    I had to replace a boiler/radiator system in a house that I inherited. It has been in my family since it was built in 1898. I have been fortunate to work with Basinger on other projects and chose them to help on this one. Aaron and his team helped me pick a system appropriate for my needs. They were professional during the entire process. I highly recommend them. They are honest and hardworking. I couldnt be happier in my experiences with them.

    They had to cut concrete and dug in the stone put new pipes in and put new concrete back down. We moved things out of the way for them to get around covered some things and they covered the walls which left little cleaning. The work was done very professional and respectful we are very pleased with the job and end result.

    Every experience with basinger heating and plumbing has been a positive one. I first met Aaron basinger when I called him on a cold winter night when our furnace quit working. He came out at 2:00 a.m. because he was on call and fixed everything that was making the furnace shut down. The furnace quit working again about a year and a half later and they sent a person that day and he diagnosed a problem which another company had not been able to find. Basinger s charges are reasonable and I recommend them to you. Robert S.

    I was a bit disappointed that I had to wait over a week to get a tech to set an appointment. Initially i was told it would be over two weeks. When the tech came he was GREAT!! Diagnosed the problem and resolved quickly!!

    Basinger was on the job exactly when they promised. The gentleman was very friendly and explained all that he was doing throughout the job of decommissioning my well. The material used to fill the well pipe was the best product they have found for the job. A GPS POSITION was recorded to identify the position of the well and the hole around the well pipe was filled in. Basinger is the best company to choose for all your plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

    Basinger Plumbing & Heating came to our rental property this afternoon to give us quote to fix the air conditioning unit and also looked at the furnace. He gave us a quote listing everything that we needed to make our decision on what we wanted to do. He was so knowledgeable in his job and told us about the warranty for the furnace/air conditioning unit.He then presented us with his quote so that we can compare his with another one we have.

    Basinger initially did a water leak repair, which I was very satisfied with. A few days later, I had an issue with low water pressure. Both visits, they were professional and fixed the problem quickly.
