnace. After deciding it would be best to replace the unit, Caleb arrived within the hour and ran me through all the options. After we settled on a plan, they were able to get a crew out to do the install that very day. In less than 24 hours my new furnace was on. Charles and Tyler did an amazing job with the install and were very professional and respectful of my property. 24/7 also pulled a permit and their work passed inspection the first time. I highly recommend using this company. I know I will be calling them back to have them install AC as well.

Great service at a great price. The service technician Fabian M. was a true professional. He went over everything he did on our system to ensure we happy with the work he performed. I feel like I can trust what was done and any recommendations were a honest assessment. We moved from Cooper because the service package did not cover removing the fan assembly to clean it during the annual inspection. In addition Cooper had called us several times the day prior to reschedule an appointment scheduled 3 months prior.

Went above and beyond to get my heat back up and running. The job turned out to be a lot more than planned but Jacob got it all done with a great attitude, he was positive the whole time and even though it required a lot of work he was able to get it done. Jacob was very thorough and knowledgeable he explained how everything worked and why it was malfunctioning he also explained how he would fix it. I cant say enough great things about my experience with Fix-It 24/7 and especially with Nico, the technician that came to my house! I received same day scheduling, as Nico arrived an hour after I called them. Nico solved my electrical issue in minutes, explained to me how to fix the simple problem should it occur again, and advised me on how the interior outlets will have the same fixes and where to find the right outlet to do the fix. Nico wasnt here to rack up fees and costs, but to insure the exterior outlet was functioning correctly and safely. Im so grateful this was the company I called and will definitely only hire them in the future, if need be.

The company sent Nicholas out quickly for our emergency plumbing repair. He explained the options clearly and performed the repairs in one day even though it took seven hours, into the evening. He had to replace and re-route a lot of piping as well as install a pressure gauge and replace several valves. He was friendly and professional. He made sure everything worked without leaking and he cleaned up everything after he finished. Very impressive young man.
