    Third time working with Ray’s Plumbing and first time working with Rob. Another outstanding experience with the company. Plenty of proactive communication surrounding Rob’s arrival and follow-ups as well. Rob was polite, professional an and very helpful in explaining available options. This is a really good company in my opinion and fully plan to use them the next time.

    Alex was at my door hours after I called. He was on time, polite and professional. He completed the work quickly and left zero mess. He even gave my rambunctious golden retriever a quick pet. Great, reliable service. I highly recommend.

    Sometimes it pays to just call the folks who are always available with qualified techs. Michael showed up with his assistant, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my cast iron baseboard and another with the boiler. Also gave me peace of mind by answering other technical questions I had about the system.The only little snag was RTP gave me a window of 11-2 and the first team actually showed up two hours early when I was in the back of Costco with no cell service (who expects early service)? Felt bad for the first techs, but was really grateful they rolled another truck out for us.Next time I wont bother calling any of the local guys who werent available anyway. Ill just call Ray. Theyre a pro outlet start to finish, and I got a call within a few minutes of the techs leaving making sure I was happy with the result. Sure am. Five stars all day.

    Was able to get an appointment same day, within 3 hours…Technician was courteous and professional, even cleaned up some stains under the sink that were there prior to his visit!Would highly recommend, and will definitely use them for any future situations.

    My gas boiler would not turn on for either zone. Called and Michael came within 90 minutes. He quickly determined that wires in a box on the unit werent making contact and fixed it and heat was now on. Very nice. I was charged $249 and I guess thats the going rate nowadays. I forgot to mention to Michael about the senior discount that I was promised on the initial call. When I called the main office I was told no senior discount would be included because this was just a diagnostic fee. Seems like semantics to me.

    This company provides excellent service, with fair prices. I’ve used this company for a boiler installation, valve replacements, and toilet installation. Each job was done professionally, with no complaints. Highly recommend this company.

    This company has come through when needed the most. I called saturday morning and needed help with my boiler. They were able to schedule Mike to come out that very same day. He was thorough, explained the entire process of the work that needed to be done and fixed my issue. The entire staff is and was extremely professional from my first call in the morning to their follow up call after the work was done.     Excellent job Alex and his crew! They were very professional and courteous. I had my whole shower body replaced with a new shower faucet kit. The hot water shut off valve was changed, and a new hot water heater installed. These guys work very neatly, and are were very efficient . You can definitely tell they are skilled and qualified . I would definitely recommend them!

    This is the best plumbing experience Ive had. I just bought a house and any time I opened water from the sink, would flush the upstairs bathroom, run the washer, etc., the water was backing up in the downstairs tub, the downstairs toilet wouldnt flush, etc. and my regular plumber wanted me to wait until Monday and told me just dont use any water (for 2 days). I called Ray The Plumber and spoke with Ronnie who understood the urgency of the situation and was able to send over a tech, Nick, within 1 hour. Nick was absolutely fantastic! He also showed and explained to me everything that needed to be done to clear the blockage, and even provided an enzyme to use in my drains to help keep the water line clean. Lastly amd very importantly, the price was significantly less than I expected or even saw from people online who have had similar issues. After this experience, I decided I am parting ways with my old plumber and I will be using Ray The Plumber moving forward because the service and price cannot be beat. Thank you!!!!

I was shocked at the price but I looked up the price of parts on the Home Depot web site and realized that Ray the Plumber was not unfair in their pricing.They were at my house in the time frame they gave, the job was properly done.My apology to Ray the Plumber for that first review.

We got an appointment for the following morning and Connor, our technician showed up bright and early with a welcoming smile. He and his partner Mike analyzed the situation immediately and replaced all necessary parts. Connor went on to give us practical options for another plumbing project snd we are thrilled with the service and expertise.

    Tim F did an awesome job finding, fixing the water leak and installing a new water heater in my home. There was a problem with the electrical cable at the water heater, he didn’t have the supplies on his truck to take care off it. He went to Home Depot to get what he needed and stayed late to make sure my water heater was working properly.This level of service was more than I had from other plumbers.I would definitely recommend and call on Ray The Plumber for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

    Very efficient, after reviewing what needed to be done, gave us a reasonable price, started job right away and theyre done! Amazing! Connor brought in his crew and they were ALL so awesome. He also advised us on an upcoming problem that we couldnt see and would of been big problem if not fixed soon. This was a very big job on an old house and everything is now up to date and working all in one day thanks to Ray the plumber❣️More work is needed in this house and I believe we found our new plumber, thanks again RTP🚛👍

    Great communication and service. It seems that customer service and time management is a lost skill these days, but Ray the Plumber was professional and punctual.The plumber arrived promptly as promised. He was professional and polite. He was able to identify and fix the problem, as well as offer advice to prevent the issue from occurring again.Despite being a little pricey, I would recommend Ray the Plumber for a job done correctly. I will call them again should we need their services in the future.

    As usual, a first class job. Had a kitchen faucet problem which they diagnosed and fixed. I them asked them to take out and replace the mickey mouse plumbing under the sink. They had the parts with them, did the job quickly and cleaned up. Now the whole sink and underneath it look and work great!

