    WE LOVE OSWALDS! We have lived in Haughton and now Shreveport and they have helped us and served us so well in both homes for the last few years! Weve had plumbing issues, water heater replacements, sump pump installation and washing machine/dryer hook-ups installed. Look, they hand-write their appreciation and stay in contact with customers. We even asked if our son could apprentice with them but they have people knocking down their doors for that coveted position they are such a good company to work for!

    The best plumbing company ever!! We called this morn for them to come out and unclog a bathroom tub. Marcus and Roy were here by 11am, completed the job, gave us some useful tips, checked all the other drains as well. Very impressed with their professionalism and accuracy of fixing the issue.     They provided fast service at a fair price. The appointments was kept and the various workers that came out were polite and friendly. It did seem like the estimate guy was trying to run up the tab. My husband called the main office and they immediately acknowledged it and stuck with the price that was given no matter how long the job took. They sent 2 others guys out that knew what they were doing and they finished in a half hour. Theyre pricey,but quicker to respond than the other companies. As long as they give me a fair price, I will definitely use them again!

    I have experienced 2 incidents in my home within the last year that needed a professional plumbing company to address. Each time I called Oswalts! I was assisted the same day on both occasions, both of the issues were fixed within minutes of the arrival of the plumbers.Their customer service is phenomenal from start to finish. From the quick answering of my call to the knock on my door I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect and kindness. Prices were fair and extremely reasonable.     Weā€™ve had Oswald come out a few times and they are always kind, considerate, and professional. We really feel like they know what they are doing and are always upfront about what is happening and how much it will most likely cost. Our most recent visit was from Marcus, he was so friendly and gave us tips on how to keep up with maintenance that we didnā€™t know about! Weā€™ve never felt like they are trying to upsell us for no reason or rip us off. So grateful for this company for our old pipes!

    Very prompt on responding- Very polite and easy to work with but MY bad on not asking the hourly charge! I am happy with their work but wasnt prepared for the expense to snake the toilet.     I was very pleased! Oswalt Plumbing returned my call quickly. I had a sprinkler water leak emergency in extremely cold weather & icy road conditions. Robert came out promptly & turned the water off at the meter. It was stuck due to rust, ice, or something, and no one had been able to turn it off. He took care of it, was very professional, and I truly appreciated him! I highly recommend Oswalt Plumbing, and will definitely use them again!     I have used Oswalts Plumbing Services for years and have never had anything but exceptional service. Everytime any member from the team has come out, they have always gone above and beyond to address and fix the problem quickly and with high tech. equipment. Oswalts will respond the same day that service is needed, Ive even talked on a video call after hours with a technician to assess a leaking water heater. Every team member that I have had contact with is professional, knowledgeable, and over all just great people that are not trying to cost you an arm and a leg.     I canā€™t find a single complaint or an area that needs improvement. The office was prompt to get to me, the guys showed up ready. Marcus and Troy were so nice and funny, very transparent and honest, and they were thorough- found a couple serious issues I didnā€™t even know I had.     We called Oswalt Plumbing to come in because we had a slow draining kitchen sink. When the technicians got here, they made sure that they took extra steps to make sure that they didnā€™t track anything in from outside as it had been snowing. They brought in a huge silicone mat for the machine to go on to protect my floor and the technicians. Marcus and Evan were very polite. We will never use another plumbing company and I actually put Oswalt Plumbing in my cell phone. Highly recommend this company

    I needed a homeowners inspection on a vacant house. The guy who handles the calls was very polite. Customer service from start to finish was excellent. The plumber Brian was extremely knowledgeable, went above and beyond to email me the video/pics of the problems since I couldnā€™t be there AND had my report to me on time.     A friend of mine had a clog in their drain line for their tub in their 1 bathroom home. I made a quick call to the owner who is a very good friend of mine, and they had someone there within 30 minutes to take care of it. Grayson was our technician, and he literally had it fixed within 15 minutes. He had awesome customer service skills, and took care of it no time flat. I have used and referred Oswalts for years and will continue to for as long as they around! Upon inspection of our problem they found a loose wire and smoke coming from under our house. Saved us from a possible fire. Phoned us the following day to make sure everything was okay. Service was above and beyond.

    From the initial phone call to the job being completed, my experience with Oswaltā€™s was beyond expectations. They came out, after hours, to make sure I didnā€™t have a gas leak (as my description of the issue made it sound like it was) and they were able to quickly identify the problem. Luckily, it was not a gas leak. However, it was a slab leak and the water heater needed to be replaced. The guys were very respectful, kept me updated on their progress the whole time, and did an exceptional job with the work.I would refer Oswaltā€™s to anyone looking for a plumber!     Middle of Thanksgiving night in the rain Lucas worked diligently, listed to the issues then confirmed everything was in working order. This was a true emergency because my husband had just been released from ICU. I would recommend 1000 times over.     I want to thank Oswalts plumbing for helping me out in a jam. Our water heater busted at 630 pm last Thursday. Brandon was able to come over at 7 and reroute the water away from the hot water heater. The plumbing is complex with two heater next to each other but he managed to bypass them and keep water flowing in the house. The attic was hot and he double checked everything before he left at 8. I was so happy grateful that it was an easy decision to let him install a new tankless system at my house. His guys did a good job and were on time. I highly recommend Oswalts plumbing.

    I used these people via word of moth after the huge snow and ice storm. I told them off the bat that I had a water leak and we found it, but when they came out it got A LOT worse.
