Bryan did an amazing job on our office building remodel. Ramirez-Smith Law purchased a ranch home and reinvested the space, turning it into a 5,000 square feet office space with 16 individual offices, a workspace, a break room, 4 bathrooms, and a massive conference room. It required enclosing a patio to build on additional offices. The electric in the property was old and residential, all needing to be upgraded, as well as adding new electrical to our expansion. Bryan underbid our other officers by thousands of dollars. He showed up every day, on time, and completed the project within his estimated time frame. It was incredible. He is also on call for issues, like upgrading our outside lighting, just this year. Highly recommend and would use again for any electrical needs.

Bryan has been an indispensable teammate throughout a seven-month-plus remodel. A lot of the work that we needed was iterative. He’s always shown up to help us with any project, whether it was giving us a honest assessment of our electrical system, reworking our full electrical service, moving outlets, installing appliances, even wood work and drywall.Bryan does extremely good work and is a great problem solver. He works fast, listens to what we want, comes up with good ideas to help us achieve our goals, and takes charge when we’ve given minimal direction. Would highly recommend.

Bryan is always willing to help. Most recently rewired and replaced a hardwired smoke alarm in our kitchen with high ceilings. So glad he was here as I simply couldn’t take the beeping any longer. Trustworthy and knowledgeable I highly recommend Bryan for your electrical needs.

Bryan ran electrical to our shed, installing lighting and a fan. It’s been a game changer for the use of our shed. He was quick and clean and responsive to questions. We will definitely call him back for future jobs. Highly recommend City Lights!
