I am beyond delighted with the work this company did for me. I called them on Labor Day, had some one over the next day. My on demand hot water heater was on the brink. Knew I needed a new one and they delivered quickly. I had a new installed on Thursday. They were extremely polite, clean, and knowledgeable. The work speaks for itself. Will def use them again if I have any other plumbing issues

The condensation pump for my Navien water heater had been leaking after 2 years of use. The diagnostician was very knowledgable and efficient in tracing the source of the problem. After leaving, he obtained the necessary parts and returned very close to the appointment time on the day we decided upon for doing the repair job.He completed the job within the 2 hour time frame that he had promised. He did a great repair job, and was neat and courteous!

Everyone at Fix-a-leak from Brooke in the front office to Greg and the entire crew did a fantastic job at our home. While away we had a pipe leaking from under our driveway. They came within a days time dug up the driveway until they found the culprit which was pretty deep. It was fixed in less than 3 hours from start to finish. They put as much of the driveway back as they could so we were able to drive on it. They also gave us a recommendation for the driveway repair and he just rang my doorbell. From start to finish professional, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable.

They determined it was from kitchen waste pipe that was in my slab.Malik(who we were very happy with) removed the dish washer cut into the slab and found the problem- replaced with pvc - recemented came back the next day rehooked the dishwasher back up and we have been odor free since they did the job 3 weeks ago.Thought the price as fair and would not hesitate to use them again! 5 stars

Right from the start, the flexibility of scheduling and prompt communication by Brooke was reassuring, then Ricky arrived, listened to & saw the to do list of issues we were having (some big, some small), then assessed, addressed, and ultimately solved the problem with our kitchen sink draining so we can now wash dishes and run our dishwasher. He took the time to advise on easy fixes for a slow drip in a shower & provided insight on an easy fix for the probably cause of lack of water pressure in that shower. He identified and worked remotely with the Fix-A-Leak team to assess an issue with our hot water taking longer than expected to get hot water to facets by noting elements of an inferior competitor install which we plan to address with their team in the near future. Todays service was timely, efficient, and straightforward. The pricing was transparent & more than fair IMO. As relatively new homeowners were grateful for the peace of mind that comes from working with a capable and honorable team that can efficiently troubleshoot and solve the current / or future plumbing needs.
