    Preference Construction replaced my roof and did some siding fixes for me within the last a few weeks. They are very easy to work with, friendly, and they deliver what they promised.When I asked for roof replacement quotes, Steven and Fabian showed up the same day, gave me a quote that nobody else can beat—I compared it with 3 other quotes. The minute I gave them the go-ahead, they showed up and did the roof replacement in two weeks.Since they did such a good job, I ended up having them help me to fix some of my siding issues. Again, very reasonable quote, during the work, they identified that one of my windows was leaking at the bottom, and the water leaked into the siding, and that was why I got some small water leak in the basement during heavy rains. They ended up pulling out all the siding, plywood and insulation below the window on that side of the wall, replaced them with new materials, then only charged me with small increase from the original quote.I would definitely recommend them to my friends, and hire them for future home projects!

    Stevenson and his crew were incredibly communicative which make the process of any home improvement project very important outside of the work itself. Him and his team replaced windows at a rental property in a matter of a day. He sent photos throughout the day of the install progress and was extremely professional throughout the job. I can’t thank them enough as this was an urgent matter for me. I will be calling him for any and all future projects because he doesn’t let you down.     Steve, is very professional. He and his crew replaced our roof. The team did a very good job. Work was completed in the time stated. Coordinated delivery of materials in advance. Cleaned up thoroughly when the project was complete. They use their own trailered dumpster. Provided documents as required. Material used is GAF roofing. Highly recommend Steve and his crew.

    I seen these guys work on the project next to a property of mine. I took a picture of the phone number and called Steve right away. They were doing outstanding work when you see these guys working that’s when you know the definition of hard work .He came looked at our roofing job we made a deal right on the spot and he came and finished the work exactly the day that he told us he would. Before I even gave him the job what I loved about talking to Steve was the fact that he was worried about getting the work done properly and on time not once was he worried about getting the money . He trust it us like we have worked with him for years . I promise you won’t be disappointed.

    I called Steve in January for a leak in my patio/shop, and he came out right away to check it out. We agreed that the weather wasnt safe for his crew yet to be doing a big repair on my roof so he did a quick patch job to hold me over until the spring when they could return and fix it for real. The patch has held up this whole time whereas previous contractors had not been able to keep the water out so I knew Steve actually knew where the water was coming from. The problem was a balcony that I had hired a different company to close up and turn into a closet, but they did not wrap the enclosure in Tyvek under the siding nor did they install any flashing! True to his word, Steve returned with a crew in the spring to rebuild the outside of the closet. They were done in one day and used quality materials for a reasonable price. He is definitely my go to contractor now!

    We had a new roof installed by this company and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Steve is extremely professional, took time to answer all of our questions and sent us photos of the progress they were making throughout the day. His entire team was friendly, punctual and hard working. The clean-up was perfect, and they left no debris at all. On top of all of this, their pricing was very reasonable, the best we could find.     Thee most professional construction company Ive ever worked with. And im not just saying it to say it, not only did this company meet all my construction and renovation needs but they were very accommodating to my needs and did their best to find solutions for things we did not even initially agree to work on. For example they came in to do roof work, but I then learned that I needed lawn work, fencing, plumbing, heating and insulation. They gave me a referral on the spot, and during the same day they worked on everything my house needed. I went from roof work to getting my home completely and professionally renovated. I highly recommend working with preference construction and I will continue doing business with this fine team of professionals!!
