I want to take this time to thank The Lee Co. for being there for my family during an unexpected gas line leak. The technicians, Jeremiah and Derrick, worked in my home for three days to replace all of the gas lines. They were polite and courteous and explained every single part of the process. I appreciate their hard work and patience! I also appreciate the project manager, Paul, who has also helped me work through this process. Great customer service. Had to purchase a new unit. Rep came out and quoted a replacement (obtained 2 other quotes from other companies). Price was very competitive, with options and negotiable. Installation was done as scheduled. Around 2 hours to install a 2.5 ton unit without issues. This is my second unit (additional) purchase from Lee in the last 2 years and have had great service both times. Thank you!

Unfortunately I had a water line break at my house, and Lee Company was able to come out and repair it in 1 day! Not only that, but they actually charged me $1,500 less than they quoted me because they were able to do the work in less time than they anticipated. I have never in my life had a home repair come in UNDER quota, which was fantastic and I greatly appreciate their honesty and hard work. Ill never do business with any other competitor due to my positive experiences with them. Jacob and Clay did excellent work on my home in Nashville and I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

As a lifelong minister and the son of a traveling evangelist, you can guess that I received little to no training about how to fix stuff. That’s why I am so thankful for Lee Company who diagnoses all sorts of maintenance conundrums without making me feel like an idiot. All of the service people that we have interacted with have been awesome, very personable. Their maintenance plan is very inexpensive for the trouble that I’m saved, in the long run.

Homeownership can be daunting. I’ve wasted thousands over the years getting the run around from all the other large “well know” companies, as well as some smaller ones. I sure wish I had found LEE Company years ago. Every person I’ve dealt with has been a pleasure. We have a HVAC unit that has historically had issues when heat was needed. The tech yesterday did a great job of identifying an unusual issue. He worked with the Lee Service team and may have eliminated this problem for the future. I could not recommend this company more. Although they will suggest certain items to improve your system, they never pressure you into buying anything. Their employees are more than helpful and informative. One technician in particular, Jacob, recently fixed our tankless water heater and would not close the job until we were completely satisfied, which included three different trips to our house to ensure everything operated the way it is supposed to.

Our house was warm, going on hot when a woke up, and we realized out air went down and our HVAC unit was struggling... and of course it was supposed to be 102 that day. I jumped online around 7:00 am to try to get a same day appt. I was able to get on a work-in list... They were at my home by 12:30 and done by 2:00. And because I was a monthly maintenance member, I got 20% off... MEMBERSHIP totally worth having! The techs were so helpful and we were so thankful for their time and work... 100% I would refer them to anyone! Love what they do and what they stand for. Thanks!

Just moved into my house and 90+ degrees outside. Setting on the couch after supper and it started to get warmer in the house. Called Lee Company and was placed on their Emergency list. They were not able to come that evening but called me around 1030 the next morning and had the unit fixed by 1130. Mike is a very knowledgeable technician and knew what was wrong as soon as he heard the unit try to kick on. He still checked everything just to be sure. I signed up for their Service Level Agreement as they cover other things beside HVAC, like plumbing, and electrical with 2 free system checks a year.

Lee Company Technician, Blake Thomas, was excellent! He was friendly when he introduced himself and made sure to cover his shoes upon entering my home. He skillfully and carefully diagnosed why my heat pump was blowing cool air. After discovering the broken part, he quickly called the Carrier store to ensure the part was in stock, He was efficient with securing the part, returning to install it, and explaining the repair to me. If I had one complaint, it is that it took one day later than I was told to expect to be helped. However, it was understandably due to the snow, ice, and customers who were already scheduled ahead of me. I’m so grateful to have heat again, thanks to Blake Thomas! He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and represented Lee Company with excellence! I recommend Lee Company.

Lee Company has excellent customer service. Recently, I had a leak in plumbing that they installed for me four years ago. They sent a plumber out the same day that I called; he readily acknowledged that the problem arose from their installation. Repaired the plumbing issue right away, and someone came out a few days later to repair the water damage to my closet ceiling. All at no charge to me. I give them 5 stars for customer service and standing behind their work -- but 4 stars, since it would have been much better if they hadnt made a mistake with the installation in the first place.

My family has used Lee Co for over a decade and I could not have expected anything more or less than this most recent HVAC repair visit. It was Ethan’s second visit to my new home. Unfortunately, doing a Spring cleaning I got complacent or lazy after I noticed insulation had began to sag on the ceiling of the condenser coil bay. Instead of going to my garage for 3M tape I attempted to use a 5/16 screw. Aware of the risk and what was beyond my target, I knicked a copper refrigerant line and there was a massive hemorrhage of refrigerant. I will never Griswald again, and drop my discipline, one and done! Lee Company dispatch was quick and with in a bit over an hour, Ethan had called with an ETA and arrived. It took a couple hours but he skillfully was able to repair the line and recharge the unit. A good man and great conversation I helped where I could and he answered my questions when they popped up. Though the cost was unexpected, I have had some days to finish my Spring cleaning and inspect performance of my HVAC. It is as if the accident never happened. Now I need to schedule my annual check up as I have nothing to report but the system inspection overall. Thank You all! Above and Beyond as always!

We have five units so I feel like that $60 per month to get them to come out and service the units and perform inspections on electrical and plumbing is very fair.We also have a generator that is being serviced by Lee as well. While doing a routine maintenance check the rep found we had even dangerous promblems in our crawl space. There is rotten wood as well as extreme humidity that has damaged wood, water lines and A/C ductwork. Left as it is now, it would have further damaged our house. Lee Company gave us a fair price to take care of our problems. They have done previous work, and we recommend you give them a call to care for needs in your home.

Lee Co is great. Weve been using them for atleast 10 years now. Were part of the monthly membership. We pay I think $9 or $10 a month. They do 2 hvac cleanings and inspections a year. Also, 1 plumbing and 1electrical inspection a year. Thats really not that bad for around $120 a year. Also, if they find something that needs to be repaired or needs some attention, you are getting the problem fixed before it gets worse. Which could save you a whole lot more money in the long run. If something is found you can either have them take care of it or have someone else look at it for you. If you are a member you will get a discount (I think its 20% but not sure). Weve had several services done with Lee Co now and everything theyve done has been done right. They can be expensive on the work they do but its going to be done correctly. Also, the products and parts they use are top of the line. As of right now we will continue to use Lee Co. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are Lee Company subscribers - every interaction with Lee Company has been excellent. They recently replaced a broken spring on our garage door -- this work was done expertly - including installation of outside mounted key pad - and performed maintenance on the garage door. They also replaced lighting fixtures with LED in stead of Florescent fixtures. For us - Lee is more reliable and more available for most any household issue. A bit more expensive - but we feel we get more than what we paid for.

We had to have a grinder pump repair after a power surge. I had this pump installed nine years ago when sewage was backing up in my house due not having the correct pitch on the sewer line. All total is was $4700 for just the pump and around $7000 total. I have had to do nothing with the pump since. I was so worried when I found the pump was not working. I didnt even know who to call to figure out what needed to be fixed. My usual guys that do plumbing and electrical felt I needed a larger company to fix it and suggested Lee Company. Lee Company could have said we needed a new pump which runs in the $6000 range today. They were honest and only had to rewire the electrical box to the pump. Lonnie and Dalton showed up and did an excellent job. I appreciate them so much. Lonnie even called over two electricians to give a second opinion on the electrical situation. They went above and beyond and I will be hiring them again. I am going to have a surge protector for my home installed so this does not happen again! You may want to check into it if you dont have one. They are far more reasonably priced for the protector and installation than I ever would have imagined. It is a win-win for us!
