    I was very impressed with the level of professionalism with Varsity. Vinny was our sales rep and I was extremely comfortable with his knowledge, courtesy, personality and friendliness. We went over all the pros and cons in detail of whether or not to replace the “dinosaur” central AC unit or to do multi split units. He gave me estimates for different scenarios and was fine when I told him I was still going to get other estimates from different companies. I did get other quotes but felt the other reps from the different companies did not have the same knowledge base as Vinny. I felt comfortable with Varsity doing the job and so happy I chose them. I decided to do the 2nd floor first with multi split units and will do the downstairs in the spring so that I can pace out the financing of the project. The 2nd floor was done at the beginning of December. Tyler was the head tech that led his crew. The guys worked all day and were meticulous even in the pouring rain. A few days later I spoke to Vinny. He told me that he spoke with Tyler regarding ideas for the downstairs. Again, Vinny went into detail and offered different options and scenarios on the set up as well as different installation ideas. Even though he knew I had to wait until spring he still followed up with me which put my mind at ease for the future project. Was very appreciative with that level of follow up and look forward to doing continued business with Varsity!

    Hands-down Varsity is the most customer oriented and professional installation service we have ever used. We received an estimate from Vinny for a Fujitsu split unit air conditioner installation and he went out of his way to make sure all of our goals were achieved within our budget. The installation was a large project with the removal of existing equipment on the first deck and the installation of new equipment on the second day. The installation team was led by Kevin and Alexis with technicians including Tom, Jimmy, Brian, Tyler and Collin Who went out of the way to make sure each part of the installation was exactly as we wanted including attention to detail and making sure we understood the work being performed. To make sure we had our AC installed as agreed, Varsity sent 4 trucks the second day and team worked tirelessly on a Friday late afternoon and even though the weather was hot they were polite, professional and focused. We have used Varsity in the past and this was another good experience with them. Highly recommended.

    Craig K just left my house, I had been without heat for over 12 hours on a day where the wind is gusting and the temp is in the 20s. Craig quickly identified the issue and fixed the issue, within an hour the heat was cranking again. I appreciate Craig’s knowledge and professionalism in getting my issue resolved. I would absolutely recommend this company for their promptness, communication, knowledge and professionalism.

    I’m so impressed with Varsity Home Service. They installed my AC in 2021 and they were excellent! It was installed with precision and they were so clean and friendly. I called them recently with a minor issue and they were here the next day. Once again, a very polite, articulate and helpful serviceman came, his name is Larry. It is an understatement when I say how refreshing it is to have a company that I can count on. I was concerned since it had been almost three years that I’d have difficulty getting an appointment. That wasn’t the case at all! Thank you Varsity!!

    I had no heat on one of the coldest days and windy days. A technician named Anthony S. showed up Was very kind and knowledgeable. Made sure he covered his boots before he walked into my home. Quickly assessed the problem, Left to get the part before the place closed and came back and repaired everything so that I would be able to have heat in my home.He explained What he was doing step-by-step and I have confidence that I was not being taken advantage of and he was going to do the right thing. I would recommend if you use varsity To ask for this young man.

    When I called varsity I had a question and they answered it right away and even took a look at the system and recommended what they thought would be best for my situation. They were honest and not pushy I ended up replacing my other brand unit with varsity. They were clean and polite and wore booties coming in and out of my house. They made sure I was happy and made sure everything was up to code. I can’t thank them enough for there hard work and I appreciate them again !! 5/5 stars

    Making an appointment with this company was a seamless process.     Fast, reliable service. We called in the morning with a heat issue. They were here first thing. Ralph was great, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The heating turned out to be a plumbing issue and they did not charge extra to have their plumber come. Plumber already scheduled that’s how fast they work!

    Varsity, Varsity, Varsity! Big shout out to this family-owned business! We are beyond happy with every aspect of this air conditioning project! Vinnie provided us with our 4th quote to have air conditioning installed. Vinnie explained his quote immediately following his inspection; no waiting 2-4 days! Vinnie explained the details about the product and installation. He worked with us to make it happen within our budget. Vinnie was a no-pressure salesman with a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor. We felt so comfortable having him in our home.The Fujitsu mini-split ductless system for our expanded 4-bedroom split-level home was installed the following week in one day. Every bedroom now has its own a/c and heating that is easily controlled with a remote.The technicians, Kevin, Colin, Thomas, and Tyler were all very professional and detail-oriented throughout the installation, which was completed in one day.     Larry the installer was on time, professional, and efficient. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is that it took me calling 3 times over two weeks to actually get them out to do the work after the initial estimate without a call back (despite promises of return phone calls).

