John Phillips gives exceptional service in a timely manner! We relocated from Indiana to Colorado. We found a home we love, but it needed to have a few upgrades. We didn’t know anyone, so our inspector suggested we call John Phillips at Beaver Heating and Cooling. We can see why he was recommended. John does so much more than just heating and cooling. He put in a brand new water heater for us, but he also built new steps for our garage, fixed our washer, and repaired our sinks and tub! He does excellent work, and he leaves the work areas spotless when he is finished. His charges are very reasonable, and if he can’t fix something, he will direct you to who can. We will always work with Beaver heating and cooling in the future; they are fantastic!!!

I’m a new homeowner. Woke up hearing my hot water heater leaking everywhere. Went to turn it off and the shut off valve was rusted and wouldn’t turn off completely.John and Moe made it out to my home within a few hours of me calling.They are very cool guys and handled themselves very professionally when quoting the job. They have competitive and fair pricing.I also spoke to Amanda in the office. She is very knowledgeable and patient.They completed the job, the very next day! They completely replaced my old water heater with a new power vented heater and swapped a few valves because their age.They were a very clean crew and took care of everything. They even got along with my dog.Overall, I can’t recommend them enough! A huge THANKS to everyone over at Beaver Heating & Cooling.

I was referred to John and his team from my best friend who is a home inspector. Good Lord am I glad he did! Another well-known and reputable heating and cooling company here in the metro area (Applewood), told me my eight-year-old air conditioner needed a new evaporator coil at the low price of $9200. To even check to see if it was leaking refrigerant at the evaporator coil was just under $1200. So let me get this right, before they even knew if that was the location which was leaking, they thought it the right measure to replace it for $9200?! Then came Beaver Services! After their amazing technicians came out, they provided a totally different diagnosis and now my house is so cold...for 8 TIMES LESS than the worst plumbing and heating company in Denver (Applewood). I will be using Beaver for everything around my house from here on out…And you should too!
