    I am so happy with the service I received from Sublime Electrical.I had indoor and outdoor Electrical outlets that were not working. No Christmas lights and my bathroom outlets were out.My Technician, Mark, arrived on time and reviewed the process, and obtained my permission to proceed.He quickly was able to diagnose the problem, and reviewed the plan to fix everything.Mark had all of the equipment he needed, and got everything fixed.Mark reviewed the up front pricing with me, and there were no hidden costs.He was awesome.This was my first time using Sublime Electrical.     Mark C and the whoā€™s Sublime Rlectric team were great. I had an issue on a Sunday and left a message for them. They got right back to me and I had a tech out first thing Monday morning. Mark C was knowledgeable and polite and totally knew his job. He got my problem fixed and up and going in no time at all. Use Sublime Electric - they are great!

    Michael is a wonderful tech! He was so patient and considerate when trying to diagnose our issue today. It took him several hours and it turned out to be quite the mystery. He diagnosed the issue, fixed it and was so considerate when putting everything back and cleaning up. I cannot thank him enough! Strong recommendation from me.

    Mark not only did an excellent job, he also told us important information about our lights. He fixed what I planned , Then he additionally checked a fixture which flickered and without hesitating replaced the damaged fixture. ( I had used the wrong bulb in an enclosed fixture.) He was fast, efficient, fair and informative. We felt safer due to his knowledge and actions. Thank you, Mark.

    I hade a great experience with Sublime Electric. He arrived on time was efficient, polite, and did quality work. He cleaned up afterwards to the point it appeared he was never there. Every outlet works perfectly and is precisely placed. The light fixture he moved is perfectly centered, works and looks awesome. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

    Subblime did excellent work wiring for a Jacuzzi spa, HVAC mini-split, new lighting and several other tasks. Nico Carreno led the team ensuring the jobs were done perfectly along with project coordination by Sam Wolfe. Nico discovered a potential issue due to my miscommunication with our HVAC provider who had specified a 30a circuit not the needed 40a. This required pulling new wire but at no extra cost. Fortunately, their timely on-site was JIT before the drywall was patched that day. Our existing electric panel was determined to be adequate for the new breakers w/o a sub-panel which saved time & $s. All aspects of the completed tasks are spot on perfect: on-time, reasonable price, friendly workers, precise very thoughtful work to get it done right and a willingness to work with me listening to our needs. I can highly recommend this company.Sublime came thru on a same day service after a mistake in our cabinet installation work was discovered. Corey relocated an outlet so that cabinet work can be done without delay maintaining our tight schedule. Friendly, helpful people that go above and beyond doing excellent work!

    This is the first time Ive used Sublime Electric, and I was totally pleased. Michael arrived on time, immediately addressed my first issue of installing a new LED fixture in the laundry room and then giving us a detailed estimate for installing a heating lamp near our shower. The estimate even included a way to save money if we bought our own fixture. The whole experience took about an hour. I will use them again and I recommend them. This is an efficient business with courteous and well trained technicians!

Im long - distance, and Aaron zeroed in on the electrical issue at the property and helped us get a good solution without wasting a great deal of time.     I hired Sublime to do some work on my parents home. Corey was our technician and I couldnā€™t have asked for better service. He was patient with my elderly parents and answered all of their questions and explained in detail what he would be doing. He even helped them get their tv set up after heā€™d installed the outlet. Anyone who takes the time to assist the elderly is worth doing business with!

    Michael was fantastic. Hem are me aware of charges and the service he would perform.He replaced some very toasted outlets and cleaned up the wiring in the boxes. Sublime has been my go to for dealing with electrical issues in my house. I couldnā€™t ask for a better vendor.I scheduled additional work and again Michael did a fantastic job.

    I previously paid a small company to try to resolve an ongoing issue. After two trips, they just ā€œgave upā€. I figured Iā€™d call a larger company. Sublime was certainly worth the couple of days wait as Mark C showed up, and was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. After actually listening to the symptoms and data I provided, like a good doctor, he went about to solve our issue. This has been our third electrician weā€™ve engaged in our three years in Kuna, and the BEST, so no doubt be our last. From the initial contacts with their scheduling staff, to Mark, and even the paperwork, total professionalsā€¦. So much so, Iā€™ve already engaged them for additional work. Highly recommend.

