Got chance to work with Juliani’s siding team in October/ November. The team worked hard for a whole month and delivered the project on time with quality. The carpenters are top notch, replacing every rotten piece behind the wall. They are also honest about issues that might not be an immediate problem. So you have the call based on your budget and how long you will own the house. Everyone is personable and happy to take care of small issues with a smile

They provide very high quality work at a fair/affordable price. The work was done in only two days; left so clean it looks like they were never there. What a pleasant experience that I had with Julianis Inc.From the first phone call to the last day they were here it was an amazingly good experience. They painted the exterior of my house, did some interior painting and my kitchen cabinets as well.What a difference it made when we changed the color of the exterior siding. My kitchen cabinets were dark wooden and now they look brand new with a beautiful white color they used.They did a transformation of my daughters nursery in to a big girls room. My daughter enjoys being in her new room. I will certainly contact them for more projects in the future.It totally makes a difference when you hire good professionals that know how to do the job.

Julianis Painting just finished painting the exterior of my house and they did a top-notch job! Its never looked better. They were responsive, timely and courteous. I used to paint houses so I know what to look for. They did a great job for a fair price. Plus they guarantee their work longer than other painters. I have used them 3 times over 25 years and they get better with each job. I wouldnt use anyone else for exterior painting. This last job lasted about 10 years. You cant ask for a better quality job than that.

We have used Juliani’s twice. The first time they painted the exterior of our our home about 4 years ago. We were happy with their work and so we asked them to bid for some masonry and asphalt work.Darcy was patient during the bid process and came to our home 4 times to answer questions and discuss options before we signed the contract. We had new front stairs, a walkway and Belgium block installed and it all looks great!Would definitely use them again.

We had a wonderful experience with Julianis Painting. The pricing was fair and in line with other quotes. Our wood siding needed significant repair due to woodpecker and water damage. They quickly called out additional areas that were in need of repair including a rotting step going to our deck. They had great attention to detail in the paint work. I would only suggest you get input on colors from a designer as lighter colors can have different appearances in sunlight vs shade. Overall, I would recommend them and I already plan to use them from additional work.

These guys came out to my house to give me an estimate the day after I called them. They were prompt (which shouldnt be a big deal, but nowadays, it is!), gave me a very reasonable quote to pressure wash my house and patio and were very accommodating when scheduling my appointment. The gentleman who came out to do the work was thorough, meticulous and went above and beyond my expectations. He was very friendly and polite and made sure I inspected his work before he left. Highly recommend and will use Julianis again!

Julianis Painting recently stained and painted the exterior of our tudor home, and stained our deck and porch floor. They also replaced a few of the wood trim pieces on the front and sides of our home, and a few clapboard pieces on the back of our home. The owner of Julianis Painting, Darcy, is a terrific and honorable man who really cares about his customers. He carefully evaluated our job, which was a large one, and explained what needed to be done before he made his bid, which provided valuable context to it. His bid was also highly detailed and very fair given the scope of the work. We decided to go with Julianis Painting. The first step was to power wash the house, which went smoothly. The next step was the carpentry work. Their carpenter, Gilberto, was a skilled craftsman and a real gentleman who did terrific work for us. When the carpentry work was completed, George and his painting crew came. They initially did the appropriate caulking work. Then they applied two coats of Benjamin Moore stain to the clapboard and trim, and paint to the stucco. When that work was completed, they stained the floor of the porch and the deck. The painting crew was outstanding. They arrived promptly each day around 8:30 a.m. and worked professionally and methodically like a well-oiled machine until around 5:30 p.m., with a short break for lunch. The quality of their work was absolutely amazing. The entire job took about 2 1/2 weeks. At the conclusion of the job, Darcy came to inspect the work before we made our final payment. We highly recommend Julianis Painting.

I would like to share our family’s recent experience with Juliani’s Inc. My mother and I just used Juliani’s Inc. to refresh our interior painting and to paint the exterior of our house. From the first call we made to the end of job completion - all Juliani’s Inc team were highly professionals and incredible workers to deal with. Not only the price was affordable ( I did shop around ) they offered us a four month payment plan with no interest, which really helped us to do our project. We contacted their references and the feedback was phenomenal. We’re extremely satisfied with our new inside and exterior painting job. We made the right choice.

I hired Julianis painting one month ago to remodel my house, they did interior painting, exterior painting, Masonry and driveway project for me. I sincerely cant express my gratitude towards Julianis Painting - the work they did was more than perfect, and in such a small time period too. I had a after-marriage party for a friend in my backyard and had to get the whole house, deck painted, roof fixed, and they put everything they had to help me out with this. One of the workers even came after a few days after the job was done to check on everything - just to see if we were happy with the work done.
