My husband and I had a new hot water heater installed. This was not the first time that we contacted SHANE ELMORE PLUMBING to do a job for us. We have always been pleased with the service that they provide. I scheduled a visit online after a simple google search of plumbers near me. Shane elmore was recommended. The web page did disclose a service fee of $51 dollars for the technician to just present to my residence which I liked personally. I prefer a direct and upfront cost of service to be upfront. The appointment was easy to schedule online, I listed my issue selected the services I believed I needed then selected a time frame, upon submission received a confirmations text of the time frame for my service appointment. Around the appointment time I got a text with my technician photo and name and little bio about them. I received service from Alex Lea, it was refreshing to have a female in technician 💪 I was home alone and usually prefer my husband to be here to handle these types of issues so I don’t have to deal with services people. But I got Alex she was very friendly and professional and she didn’t mind my cats whom actually own my house and I just live in it. She arrived basically at the beginning of my appointment window of 2pm and finished within 1 hour or so. The service was effective and Alex fully disclosed pricing prior to the full service and I chose to proceed with the services recommended. Total for my service was $418 dollars but my issue was completely resolved. 5/5 stars. Would recommend Shane Elmore services to anyone in need.

We could not have asked for a better experience despite several complications arising that had to do with our 1940’s home, not a lack of expertise on his part. Excellent experience.

We had to replace the anode rod in our hot water heater. I called multiple local plumbers with absolutely no success. Either the phone wasn’t answered or I never received a call back. I called Shane Elmore plumbing immediately talked to a person and was scheduled the same day to have a technician come out to my house. They sent Dakota, and he was amazing!!! He called to let me know he was on his way and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was polite, professional, patient with my dogs being in his way and he was respectful of my home. He kept me updated on the progress every step of the way. And for the first time, I did not have to clean up after a technician coming into my home. If I ever have a plumbing need in the future, I will definitely be calling Shane Elmore plumbing.

We recently moved into an older house. Over the last day or so we began to notice an odor, and then this morning the tub was slow to drain. We called Shane Elmore, who was doing some of the renovation plumbing for us, and Chris was out here same day. He arrived late afternoon and worked on up into the evening until just after dinner time. He resolved the issue (flushed baby wipes from prior owner), charged a very reasonable amount, and was courteous and professional in the process. When he was gone we could not tell he had ever been here (totally cleaned up after his work) and was pleasant to work with. I cannot recommend Shane Elmore or Chris Mooneyhan highly enough.

This is the first plumber that Ive ever had come to our home and tell us the Gods honest truth about what was wrong with our water heater which was nothing, we just didnt know how to relight the pilot right. And I have had Hiller plumbing out here numerous times and charged us hundreds of dollars to relight our pilot light or add a new part to the water heater that it didnt need. And these guys actually showed me how to actually light it and charge nothing because it took them like 30 seconds they will be my plumbers and my recommended plumbers to anyone who wants honesty and an honest quote ever they are awesome.

It is hard to find good service people. However, Shane Elmore plumbers have done an excellent job. I had an ER on Sunday. They came right away. Came back Monday to put in clean out. As I have an older home one had to be put in. However, seems cast iron does not last for ever and tree roots are hard on drain lines. They came today in this hot weather and spent the day fixing everything. I am grateful for the kindness and politeness. I also like their professionalism. I always got the picture and text of who was coming so no surprises. Great way to do business.

I called Shane on Monday morning to describe my issue: I had a natural gas pipe with a fitting that wouldn’t accommodate the gas range I had purchased.Shane personally came to my house within the next three hours (between other scheduled jobs) to assess the situation. It was a relatively simple task for a trained plumber, but Shane was happy to let me know what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He returned the next day (vs sending a member of his team) at the same time with the required fittings and had the pipe refitted and tested within an hour. After a bit of cleanup, Shane provided the invoice; for materials, labor, shared knowledge, time, and expertise, it was a very reasonable price (especially compared to some other plumber agencies in Bowling Green).All told, I’m very happy with my experience from start to finish. Efficient, fair, thorough, accommodating. For this and other properties, I’ll certainly aim to utilize Shane and his team as much as possible.

Technician name Chuck was extremely nice and explained what was going on. I could not be more satisfied. They will be my first call next time I need plumbing service. Don’t hesitate to call them.Few months later weHad another issue called them and tech came out same day. Chad was again really helpful and wanted to take care of the problem which he did. Great company to deal with. Once you use them I doubt you will go else where.

He put in a waterline for my refrigerator and repaired a section that had been done faulty. A month later Dale came back and did a great job on several other items I need done. He put in a faucet, removed a gas line that was no longer needed in the basement and installed a waterline in the back of the house and water Spicket. Out of courtesy he caulked my tub and shower which was a very kind thing to do. He was a pleasure to work with. Later he returned to move it over for me so I could fit my fridge against he wall. I am so happy!Came back on 4/24/23 and put in a new spicket on my deck and Dale did a great job as usual.On 9/5/24 Chad came and put in a faucet for me and looked at my tub and gave me great advice about what did and did NOT need to be done. Called them about frozen pipes during the winter storm right before Christmas. It took them all day to get to the house but I understood they were busy since it was in the negatives outside. The operators did their best keeping me updated with scheduled time. Were very professional. Once the technicians got to the house, they talked us through and asked all questions needed. They climbed in the crawlspace and found no frozen pipes or damage of any kind. Checked the water heater and realized the main water line was frozen. There was nothing they could do. Told us to open all faucets and wait it out. Within an hour, we had running water! We are so grateful for their knowledge! They did not even charge us for coming and checking things out!