    I had an install crew come to my home to install a ductless mini split system yesterday. From the moment I called, I was pleased with the customer service. From Dave the supervisor who answered all my questions, to Eric the general manager who accommodated me on the schedule, to Christine who helped me with finance concerns, to Vinny who conducted my walk thru prior to the install, to the install crew themselves, it was a great experience all the way through. I received an email with photos of the technicians prior to their arrival, so I knew who to expect. They came on time, arrived in uniform and kept my home clean. They explained what would be done prior to starting the job, so that they could customize it to my liking. This team was very professional, and their work was FLAWLESS. Kevin, Tommy, and Colin were very polite, and kind, the entire time they were here. I couldnt be any more pleased with my experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services in their home. 5 stars and two thumbs up! So very happy that I chose them for the job.     This company was honest, BEFOREHAND, gave us the option to decide. We had leaking, and John 1 came out exactly when he said. However, we needed the truck with other equipment. Appointment was booked in front of us with an option to cancel. Now John C (2) came was with us 90 minutes gave explanation of what he was doing. This technician (actually both) were polite, explained what the issues were. I found this company on a local 24/7 plumber website. I didnt read 1 review, like they say desperate times. We took a shot and literally fell in love with this company. If i could given 10 stars I would. Thank you Varsity

    Our hot water heater died and had to replace it, but the designer of the condo we live in, burried it behind the HVAC unit. At first we thought we had to get a HVAC person to remove the unit and then a plumber to replace the hot water heater. Then we found Varsity!! Kevin and Tom were fabulous! They came in and replaced the hot water tank and HVAC unit. One stop shop!! They did the job quickly and thoroughly! Kevin was sure to explain shut off valves, give manuals, and go over paperwork with me. Im so happy that we found them and that they did the work.

    So, I got several bids on a new boiler. While Varsity was not the cheapest, it did have the best customer rating. For me, that was much more important. Vinny was my first contact. He came to the house to assess the situation and explained what the best solution and route would be. He explained what system, parts, pipes, fittings, etc. Would be used in the installation. Absolutely, no pressure, or scare tactics used to sell me a boiler. Emailed the estimate a few hrs later.Everything about the initial install went well, a couple of minor glitches, understandably on a project this large & involved. Alexis, Kevin, Thomas & Tyler were the initial installer. All were exceptionally professional & courteous (definitely a 5 star) They did a great job. A few days later, a glitch had developed, and they sent Tyler ( and a partner, which I apologize, I forgot his name....) they came within hrs of me calling and fixed the problem. The Heat has been perfect since. Two days ago, they contacted me to replace the thermostat that was on back order. Ramon & Jake, both came out. Both, again, very professional & courteous. I would give them a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5. Ramon, pointed out that I had an unrelated pipe leak on a water line to my kitchen, again, nothing to do with the boiler. Asked me if I wanted it done, he got on the phone, got a price, got the parts, & within 30 min , he & Jake had it done.Varsity as a whole, and all the techs they sent were definitely 5 star... The support staff I spoke to on the phone were very courteous & accommodating with me to schedule service calls. They were great.     I received quotes from 12 different HVAC and heating companies to replace our 25 year old equipment and I decided to go with Varsity Home Services due to the following reasons:Varsity demonstrated excellent workmanship with the new install of equipment!     4 expert plumbers completed the entire job in one day. Covered my floors for. protection removed the old units carefully regarding my doors and walls.     Very responsive, always verified any appointments multiple times including the name of the technician coming to the house. Calls from the technician with ETA on route. Had Craig K on multiple occasions and he has always gone above and beyond with his work, always respectful, informative and efficient. Have been very impressed with Varsity and am glad I switch all my repairs and annual services to them. Always gets the feeling they actually value my business and not the other way around.     During out annual heating inspection with Varsity, the technician Larry notified us that our heating system was aged to the point of rusting and could lead to extensive repairs, so we decided to move forward with their replacement option instead. We definitely received five-star service for what we felt was a fair price. Our installation technicians Kevin and Tyler were courteous, on time, and detail oriented. We will be recommending Varsity to all of our friends and family and will continue to use them in the future!

