They came within 10 minutes of my call, took time to diagnose the problem & explain it to me, and then do the work needed. They stayed until the job was done, including sweeping up a great deal of water that had flooded our basement. In the midst of it all they maintained a sense of humor which helped me to have one. -

We have had M&R for 43 years for our heating and plumbing needs. Have always done an excellent job at a fair price. Recently had a fire and the contractors plumber didnt check and fix things like he should have. Called M&R and they came right out not once but 3 times. Also impressed with Community Appliance that shares the building. Very good and honest service! -

The technician Jaden Hall was friendly and very knowledgeable. I have used M and R for years. One winter my furnace broke and it was very cold outside and the company was overwhelmed with clients at the time and to my shock and surprise they brought electric heaters to my home until they could get to my house to make the repairs. Awesome customer service!!! -
