I called with a water leak around the base of my toilet issue. It wasn’t an emergency because I have another bathroom. The only issue was that I had guests staying through the holiday. Redonna(sp) took my call and informed me of what to expect, pricing, and made an appointment for the next day. She called back and gave me an appointment for the same day due to cancellation. The technician arrived on time and promptly checked to see what the issue was. He explained the problem and costs to me prior to doing the job. He completed it in a very timely manner and cleaned up. Additionally, he was very professional and personable.

Called multiple plumbers when my only toilet got clogged. Roto-Rooter had the earliest available time to come help. They were very quick and did exactly what I needed. The price was higher than another plumber’s quote for the same job, but they were able to come several hours earlier so I figured it was worth it, especially since it was the only toilet in the house.

From the initial emergency call (during the weekend), next business day follow-up, to the completion of the job, the level of care and professionalism exceeded my expectations. The technicians, Paul and Matt, who arrived during the weekend, examined the area of concern, provided detailed information to us, and ensured that they will be in touch. Not only did they follow-up with a call, Mike, the owner, stopped by and inspected the issue himself and reassured me that the foundation/slab leak will be resolved as quickly as possible. Although he came only to inspect my backflow preventer, Mike fixed my gas lamp without charging me and he even cleaned the glass! The plumber thoroughly cleaned my drains. He even tripple checked his work, which because of this, he found that the city had a main clogg that was backing into my lines. This led to the city cleaning their lines out later. All and all it was a good experience despite the near 400 dollar price tag.

After my husband and I recently moved into our new house in Bossier from Sumter, South Carolina, we began having problems almost immediately. Both of our toilets and bathtubs clogged up at the same time almost for no reason. We contacted a couple of other local businesses, but Roto-Rooter was the only one that could assist us same day, and for that we are extremely grateful. Paul was a great technician that worked fast and efficiently. We even called back for him to hook up the water to our fridge when the local Lowes failed at it. A few weeks later, the business even called back for an update to make sure everything was running smoothly, which most businesses usually dont do. We would recommend this place a hundred times over.

Each person I have dealt with from the lady who answers the phone to the plumbers that have done the work have been very professional and explained each thing they were doing and discussed price once the issue was found before they started any repairs so there were no surprises. This was an excellent service experience! I went to visit my elderly mother on a Saturday and discovered that her toilets had just started leaking water on the floor and sewage backing up in both her shower and separate bathtub. I called Roto Rooter because they advertised service 24/7. The answering service took my initial call and a manager called me back within 10 minutes. She explained the service they could provide within a few hours and and what I could expect both in personnel and costs. Within an hour I received a call from the service tech assigned to me and he arrived at my mom’s home 45 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a major clog and quoted me the cost for repairs. He kept me informed during the entire repair of what was going on and answered the few questions I had. He made sure at the completion of the repair that I was satisfied with the job done; he made sure everything was clean and put back in place before he gave me the bill to pay. Total time from initial call to job completion was less than 5 hours. Excellent service and I could not be more pleased.

I highly recommend Roto-Rooters services! The entire experience was positive and hassle-free. From the answering service to the plumbers - Austin and Clayton - each member of the team was competent and professional. The answering service answered my call - on a Sunday evening! - listened to the problem, and then promptly made a scheduling call that following morning. The plumbers were able to come out the same afternoon, were on time, and EFFICIENT. Bonus points to both Austin and Clayton for being patient with all of my questions regarding the repair. Not only did my sink pipes get unclogged (I wont be putting bell pepper stems down the garbage disposal again!), but I received a good lesson on how to maintain my pipes.I will 100% be calling on Roto-Rooter for all of my plumbing needs from now on AND Ill be recommending them to my friends! My day started off with a call to get my backed up drain cleared.After asking for a morning appointment the service people had their technician at my home in about 10 minutes. Its never fun to have plumbing problems or in my case not even sure WHAT the problem is and hoping that paying for a plumber to come out would be the right choice. Well, it WAS! Incredibly happy with Roto-Rooters service. Had a water heater explode the day before a flight and they showed up promptly in the morning and got right to work. Installer was friendly and technically proficient, walking me through all the new features of the heater and how to properly maintain it. While I wouldnt want my water heater to break again, I would like to use Roto-Rooter again!

I had a plumbing issues with my drain pipe clogging up and I call Roto-Rooter Plumbing for the service. One of the technician came out and didnt handling the problem correctly and I have to call another plumbing company to take care of my plumbing issues. The next day my wife called the office and speak with Mike (the owner) and told him what had happened. Mike told my wife that he will personally came out to my home and returned my check that I wrote to his technician and personally apologized us for the inconvenient.An hour later, Mike showed up at our home and looking at our drain pipe and handed me back my check and told me that he will come back to run the camera through our drain pipe that run to the street and will not charge us anything. I was very happy that Mike took his time out and came to see us personally and try to resolve the problem. I do understand that sometime when you owned a business and send an employee/technician out to a job site and didnt handling the job correctly, that could give a business a bad name. But in this case with Roto-Rooter here in Bossier City, Mike kept his word and hopefully he will sent someone back to my home with a camera. I very happy with the fact that Mike realized that mistake happened and he came out to fix it right away and to me that is CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is a great company that bends over backward to help. I was looking for a plumbing supply house to purchase a chemical drain cleaner to clear some slow draining lavatories that a different plumbing company recommended. I was having trouble finding a plumbing supply house so I stopped by Bossier City Rotor-Rooter on Shed road to see if they might have the product. I spoke to Brian while he was leaving to help someone else and he explained to me how dangerous that method is then offered to come by to look at the problem after he finished the job he was going to do. I explained to him that I had the same problem a couple years while our house was still under warranty and the warranty company sent out a plumber who wanted to cut out a wall to fix the problem but I declined and asked for another plumber who used the chemical to solve the problem. I was convinced that Brian was a professional and hired him on the spot. I made the arrangements with Pam in the office, who is also very professional and pleasant. Brian showed up a little while later and in 30 minutes completely solved the slow drain problem. Brian is a very knowledgeable and efficient professional plus hes easy to work with. I absolutely recommend this business and will use them again. Call them first you wont regret it.

