We had our home catch fire on 9/29/2023. It was a complete loss. Today we got the text go ahead and move. The team was amazing from start to finish! They listened to our needs, fought with insurance for our wants and the finished product is beautiful.

We had a mold issue in our basement, which resulted in almost a complete demo (by our request). They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They came over multiple times within 24hrs to start the estimates we agreed upon and even came back the next day when I asked for additions to the quotes. They walked me through each step of the process, kept in touch during the job, cleaned everything up after, did a final walkthrough to make sure it was to my expectations, and were true to their quote. They even went above and beyond to let me know of a leak in a drain pipe that was unrelated to the mold issue. They NEVER pressured me to do more work than necessary, gave feedback on demo that wasnt necessary to remove the mold, and even gave suggestions on how to improve the space and ways to save on repair costs. I could not be more impressed with a contracting group and would absolutely work with them again.I didnt get before pics, but this is during and shows some additional mold found that we didnt notice because it was hidden behind walls.

Although I have not had work done by this company personally. I wanted to come on here from one business owner to another and express how disheartening it is to see these bad reviews on this page. Reviews done by people who’ve never even been clients to this company. The ones making these bad reviews are attention seeking and just nasty, rude people that like to twist the narrative to whatever they want. I know this from my very own personal experiences with them. They did the exact same thing to my company. You can go above and beyond for these people and bend over backwards for them and they will still find things to be upset over. There is NO pleasing these types of people. It’s very unfortunate what these individuals do and think is okay.I personally spoke with Scott (owner) and from what I gathered he was a very well spoken, confident and caring individual. Don’t let these comments detour you from using this company.

Highly recommend this TEAM. The sewer in our rental property backed up and it was a mess. Mike, the owner @ Help restoration, responded immediately to the problem. He and his team were on-site within an hour. He provided us with several restoration options and helped guide us through the repair process. We appreciated they way he address our concerns and restored our property. Again, I would highly recommend this group and I will use them again in the future if needed.

We were out of town and because of some cleaning out of lines by our city we had nasty backup in our fully furnished and carpeted basement. Glad our cat was being tended to and it was found right away.We called Help and they came immediately. Worked with our insurance company and had everything torn out and sanitized for new flooring to go back down in no time. Great experience.

I had a pipe burst in my basement due to my toilet in the house and had a pretty bad flood in my basement from it. I am a little outside of their zone location wise. I called a couple local companies and they couldn’t get out to my house for a day or two. I found help restoration online and tried them. They were to my house with their crew within 2 hours and took care of everything. Their crew that was there was very professional and Scott and mike who I dealt with were top notch. They got out all the water and got everything fixed and repaired and up to code. If you’re in need of help don’t be stu and call them right away. They won’t disappoint. I won’t hesitate to call again if needed and have already referred them to family and friends if needed. Great people and great company. I even tried tipping them all for their quick response and was told no tip necessary. Keep up the good work help restoration! Thanks again

Mike, Scott and their team helped me out alot when my kitchen sink was leaking under our cabinets. They got us set up with the right equipment and got the drying process started once they uncovered the problem. They have great communication during the job to keep you informed step by step.
