We just purchased our home and used GLO when our heater needed repair. The staff made us an appointment right away, and the technician was on time, professional, thorough and very friendly. The part needed to be ordered, and they knew where to get it, and arrived the next morning to do the repair. What could have been a negative experience during a very stressful time for us, turned out to be fine, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at GLO. Highly recommend! -
