Geoff did the initial scope during inspection for my client and found some blockage, so we asked the listing agent to clean and rescope and when things went sideways with that, Geoff completely had my back. He was professional and knowledgeable and prompt to answer all my questions. He even spoke to the listing agent on my clients behalf. He was wonderful and the deal might have fallen through without him. I would highly recommend using Geoff for all your sewer needs.

Great experience with Jeff and the DrainBrain crew. I had a prior quote for sewer line work that would have torn up my basement concrete floor, bathroom and who knows what else. Jeff came to assess the situation and calmed my concerns saying the fix would not require such an invasive approach. He was able to fix the sewer line with minimal disruption to my yard, and none to my home - and he did it quickly and well. It saved me from having to unnecessarily spend more money and he was a delight to work with. I highly recommend for any sewer line repairs or replacements you may need. Hes awesome! Thank you, Jeff!

Not sure how to adequately express my gratitude toward Drain Brain. Probably best to keep it simple so it comes across as authentic. Actually- I don’t care. Fantastic service. Fantastic. I called at 10:30pm desperate for help with my plumbing. Sewage was backing up into the house. Drain Brain was the only number that I called that could come right over (most of which didn’t even answer). The problem was complicated, he spent a good amount of time in my crawl space, fixed it with a smile (which is hard to do this late), and the price was FANTASTIC. I realize I have used that word a lot here. But heck, it’s 1am and I am not feeling very creative. Bottom line: I will recommend Drain Brain to everyone I know. You should too. Peace out, internet.

I own a duplex - I live on one side and rent out the other. Both units share a single sewer line. Well it turns out one of my renters was flushing a ton of wet wipes down the toilet causing it to clog the main line. After the rain last night, both basements backed up with sewage. I called jeff at around 930 pm - he answered and was here the next morning with his camera snake. Managed to identify and clear the problem within two hours. We were relieved that the sewer main turned out to not be broken as we originally suspected. We are back up and running. After an unpleasant experience - I was very pleased with the price. If I had called one of the big plumbing operations I have no doubt this would have cost me 4x as much.

Jeff is amazing! I had a huge sewer backup problem that has been going on for weeks and we have not been able to resolve it. It even included a major sewer flood in the house! I got my septic tank cleaned out thinking it was that, and was told my inlet pipe was likely broken somewhere and I would need to dig up my flagstone patio and my inside tile floor to fix it!! I was referred to Jeff who brought over his camera, figured out exactly what the problem was, and was actually able to resolve the problem that day by clearing out a large waste area. He definitely went above and beyond! I would highly recommend him!

I would give a ten star rating if possible!If you’re looking for a plumbing company that is honest, reasonably priced and does excellent work and goes the extra mile then Brain Drain will be your plumber of choice. I had a problem with my interior drain system (replaced cast iron stack) and a broken portion in exterior service line and Jeff said they could repair both problems. The work was completed amazingly in one day! If you have problems with your service line and want the best plumbing company in the Denver metro area, Brain Drain should be your choice!!!!!I have to apologize! I said Brain Drain and it should be DRAIN BRAIN. Either way it is a GREAT company!!!