    I called Varsity for a diagnostic due to my Navien Boiler not working. They sent Vidal who was an absolute pleasure to work with! He explained everything to me in extreme detail so I fully understood what was going on with my boiler. I honestly can not thank him enough for his patience, knowledge, and honesty regarding the issue with my boiler. He knew exactly what was wrong and performed multiple test to ensure he was correct.     I have used Varsity Plumbing to install a tankless water heater and home water filtration system a few years ago. Today I had the tankless water heater serviced and flushed and my filters changed. Luis Sanchez was the plumber that Varsity sent and he was AMAZING! He arrived when he was scheduled and immediately got to work after asking if I had any questions. Additionally, I had a peak water filter installed to help cut down on the maintenance of the tankless water heater. He expertly installed it next to my heater. I watched him during the install and he really took the time to do it nicely as well as fitting it perfectly, into a small area. I also needed Varsity’s services to unclog a slow drain in my bathroom sink. Luis was super with that as well. He successfully got the obstruction out and now my sink is like brand new!     Vidal is such a pro! I was having issues maintaining the temperature of my shower which was very frustrating and Vidal from Varsity came to the rescue.     I have used Varsity in the past. They have always been reliable. So today, i needed a leak under my bathroom fix. A technician by the name of Vidal came. He was very friendly and courteous. After looking at the leaky pipe, he noticed that my faucet was corroded (which he relaced) and that my toilet was very out-dated and wasting water. Not only did he take the time to order me a new toilet right then and had it brought to my house, he also took the time to order and replace another toilet with the same problem. In addition to that, he replaced my water heater. He was very thorough in explaining the process and price, which I thought was reasonable. He wasnt pushy at all. He gave you the option to decide what you wanted to do. He had the patience to talk to me and very respectful of any questions I had. Vidal was very knowledgeable in explaining everything. I was truly amazed at the time, patience, and hard work that he put into doing everything. I was astonished that he only came to fix a leaky pipe and did what he did. He did not stop until everything was finished.. Vidal also gave me a walk through and showed me that everything was properly working. He had to replace a Delta faucet and met with problems from the Delta company despite their lifetime warranty.     Varsity takes care of all our heating and cooling systems. We bought a house we a radiant heating system and it never worked properly and unfortunately our boiler busted. We worked with David from Varsity (make sure you work with david the guy is a genius and a magician). Varsity installed the boiler but David came and adjusted every single thermostat - and they were a lot of them- spent hours - just to make sure all radiant heat floor work properly and he got all our rooms to heat that never properly heated.In the summer I called Varsity 8:00am Monday to fix one HVAC compressor and maintain 4 other compressors because our house wasnt getting enough cold air. By 10:30am a technician showed up. By 11:00am the technician repaired the compressor that another contractor said would cost thousands of dollars to repair. By 12:00 he maintained all the other compressors and our house is fully air conditioned. Incredible response! thank you!

    We had water back up into our house from our washing machine, which caused a lot of water damage to our house. Varsity was very good at diagnosing our problem, and trying to problem solve to give us the most cost effective way to solve our problem, while doing it correctly for a permanent fix. Our concrete slab ultimately had to be broken into, and it was a much bigger problem than expected because most of the pipe had to be replaced. The cost quickly escalated, due to the amount of labor involved. I spoke to Eric, one of the managers, and he was more than willing to work with me on the price. We received a digital pdf of the estimate that was entirely clear to read unlike the hand written estimate I received from the competitors. He then checked my pressures in the air conditioning unit, found that my refrigerant was low, replenished it. This part was pretty costly, but the price he quoted me was very fair.     Recently purchased a home, and needed Varsity immediately for multiple projects. Work completed: install of HVAC system, repair of multiple gas leaks, removal and install of new heat and hot water system.HVAC System: Previous homeowner had started, but never completed the work. From my first estimate, Varsity went above and beyond what other companies were willing to do in inspecting the current work that had already been done. The General Manager Eric was very helpful in walking me through the process, costing, and understanding the entire system and components I would be installing. Stephen my technician gave me his cell phone number, and was always available for any questions I had in running and maintaining the system. We had other projects going on in the house, and Varsity was willing to come back and complete their work once other projects were done.Day after closing on the home, we found 17 gas leaks in the house and National grid cut off gas to the property. Will came in, and not only repaired the leaks, but noticed other previous work that had been done, that would not pass the mandatory town inspection before the gas could be turned back on. At no additional cost, he updated to ensure we would pass.Lastly, Varsity removed the original boiler, and outdated hot water heater and installed a new Navien on demand and tankless system. Again, Will was my lead technician, always friendly, professional and on time.Varsity, was always professional, on time, and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. They made it a point to take great care of my home that was going through numerous remodeling work. The General Manager Eric, was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Going forward I will be a customer for life, and I already have recommended their services to family and friends.

They sent over someone within an hour with a $59 service estimate charge I accepted the call. They email a picture of the plumber who is coming. He came on time and did very good work.     I am going through the process of getting Central Air installed in our home and have received a few estimates. Having different contractors in your home, you meet and notice different things. Varsitys responsiveness in scheduling, updating, getting me the quotes (same day!!!), reviewing the options, financing and everything was SUPER SPEEDY. Aside from that, the 2 techs that came to my home (Connor and Max) were SOOOOOO pleasant. They put on booties to walk through my house which really meant alot to me since they would be on carpet and we dont wear shoes in our home.     Derek entered my home with a smile, introduced himself and explained he was here to check the furnace and air conditioner and to explain the contract I was interested in. As he checked the furnace he explained that the filter needed to be cleaned and told me the two various ways it could be done. After cleaning it he answered my questions and explained that I could also get ones at Home Depot that could simply be thrown out and replaced with a new one.He was personable and professional and all the while maintained a pleasant and confident manner.     Our experience with Varsity was excellent. The technician - Jason, was knowledgeable and friendly and explained the issue with our water heater. He was willing to repair the unit but we inquired about the cost of a new heater and he provided the quote. We decided to go with the new unit due to the age of our water heater but Jason did not influence us either way. He returned with another technician - Mike ,the next day and prepared to replace our water heater. Jason was called away on another job and Mike completed the job in a timely manner.
