    Team Brandon and Hunter did an amazing job! They installed 3/4 inch Pex piping from the meter throughout the crawl space to all the plumbing, including the outdoor shed. It was a really labor-intensive job that required skill and patience. The water pressure flow is great now! I can use multiple water sources at the same time, and best of all, I dont have to worry about the old, galvanized piping freezing and bursting in frigid temperatures!

    Todays service call with Mark Johnson & Sons Plumbing was a great experience. First of all the three gentleman were friendly, polite, knowledgable and got right down to business. They quickly discovered a malfunctioning aerator that was causing problems. And after correcting that issue, Justin with Weaver Disposal carefully pumped the septic tank making it look easy! All things are back to normal and at a good price. The customer service person was so nice and friendly and that typically is not the norm anymore.     This is the 3rd time I have used this plumbing company. The cost of service is what I would expect for this trade. You pay for good work and I feel I have gotten very good work.The representatives are on time and courteous. They are clear in explaining what is being done and are able to answer my questions.I also appreciate the estimates for other future services I may need. Like tankless water heater, shower faucet replacement and toilet repair.I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs in Shreveport, LA.

    Had a huge water leak on new years day. Called and they were on scene within a couple hours, technician said he was on another call at the time. He diagnosed my issue, and had it quickly repaired. Very courteous and professional.Would call for other issues.

    I was sent the information of the young man coming to replace my water heater. Noah arrived in a timely manner. He and the young man with him removed the old water heater, replaced it with the new one, cleaned any residual water and did so in a timely manner.     The contractor arrived at the appointed time and promptly identified and introduced himself. He inspected the situation and gave me an estimate of charges to correct the problem. He gave us discounts for which we qualified as part of the agreement and were most appreciated. He was polite and courteous and conducted his work timely. He provided information and pictures of the situation before and after work. We will definitely call them again as needed and highly recommend this service to others.

    Had water leak at what appeared to be on water district side of the meter as water was accumulating in drainage ditch on their side of the meter. Upon inspection it was determined the leak was on the coupling on my side of water meter. Service technician was dispatched and at site within 3-4 hours. Repair part was not in stock at companys local supplier nor could be part be found in either Bossier City, Shreveport, or Monroe/West Monroe. The company owner himself got involved and was able to locate a loaner part. It was installed during a downpour and the repair completed. Prompt, professional service and an owner who leads by example. Good on you!

    Had a garbage disposal that wasnt working and turned out it was just clogged. Tanner came out and was not only able to resolve it, but also show me how to take care of any clogs if the situation happened again. Gave me multiple pricing options based on what may need to happen. Both were very fairly priced. Thankfully it was the lesser of the two options that was needed. Highly recommend for any plumbing issues.

    Mark Johnson Plumbing is an outstanding Plumbing company. They were quick to provide a quote on site. The gentlemen showed up two days later did a tub replacement with a new walk-in shower from Mansfield. A superb job and it looks great. It will allow my wifes mother to just walk in and take a show and it has a tikka wood flip up bench so she can sit if she wants. The two gentlemen were so nice and accommodating.     Once again Mark Johnson Plumbing saves the day! Austin came out with his assistant and evaluated all my outside faucets. All three of them needed to be replaced. Austin kept me informed through the whole process and explained each step. They wore shoe covers when the came in the house. They cleaned up very good and I now have three new faucets outside. No more leaky faucets. If you need a plumber for big or small jobs, you can’t go wrong with Mark Johnson Plumbing and Austin Whitten was great.

    Service is amazing! we had to have a faucet head tightened and it was over $100.00 which I think is high for a 3 minute job. But the overall service is always good sometimes if youre a good customer the tightening job should have been a no problem that wont take but a minute deal. It makes customers feel special and keeps them coming back. In our business the more we are able to give we seem to be rewarded three times.

    We’ve had a consistent problem for the last 18 months where we could not control the mixture of hot and cold water in our shower. Over several months we’ve had other plumbers come and work at it and try to clean out the lines and then left saying they did the best they could, and it never really resolved the problem.Ryan and Clayton came with a very positive, professional, approach to the situation. They actively listened to our concerns and the history of our plumbing issue. Ryan asked open-ended questions as he assessed the issue and planned his approach and proceeded to correct the problem. We were given options, with various cost, and time to complete the project. They worked with us to get the shower fixed and operable without delay.