    Connor was extremely professional, direct, and decisive when diagnosing what turned out to be a slab leak under the vanity in my bathroom. It was a big job. They had to jackhammer through the slab to replace the broken pipe. I didnt get the name of his assistant technician but he did a great job as well. They tackled the job quickly and efficiently.When they left it was as if they werent even there. Very clean. Im glad I called these guys!The photos are during the process and right after they left. They speak for themselves. I will be calling Ray the Plumber for any issues going forward!

    Hi! I just wanted to say I was very impressed with my Ray the plumber experience. I called on a Sunday, Jan 21st and was able to get someone, Mike, to repair our heater. He was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable to diagnose and was able to get parts to get our heater running again. In this intense cold ,I was concerned about the pipes freezing! I would highly recommend Ray the Plumber. If I needed to, I would call them again in the future.

I also needed work for a new washer-drier installation.I was able to schedule the work quickly. They showed up with four technicians and completed the rough-in work in one day.     Hello Everyone, Two days ago I discovered a leak coming from my terlet, er sorry, toilet. I found it the easy way by stepping into the water. Prior to my foot contacting the water that area was bone dry for a decade or so. They didnt have an appointment that day but had one the next afternoon. Lucky me, I received a call that asked me if it was alright to come to the house earlier. I said that I was available so they could send someone as soon as possible. It turned out that Alex and Jeff were dispatched. They had a longer than average drive but I said that I was happy with the estimated travel time. They were a bit quicker than the estimated arrival time.They surveyed the problem and then discussed all of the available options. I choose to replace all parts that needed to be replaced. Alex and Jeff were professional, courteous and left the work area as clean as clean could be. Many years ago they fixed a leak from the upper floor bathroom to the downstairs shower. That repair made me a fan of Ray the Plumber! If you require anything regarding plumbing I feel that you should consider using Ray the Plumber.

    We had a serious leak from our shower head. We knew of Ray the Plumber from seeing their trucks on the roads. We called and our Technician Mike was at our home within an hour. Mike was very professional and friendly. Mike repaired our issue and was very neat. Ashley called shortly after work to follow up to make sure that we were satisficed with our repair work. I highly recommend Ray the Plumber for your plumbing needs.

    Ray the plumber was great as always. have used them loads of times. This time I needed a hot water heater. Thought I would have old one Repaired but when the tech arrived he suggested a new one. Didnt realize they could get me one right away. Micheal D was my tech He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He arranged a new heater right away and got some help from Tom. Also very nice. The two of them worked very well together. Got the job done in good time. Will continue to use Ray the Plumber whenever I need work done. If you need plumbing work done please call Ray.

    My kids shoved 3 pretty big toys down my toilet and flushed !! 😩 luckily they were able to send a technician out the next morning which was awesome! One of their technicians, Alex came and unclogged the toilet in about 10 minutes. He was very nice very polite and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family !!

    I called three companies over a weeks time because I had to wait for appointments. I called Ray the Plumber the day before and they gave me a 3 hour window of time for the next day. They were Very professional on the phone and explained fully what to expect. Connor showed up on time on the scheduled day and I told him the plumbing projects I needed done. He looked, gave me a quote, and told me they could all be done in one day. The quote was in line with the other two companies but I have to admit that I am partial to the rug they roll out prior to service. I agreed to the quote and Connor got to work. It was a 4.5 hour job and Connor was very professional. Halfway through the job Dennis arrived and the job was completed in the time Connor told me it would be. I had to have lines changed, faucets attached a dishwasher hooked up, etc... All these projects had issues going in and I feel very confident in recommending Ray the Plumber. The plumbing works great, the issues were addressed, and the entire team is excellent to work with. I have an older home with many issues but they made the renovations easier.

    Our technician, Brandon, arrived during the time promised. He spent a great deal of time locating our damaged pipe in the basement. Since we had to shut down all the water in the house because of the damaged pipe, he was able to restore water to the rest of the house. He isolated the problem which was limited to our laundry area and did a temporary fix until another technician could return to correct the problem in that area permanently. We highly recommend Brandon and all other technicians from Ray the Plumber. They are all knowledgeable, reliable and easy to work with

    Anthony arrived on time, was extremely neat, courteous and professional. He put down a large mat on my front porch and wore booties, laid down tarps on my floors. I had three issues and he dealt with each of them and took his time. I had an estimate from another plumber for just one issue, his quote was more than I was charged to have all three issues repaired by Anthony. To say I am satisfied is an understatement.     I needed to have the shower repaired in my master bedroom. I broke the pipe off in the wall. I called Ray the Plumber and in less than 24 hours, a kind gentleman appeared...within the timeframe I was promised. The work he did was professional and outstanding. He explained what he needed to do and the fix is perfect. I truly appreciate a company where I’m not forced to wait the entire day for the serviceman to appear.     Fantastic service! We had issues with our drain pipe leading to the sewer. Rays guys came over and fixed it with great service at a reasonable price. We were especially impressed with Frank.     Excellent service, very informative and professional. Will definitely request Dennis in the future... Wanted to give an update (6-12-19) Brandon, who came with Dennis the first time was also very helpful. He came back upon request to do the plumbing work (originally thought the pipe was clogged but needed to be replaced). He came back along with Ken, his manager, who also took a look at what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable on the situation and what to do about it and gave me different options. I will definitely request him in the future as well. Brandon did all the plumbing work and did a good job. He checked over his work before he left and checked for any leaks and didnt leave until everything was perfect. Overall, great work and professional by Brandon, Ken, and Dennis.
