I had a water heater installed at my home recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Anthony was prompt, professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the installation process, ensured everything was set up perfectly, and patiently provided maintenance tips. What really stood out was their attention to detail and respect for my home - they were efficient, left the area spotless, and sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. It’s rare to find such excellent service these days, and we are grateful for the outstanding job. Yep…cost us a couple more bucks than other companies but 100% worth it! I highly recommend CGC Water Treatment and consider yourself fortunate if Anthony is assigned as your technician!

Dan was very polite and very accommodating to our home’s plumbing needs to get the new system installed. Both Brock and Dan went thoroughly over all the information and guided us through the process. CGC helped a Disabled Veteran by istalling a donated water heater and water filtration system at a flat rate. Most contractors are fixed on selling plan systems at markup. Not CGC, they offer flat rate services and equipment. Dont get plan scammed, use CGC. All the technicians are awesome too!

Technician Will T was friendly and communicative. He very capably addressed the issues with my aged Kinetico water conditioner and fully restored the proper functioning of that system. He carefully checked the entire system to determine which elements needed attention or replacement and which elements were still functioning well. He then explained everything he needed to do before doing it and did not try to sell anything more than what was actually needed. I feel very positive about him and the work he accomplished for me.

Jeremy did a great job showing us how to change our filter. He retested our water to make sure it was safe and offered to drain the pan on the hot water heater. He supplied us with everything we needed and more, all while being careful not to make a mess.

Was fit in ASAP when my water heater randomly went out, our specialist was very knowledgeable and worked with us to get the most affordable fix and our water heater was up and working within an hour of him being there! They also did text reminders and sent a picture of our specialist before he arrived which was great so I knew exactly who to expect and when!

I did not yet purchase from CGC, but Mark was incredibly honest about what I had going on. If I could afford the water treatment he proposed, Kinetico, Id do it. I will reach out in the future.I liked that he didnt do what every other water treatment company does, and turn off your softener to see how hard your water is. Duh, I know my water is hard. Mark told me my softener is still ok, Kinetico is better but isnt cost efficient for Me. I am saving for the reverse osmosis system. Just wish it was more affordable.

4/10/18.Travis, the technician was outstanding. He arrived on time and introduced himself. He had a professional demeanor but also very friendly and was able to answer whatever questions and concerns I had during the entire installation time. He showed concern for keeping a clean work area. The area was clean when he left. He told me that he spent time thinking the best area for installing the softener system. He said he asked himself if this was his house where would the best spot be for this system. Nice. He fully explained the system and how to install the pre-filter. We went over the paper work as well asking me if I had any other questions. The entire project time was much less that expected which was a great bonus. I have used Kinetico service and products since the 1990s and the reason is simple. Staff like Travis makes me feel confident with them. Thanks.

Brian Ignatowski and Luke (installer) were absolutely amazing! Their customer service is incredible, which is hard to find these days. They are both trusting, kind, patient and knowledgeable. We have a brand new home and were initially convinced by our builder to go with an alternate water system. For the past year +, we have not been happy with the water quality and clarity and wanted to return to Kinetico, as we had this system in our previous home. Best customer service ever. We have a leaky hot water heater, which isnt even a Kinetico product or something they service, but our water treatment system was blocking access to it. Theyve been to my house 3 times in the last week to help move our treatment system out of the way and replace parts that were lost in the shuffle, all at no cost! They are always quick to fit you on the schedule and willing to go above and beyond to help their customers. If all service companies were like this home owning wouldnt be nearly as stressful.

Travis did a fantastic job installing our new Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis system. He arrived on time and completed the job quicker than I anticipated. He clearly explained what he was going to do, asked for my input as required and gave me a detailed explanation after the installation as to how the equipment worked. He was polite, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Our salesperson Scott, was very pleasant. He followed up with me after our initial visit prior to me making my decision to determine if I had any questions. The install had to be delayed 8 weeks due to my schedule. He called a few weeks before the install to set up the date exactly when I was available. He honored a current promotion that was not in the original contract and I was most appreciative. Ive used this company for many years and have found them to be reliable and informative. Kinetico systems are not cheap and there isnt much wiggle room for negotiation but I have always been 100% satisfied with my KInetico water softener. The RO system is brand new in our home and the taste of our water is fantastic.

Brian Iggy takes care of all of our water treatment needs! He is the best there is. Any time we have an issue or concern, Brian comes out to the house as soon as possible and gets it taken care of. Not only is he thorough and fast, but he takes the time to show you how the water treatment system works so that you can understand the equipment in your home and alert Kinetico if something is wrong or change a filter at the proper time. I think Brians approach to educating his clients and spending time getting to know their particular water use needs and concerns makes him unique to others because he genuinely cares. Brian Ignatowski, the manager came out initially to check out our system and to recommend and system that would eliminate the hard water smell and taste that we’ve been experiencing for the last 7 years since we moved in. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products that his company offers and super friendly as well. We ended up agreeing on a system that felt right for us and work began almost immediately. Even though they were quite busy with the holidays coming up, he was able to have technicians come out that following Saturday to install. Luke Hoemke arrived Saturday morning and got right to work. He had a helper show up shortly after arriving and they had the new iron filter, water softener and the reverse osmosis installed with all new piping in about 4hrs. After installation, Luke walked my wife through step by step on the entire system. They removed all the old hardware and took it with them. They left the basement cleaner than when they found it. Can’t say enough good things. Our water is AMAZING now!!! Thanks guys!! Would definitely recommend!
