We started the process of working with The Hayhurst Brothers and co in March of 2023. The build started in May of 2023 and it took about 5 months for the home to be built. We absolutely love our tiny home and the land it sits on, we had one of the Simple Life Series homes built. The home is 1024 sq. ft. and the way the home is designed and built, it doesnt feel small in the least bit. Shortly after moving in, we started to notice minor issues with caulking & drywall. Hayhurst sent out one of the managers and he, Roy Bantham, took the time to go over each of our concerns and really put us at ease with the concerns we had. They have a great builders warranty and will be taking care of the concerns we have. All in all, we couldnt be happier with the decision we made to go with a Hayhurst home. Also, their response to our concerns is just another reason we are happy with the decision we made. Professionalism all around from Hayhurst and co! Thank you again for all of your support!

Our experience with the Hayhurst Brothers Homes was OUTSTANDING!! Never could I have imagined we would build a custom home with so many high quality finishes, an amazing elevation and quality craftsmanship right on the water! Their designs can meet the needs of anyone looking for a small lake property to a large family home and everything in between. Our team of designers, contractors, subcontractors and our construction manager all outperformed every expectation! Everyone who has followed our experience couldn’t believe how efficient, communicative and responsive they were throughout the timeline! We contracted with the Hayhurst Brothers to build a new rent house for us. We had purchased the lot and then had them build this gorgeous new home on it. We were able to choose from an existing floor plan of theirs and then made minor modifications to the inside layout and for the addition of a carport. We could not be more pleased with how the house turned out. It is mid-century modern design inside and out, however, we know that they have all sorts of other designs to choose from. Special thanks to our project manager, Jorel, for his attention to detail and kindness in promptly answering all of our requests/questions. And many thanks to so many others who were so helpful as we dropped in their offices from time to time. We always felt welcomed and our needs were always met. Not only was the build on schedule, we were almost exactly on budget, in spite of rapidly increasing material costs this past year. We highly recommend the Brothers and wish them incredible success as they continue to transform the look of our neighborhoods. Thank you so very much, Hayhurst Brothers & staff!!!

The Hayhurst Brothers designed and built our home. They were wonderful to work with! The Hayhurst Brothers and their staff took great care in answering our questions and concerns during the entire process. I loved that they were able to adapt their design to meet our familys vision. The project managers that oversaw the build never made us feel uncomfortable about any concerns, questions, or changes that we had during the build. Anyone who has built a house knows that sometimes once things start coming together they dont necessarily match what you had envisioned. The Hayhurst Brothers team understands this and was quick to take action or come up with a solution to make our home just right for us. It was truly a custom home build- on every level!

Words can not begin to express how happy we are with our custom home built by the incredible team at The Hayhurst Brothers. The quality in our home is stellar! We were very impressed with their character and integrity. From plans to the design phase to the finished home, it was a pleasant experience as building a home should be. We knew going into a custom home build that the chance of delays were inevitable but let me tell you, it was SO worth the wait! The communication was exceptional along the way. They also took the time to learn what we really in a home and did not disappoint. It is very obvious they take pride in their work. Thank you for providing us with out dream forever home!

The Hayhurst Brothers built me my dream home on 17 acres just out side of Bridgeport. The quality and attention to detail is second to none of any home builder I have ever seen. Needless to say I am very happy with the home they built for me and my wife. They are good christen people and integrity is beyond compare.
