He not only told me exactly what was wrong he also pointed it out to me and made it very understandable. Very clean and professional and unlike most and cleans up after his job. Prices are definitely fair. I would definitely recommend and also use him again

Hector was amazing, a true knowledgeable professional! He came in and right away identified the problem and was able to assess how long it would take and fixed it. My family was out in the cold for several hours (due to no heat); Hector came in and repaired the issue and within an hour we were back to our comfortable home, with heat running throughout the house… This man is a true professional and I highly recommend him for any future needs regarding HVAC issues…

Hector was amazing omg I can’t Thank him enough. My family was using heaters for a month long. After calling multiple companies and getting no response and being told by one that I needed to replace the entire furnace And it would cost me $2300 for the furnace and $800 for the labor. I paid them $160 just to come lie and tell me that. I found park city heating. I called it was a Sunday afternoon hector was prepared to come that night but I choose for him to come in the morning due to price difference. Hector showed up on time even gave me a courtesy call. Hector fixed my furnace in under 5 minutes. He was honest he could’ve told me anything was wrong I wouldn’t have known. I’m so happy, my husband is even happier he doesn’t have to hear my mouth anymore. The price was unbeatable out of all the companies I called park city heating was the cheapest to come out. I will never use anyone else. Having no heat was miserable. Thank you hector your the bomb.

Punctual and professional! I was having trouble with 2 furnaces. Others quoted me ridiculous amounts and wanted to replace the older furnace without talking to me about it or giving me a reason why. Hector takes pride in working on older units, which worked out great for me! He came right in, identified both problems and fixed one right away. He will be returning to fix the other due to not having the parts on him. I definitely will hire again and recommend him to others! Thanks so much!

We had no hot water for a while. We called Hector and he responded right away. He was here the next day and diagnosed the issue, and he did not charge me for this visit. He came back a few days later because of issues with his van, he couldnt come out sooner, but he was communicative with me the whole time. He said he was gonna be here between 9am-10am, and he was. He fixed the problem in 2 hours. This is the 3rd time Ive used his services and will continue to use his services. He was punctual, affordable, and thorough. Thank you Hector! Youre a life saver!

Hector came out in the middle of the night to service out furnace that was damaged after we took on water in our basement during the flash floods 2 weeks ago that destroyed everything in our finished basement. Thanks to Hector and Park City Heating & Cooling, our furnace was not only fixed, but Hector was able to save it, saving us hundreds of dollars in replacement and service repairs. Park City Heating just left my house at 7:43pm. I have an old dying oil hw boiler. We had no heat and my wife was ready to kill me. Hector came with his big truck full of supplies for old and new systems! He was able to fix everything on site because of all the parts that he has at his fingertips. He actually swapped out my oil burner and its never worked better. It’s so quiet, my wife thought it was still broken because she couldn’t hear everything rattling and rolling!! I had 2 other companies look at it this week and they were literally double what Park City actually charged me. You can’t go wrong with Park City Heating and Cooling!!
