    We had no water for 10 days waiting on a previous plumbing company. We then called Robert Brown Plumbing last night and a team was sent out first thing at 8am. Jacob and Franky were helpful and kind to walk us through the process and cost. They worked quickly and efficiently to get our problem fixed! We would highly recommend them and will not use anyone else!

    When you come home from running an errand to find your water tank running all over the floor, Who do you call? Weve used Robert Brown plumbing a few times in the past for some minor fixes and always been happy with them. So at 9:00 in the morning with water running out of my hot water tank closet and no way to turn it off I called Robert Brown plumbing, they had somebody here within an hour to turn the water off thankfully and by 1:30 in the afternoon had replaced my hot water tank! Friendly confident people great to do business with!

    We called them to complete a project for us at one of our customers locations. First we requested a quote which was promptly site checked and given to us that day, they were the half the price of another company that had also quoted us. We choose to use them of course. Our job was scheduled quickly and they arrived on time as promised. We even received a call the next day letting us know they were completed. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future!

    Bought a new dishwasher and the installers let us know at 3:30 on a Friday we needed a plumber to finish the install. An hour later and Jeremy and Jimmy had my family taken care of. Work was fast and they talked me through everything they did. It was a great experience. All in all we paid less than what Lowe’s contracts out for an install. Highly recommend.

    This company is the absolute best! I noticed that I had a leak at my water meter on a Friday night, called the company during after hours on Saturday to provide them with my information so that they can call me on Monday. Not only did they promptly call me at 7:30 am on Monday, they were at my house at 8:30 am the same day! They made sure they inspected inside and out to make sure there were no other problems and took the time to explain to me what the problem was! They are professional and very kind and would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

    Had a great experience with Robert Brown Plumbing. I called them at 8:00PM for service. It wasnt a huge emergency so they scheduled to be at my house at 8:30 the following morning. They called before their arrival (almost unheard of these days), showed up on time with the correct parts, and completed the job quickly and correctly. I will definitely use again.

    This is not the first company I called. I had a sewage problem on a Saturday, and I called a plumbing company that had more reviews before I called Robert Brown. The first company I called never returned my phone call and wasted about 2 hours of my time. I then decided to try Robert Brown Plumbing even though they had no reviews. They picked up the phone immediately on a Saturday, and they had a man out in here an hour. The gentleman that showed up for the call was courteous and had a positive attitude. My job was a pretty tough one because the sewer drain was stopped about 50 feet down the line out by the street. We had to dig up the line in my yard to clear it. Even though the work took about three hours, my invoice from the company was fairly priced. My experience with this company and their great employee, Dan, makes me think Robert Brown when Im thinking plumbing.

    Such quality work done by professionals! Kevin was informative and pleasant. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed our problem within a few hours. The price was extremely fair and what I expected to pay. Joe who was in the office was also very reassuring and made sure we were taken care of. Now we have running water and no leaks! Thank you guys so much!

    Ive been in the area since 2016, and although Im a skilled handyman, I leave plumbing to the experts at Robert Brown Plumbing. They are polite, do good quality work, and more importantly, each time they been on time.

    Eagle Sewer installed a manhole sleeve and reattached our main in a terrible manor. Problems for years with this, it was literally swallowing up our front yard, dirt disappearing on a massive scale...Robert figured it out quickly with the camera and got us dug up, repaired and filled back in in less than 6 hours...Amazing work!!

    I called at 11:36AM and Nathan showed up at 1PM. Hes a very nice fella and knocked out our clogged drain line to get us back in service quickly and efficiently. First time Ive had to call a plumber out but I feel the price was very reasonable and worth the service provided. Hopefully I wont need on the spot plumbing services again, but if I do, I know who Ill be calling! Thanks Nathan. Top notch!