    If I could give 7 stars I would! Aaron and Scott not only installed two intricate chandelier lights in my house, but they solved some rather difficult electrical issues that other electricians failed to resolve. Not only did they troubleshoot these problems, but they did it in a way that required the least amount of damage to my home (we didnā€™t have to open walls!). My home is a historic home with partial knob and tube, so definitely not straight forward. The team came up with advanced solutions utilizing new technology. Furthermore, our house was newly renovated and they took great care of minimizing the risk for damage, as it often happens in this line of work. They used shoe covers, drop clothes and cleaned up all the insulation and dust prior to leaving. Overall, I could not recommend enough. Call them.

Nico, who led the team for my remodel, is amazing. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient.     I had the pleasure of working with Robert from Sublime electric when I needed a light fixture installed above my kitchen sink. My house.was built in 1949 so the wiring is old & there were many problems involved getting lighting in that area. I think most electricians wouldā€™ve given up and told me it was not possible, but Robert worked incredibly hard, went above & beyond the call of duty and found an ingenious way to make it work. Iā€™m so glad he did because it looks beautiful and adds a whole new dimension to my kitchen. (see before & after pics) I appreciate Robertā€™s diligence, attention to detail, and amazing skill. If I need any further electrical work done, I will not hesitate to call on Robert again!

    Had a problem with all kitchen outlets, turned out to be loose neutrals in the breaker cabinet that was arcing. The folks at Sublime were very courteous setting the appointment and Nicoli Beach showed up on time. Performed a complete breaker cabinet check, cut back and moved the wires that were arcing and I was back in business in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend Sublime to any residential homeowner with electrical problems, great job. šŸ‘

    I filled out the contact form late Sunday night. Isaac called me first thing Monday morning. Dillon came out at 10 AM, and by 1030 the outlet was in and working.     From start to finish my experience with Sublime Electric in McCall was excellent. Dispatch was very friendly. Corey was the electrician who came out to diagnose a flickering chandelier inside, and he quickly replaced three outdoor sconces for me as well. He was very friendly and communicative, and since I was down in Boise at the time, he sent me photos of the work and even pictures of recommended lightbulbs.     4/24/24 Edit: We had Sublime Electric do some additional electrical work and installation of recessed lighting in the kitchen. Once again we are very happy with the work done. Sam provided our estimate and Robert did the installation. Amanda was open and honest with the different options I had for the repair, and she took the time to explain each of them.     Sublime was the only subcontractor on my bathroom remodel that did quality work. They also have outstanding customer service. Called them for a breaker issue associated with my heat pump. Dillon found nothing wrong with the breaker, wiring, or power to the unit, patiently testing all things and not charging a cent. He told me the unit and breaker were appropriately sized and that he did not want to take my $$$ to install something that was not needed. That level of integrity is why I will keep coming back to Sublime for service.UPDATE: and they just saved me again while installing some new equipment. They had to educate the Boise city inspector about a relatively minor issue that they were making a big deal of. Sublime to the rescue again.

    We have had Sublime come out to our house several times for several different installations, and every time they have been prompt and excellent. They have installed lights, fans, outlets, etc., and we have never had a problem. The one time one of the outlets was not working (installed in the eaves of the house to use for Christmas lights), they came and repaired it under warranty, in the rain/snow, and were still very kind and generous about the work. After 8 days with no power, single-digit freezing temps and no action from First Rate Property Management, we were feeling defeated and out of options. This was the second incident in this unit, so we knew Sublime was the contractor.     Ive had work done by Sublime twice now, first to install some overhead lights in our living room, and just recently to install a Nema 14-50 outlet in the garage for a car charger.     Travis was able to come to my house right before the holidays to get my outlets working in my kitchen again. The outlets kept going out when using more than one outlet in the kitchen, making all of the outlets go out including the microwave, refrigerator and the outlets along the wall in the kitchen. I am thankful he was able to come fix these right before the holidays to ensure I could use these appliances for the upcoming holidays. He was able to be scheduled in a short amount of time as well as completing the repairs in a timely manner. We highly recommend using him and will continue to use him in the future.

    Sublime Electric came and installed 2 new plugs in my garage, 1 for my RV (30 Amp) and 1 for my garage fridge, no more looping the extension cord around the garage! The installation was professionally done, excellent equipment and it looks like it has always been there.
