    We had a leak on a Sunday evening. I called AHS to make a claim and our dispatch went to Giants. I immediately called and spoke with Jeff. Jeff was super helpful! He told me that if we wanted someone to come out I would have to pay extra because our warranty did not cover after hours dispatches. I told him I’ll pay! Lloyd came out and found out that the leak was coming from our irrigation system which is not covered under my warranty. He turned off the water to my irrigation system since I never use it and I will get it fixed later. When I do decide to fix it I will call Giants out to fix it!

    Jeff and the Team at Ark-La-Flow Plumbing did a great job on the plumbing in our new house. They stand behind their work and will fight to fix any issue even if it wasn’t their fault. I plan to use them on future projects. Highly recommend you give them a call for your plumbing needs!

    The crew did a great job with repairing my water leak! Its good to see good quality work especially when those traits are hard to come by anymore. On top of that the owner followed up with the work to make sure everything was good. Definately recommend!

    Called on Arkla Flow by way of referral from a fellow investor. By far, they were my favorite sub to deal with on my most recent project. Very professional, and organized. They showed up when they said they were going to and got the job done. They were in and out. Jeff inspected and checked out all of the work himself. No issues with inspections from the City. Price was fair and reasonable. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for a job well done.

    Im a American Home Shield client and just recently used the services of ArkLaFlow Plumbing LLC. It was a great experience. Jeff really talked me through the work needed and process involved. His workers came on time, worked diligently and made sure to communicate what was going on. I really appreacited the fact that Jeff and Shannon were readily available, worked with my schedule and did such a great job fixing my slab leak and hot water tank. Id recommend them to anyone!

    Jeff and his team did a wonderful job and superseded all of my expectations. We were directed to Ark La Flow through our home warranty, AHS. Wayne, our tech, came out day one and was able to quickly determine the problem. With AHS there is a process for approval, but that approval was processed early the next morning. Wayne was back that afternoon, and not only was the valve replaced, fixing the initial problem, but the entire set of handles and faucet in my bathtub were replaced. This really shows how Jeff is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. Much appreciated! Will be a returning customer, even outside of my home warranty.

    This was an emergency call....water flowing onto my floor from dishwasher. Ark-LA-Flow came out same day, within hours, and repaired/replaced valves! They were professional, friendly, and explained the problem.A few weeks ago, they came to replace valves in my laundry room. I will call them for all my plumbing needs.

    Jeff and Shannon have done multiply new construction homes for me as well as work on my rentals all over Shreveport and Bossier city the past couple of years. I would have to say I have always been impressed will every job as with price and workmanship.     We were referred to them by a mutual friend who uses them for everything. We made one call and they came within 30 minutes. The owner shut our valves off and he had crews in our neighborhood already working. Come to find out we had a leak in the roof from ice.Polite, prompt, friendly and we will call again in the future.

    Wow! These guys are Rock Stars! I was having trouble with getting AHS to provide the necessary information to them so they could do the needed work. Due to AHS the project was delayed for 4 days and would have been delayed longer. These guys switch some things around and got it done! Highly recommend these guys if you have plumbing issues!

    Have had these guys come out a few times. Really prompt, and thorough service. And this past time, they came out for a problem with the garbage disposal, we thought the problem was taken care of, but it came back a few days later. When I called them back The second time, I was surprised how quickly and willingly they were to come get the disposal issue resolved. Thanks a lot guys.

Unlike my past experiences with unreliable and difficult-to-deal-with plumbing companies, Giants delivered exceptional service. Their communication was prompt, and they provided clear, understandable explanations throughout the process. Although we had to reschedule a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances, they kept me informed and worked hard to accommodate my schedule. Whether you’re using a home warranty or not, I highly recommend Giants for their professionalism and reliability.