    UPDATE (5 June 2022): Been using their services for nearly two years. Bought a house that needed some TLC. Some of that TLC has come in the form of unexpected plumbing issues. We have a specific technician we prefer, but regardless, every person who has come to our residence in the past 24 months has been outstanding. They each explain the process, what the solution options are from low end to ultra high end (specifically services they offer that bring no long-term fix but sound nice). Always show exactly what the actual issue is prior to performing any repairs (Ive been outside with spouse and child and let the technician work, and theyve come out to get me to show what the root problem is prior to doing anything). Will always recommend. Also, cannot beat their military discount and membership benefits, especially on an older house.Previous review: They arrived earlier than the expected time frame and were done installing this faucet within 30mins. Probably wouldve taken only 15 if not for the pleasant exchange of small talk. A+ work and worth the price (which is very reasonable to begin with)!

    My parents hot water heater went out and they called for repair. The tech (Noah) came out and was great! He went over everything , including the costs with my dad -- went and got a new hot water heater, installed it and patiently went over exactly how to operate it with my dad, including regulating the temperature until my dad was happy. We loved getting the text that told gave us Noahs photo and said he was on his way. We were promised noon, but we were so happy that he arrived two hours early! This is definitely our best experience with a repair company ever and will recommend them to all of our friends..

    Mark Johnson Plumbing replaced a hot water heater back in December 23. Got an estimate about a month prior. Jack and his guy came out and replace the hot water heater quicker than I expected. They replace the door frame back and cleaned up the mess. The work they did was great and the new hot water heater is working perfect. Thanks guys yall did awesome!! I will call them out if I ever have any plumbing issues again.The only complaint I have is I was told 10% would be due up front. When I called to set the date up, the lady in the office told me NO, it is 20% up front. There was definitely some confusion or miscommunication going on and could had easily lost a customer.     The whole process from making an appointment to the work being completed was great!The appointment service is prompt and you book a 3 hour window. That is great you dont have to plan a whole day to meet someone to perform the work. The service also follows up with appointment confirmations several ways.     As always, Jack was quick and efficient. He fixed the immediate problem with the leaky tub faucet and identified a smaller leak from the shower line. Unfortunately access to that leak requires additional work (removing a portion of a tile wall). Jack clearly described what needed to be done so he could access the pipe, and ensured the leak would not continue while we get the tile and drywall work lined up. We have that arranged, and Jack already has us on his schedule to finalize the repair within 2 business days. More complex and time consuming than previous work hes done for us, but he and Mark Johnson Plumbing have been forthright about what the problem is, offered several options to resolve it, and once we decided on the course of action we wanted, they are working to get it done as soon as possible.     Fast, friendly, professional, and dependable.Mark Johnson Plumbing has always been good to us, but recently we had to reinstall our septic tank, so I called the company that did the original install. They completely flaked on us, wouldnt call back, just a nightmare. So after several days of that, I called MJP because theyve never let us down. They sent Noah out the next day, and within a week had our old septic tank collapsed and the new one installed. The entire experience was professional and everyone was superhelpful. I cant recommend them enough.

    Jason was very professional and explained what the issues were with the plumbing for our tub spout and piping. As he continued to work and make repairs, he gave recommendations on services that Mark Johnson plumbing can offer for renovations of the bathroom.This is the second time we have called out Mark Johnson plumbing. From our experience, they have explained in detail costs in materials and services before performing the work and are very easy to talk to.     Pros: on time arrival, text alert to advise tech was on the way, texted the photo and name of the tech that would be arriving, professional, patient, knowledgeableCon: the service charge of camera vs other competitors as well as the overall pricing for the service of fixing pipes, however plumbing is a necessity and it has to get done.

    First of all the plumber, Jack, showed up right on time which was hugely impressive. Upon his arrival he put on booties to protect my floors, greeted me and got to work.My issue was my drains backing and having a garbage disposal taken out. He assessed everything and got right to work.He was so friendly and even engaged in small talk as he worked.He made the repairs i needed and gave me feedback on the future repairs of future problems that can arise.My house is old and as a result of its age it doesnt have modern day plumbing solutions. He talked me trough everything i can do to prevent future issues and even gave me a rough estimate quote on future plumbing morden day standard installation.When I decided to do any future repairs Mark Johnson is without a doubt who I am calling!
