Had a valve failure on our hot water heater that caused a pretty significant leak from our drain line later in the evening and made the dreaded “after hours” call. Happy we chose Mr. Rooter! Very friendly staff taking the call. Our technician Jacob was friendly and informative. He took expert care in making sure we understood what problem we were seeing and the recommendations. Had the valve replaced and problems resolved within an hour of starting. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

Called this morning to have them come and look at a problem with our water heater. Joe and Jacob showed up (same day service 😳) quicker than expected which was wonderful. They showed us our problem, explained our options along with costs and we decided to just replace it. They worked quickly and professionally to get the job done. Extremely professional and helpful!We had a possible leak on New Years Day and they came out immediately, even with the storms, and helped with a difficult meter turn-off.Soon after, they came back and did a thorough assessment and showed how to work the tricky water meter.They were friendly, prompt, helpful, and will be our go-to plumber.Thank you for such great service, especially on an emergency basis.

Plumbers crack was not showing like most plumbers and he wore his mask the whole time he was in my home. All around, an excellent job and I will go back if plumbing is ever needed at my home! Tech was very professional and got to me in a very timely manor. Discussed different options and made sure I knew what was happening.The cost was quite expensive at 605 dollars to just snake my main line. I will probably look elsewhere first next time due to the crazy cost. I would expect 200 to 300. 605 is really steep.

The plumbing technician Steven Bowden was punctual, courteous, patient and informative. He told me up front what the cost would be and why. He had to go under the house and into the crawlspace to get to the clogged section of drain pipe. He told me he successfully got the hardened clog removed from that section of pipe. He told me if the entire piping had to be replaced, the job could have been much more expensive. The job took him about an hour or so. The desired result of his work was instantaneous. Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Bowling Green needs to hang on to this guy! Most pleasant plumber that I have ever dealt with.John B. Ingram

I have a rental property that the water heater went out on. I expect my rent to be paid in a timely manor. So my tenants should expect repairs to their apartment to be in a timely manor. When I called Mr. R they were there in less than an hour diagnosed the water heater as bad and had the new in and brought to current codes by the end of the day. Awesome.

Have used Mr. Rooter multiple times, but this time stood out from the rest! We had a clogged kitchen sink, and had opted for the snake option. The plumber Tyler was teaching his apprentice Dillon. They were both so sweet, definitely had our best interest at heart! How calm and attentive Tyler was to teaching Dillon but making sure the job was done right was great! He even replaced a piece on my moms faucet that kept the water from coming out because it was clogged also. This attention to detail, how caring they were, and the outcome of the job is exactly why I will be calling back for Tyler! Thank You Mr. Rooter!

I dont like calling big chains typically, because its too much of a corporate, canned package. However, were new to BG and had a plumbing issue due to the previous homeowners not fixing something right. Called Mr. Rooter and they sent Joe Leibfreid out. Joe was awesome. He was personable, knew his stuff and fixed our issue perfectly. Joe had an attention to detail, and treated me like it was his personal plumbing business.