Never used a professional plumber before but this time around after near 20yrs I figure I might need it done. Had a blockage somewhere and was afraid it was going to be major headache. Rotor rooter guy called his boss and they worked on it and cleared it. Very happy about the outcome and the guys were professional and friendly for sure. I work in the real estate maintenance industry and I could have probably called one of my vendors but needed it dont right away and they did what I needed. The technician was professional and extremely honest.Again, if you are looking for cheap service, this is not for you. However, if you need a plumber anytime of day for an issue that cannot wait, then Roto-Rooter is for you.I also, appreciated that the technician wore a mask and gloves. With our current COVID-19 situation, this means a lot to me.

We are in the process of making a house livable that has been vacant for many years. This was our second call to Roto Rooter and my first time meeting Marcus. First of all, our call was handled in a timely manner, upon arriving Marcus assessed the situation quickly and went into thoroughly looking everything over before snaking the drain. It was pretty clogged, so this took a bit of time. Sink is draining perfectly and I won’t hesitate to call the next time I need plumbing help. Great customer service

Service was super helpful. Had an issue and called on a weekend and was able to get an appointment immediately. Plumbers showed up promptly and immediately assessed the situation with a direct and honest cost assessment. They explained everything about the issue and showed me the problem. They then immediately fixed the issue and cleaned the work area. During the repair they also asked me if I had any other plumbing questions or issues.

Let me start off by saying nobody likes plumbing problems not even the plumber but if you have plumbing problems you want to make sure he or she is licensed and bonded and are up to date with the new codes. So now to my story it started off with a slow draining kitchen sink just run a snake down the drain or vent and cleared the clog but if your plumbing had been installed by a previous homeowner who did not know anything about plumbing the nightmare begins. So thumbing through the Yellow pages I was fortunately enough to come across Jose service technician 83 for rotor router plumbing and drain service who crawled underneath my house to the crawlspace to fix prior plumbing issues left behind by amateurs Jose brought back photos of the problem and a remedy to fix these issues correctly. He was courteous timely and even cleaned up after himself after the job was done he left me a clean floor and a clean driveway I will recommend Jose to my friends or anyone who needs plumbing work done. My experience with Roto Rooter Services was phenomenal! My technician Marcus Cooper did an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable about plumbing services! His diagnostic skills were exemplified through his physical inspection! He was able to identify the area of blockage within less than 5 minutes of being inside my home!He also patiently informed me of the causes of the issues that I was experiencing! Mark took his time with addressing all problematic issues that I discussed with him upon his arrival! Once his work was complete he also took the time to test it out to ensure efficiency of his work and increase my satisfaction! Roto-Rooter was the second plumbing company to come out to my house and finally identify and fix the plumbing issue in my master-bath. Brian snaked the pipes, then watched the water flow, wasnt satisfied, so he took a camera up in my attic and up on my roof. I am so impressed how he searched until he located and fixed the problem. Problem fixed, thank-you Brian and the frosting on the cake, I have a warranty!!! AND my invoice was very reasonable. All my future plumbing needs will go to Roto-Rooter!!

I live in Vivian, Louisiana. We dont have any plumbers here anymore and it is hard to find any who will travel here from Shreveport/Bossier City because that is 30 miles away. However, Roto-Rooter traveled here, not once, but twice in one week and took care of my plumbing problems. Another plumber from Blanchard had tried to fix our issues earlier in the month, but was unable to do so. Nick and Mike came to see us on Monday, November 24, 2014, and again on Friday, November 28, 2014. The first time they were here until after dark, with Nick working by the lights of Mikes truck, clearing our sewer line and putting in a brand new clean-out. The plumber who used to do work for us - a man from Vivian - had jury-rigged a clean-out using a couple of pieces of PVC pipe and an old coffee can. This was all underground on the side of our old clay pipes and allowed roots to get into our sewer line, thereby stopping it up. Nick took care of that problem last Monday. The next night my washing machine drainage pipe started overflowing rather than draining properly as it used to. So, the second time the men from Roto-Rooter came, they were here around noon cleaning out the stacks to our washer and then working to discover the problem after the washer still overflowed from the drainage pipe behind the washer when they tested it. Turns out that our old house had an unusual washer drainage pipe set-up in that it had a drain that angled off under the house to join into the sewer drain in our front yard and that joint was an old cast-iron fitting that had rusted partially closed. It took them several tries, but that got that pipe open and my washing machine began draining as it was supposed to once again. They figured out what was wrong and worked on it until the problem was resolved. Everyone at Roto-Rooter of Bossier City has been wonderful to deal with, from Dawn and Stacy in the office, to Mike, the owner, and Nick, the plumber who works with him, they have been absolutely Great. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs plumbing services! They figured out my problems, and they were unique!
