My brother Bruce and I have a large cleaning company in Bowling Green. We have 5 apartments including several offices and a large warehouse. We are very dependent on our sewage pump set up. When it goes down we are crippled completely. Stewart Richey Services immediately sent out someone to help us. Brian and Connor worked hard to get us up and running. Brian was very knowledgeable with the type of pump unit we have and diagnosed the problem right away. It was amazing how efficient the two of them were and we are so appreciative of Stewart Richeys professionalism and customer service! They never disappoint us and they are great people to work with. It is one of the reasons we have had a relationship with him the last 25 years and chosen them for our needs in these areas. Thanks again guys for coming out!!

Great service from their tech, Eli Rowe. Late on a Friday afternoon I discovered a water leak. Eli showed up about 30 minutes after my call to Stewart Richeys office. The leak turned out to be coming from a pin hole which was spraying water to another location. Eli was very conscious, knowledgeable and friendly during the repair. Even though it was late on Friday, he never seemed like he was in a hurry and only wanted to make sure that everything was done right. Job well done!

Fast friendly service the electrician Josh was great very knowledgeable and found my issue very quickly. I will most definitely use Stewart Richey again for all of my electrical, plumbing, hvac and refrigeration needs. I would recommend them to anyone for Fast professional service at a great price.

Stewart -Richey gave me the best quote out of three for a standby Generac generator and I am more than pleased and blessed to have had them make this one of the easiest, hassle free projects to complete. Adam, the electrician that was the head man in charge for this project, was a very proficient professional that was available to answer all my questions and took care of all my concerns. I highly recommend Adam and the Stewart-Richey service group

Replaced our sewer line. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. They were careful with the removal old lines and install of the new lines. Very consciences of our neighbors and our yard. We would be hard pressed to use anyone else for our plumbing services.

I rely on Stewart Richey SG for all of my household plumbing, Electrical and HVAC needs. I own a house built in 1964, so I end up needing service from time to time. SR has proven to be reliable, effective and honest in my dealings with them. Its great to call one company and be able to get any of these services done right.Also, SRSG recently installed a HVAC unit in my fathers house and it had a manufacturers defect. They actually pushed back on the manufacturer when they wanted to install parts to attempt to fix. SRSG told the manufacturer that my dad bought a new unit and he deserved a new unit. So they replaced his with a new unit. Thats fantastic customer service. They have my business locked in!
