We had Superior Services replace our heat pump and duck work this week. Our existing unit died and we had become very unhappy with our existing HVAC company. Superior was recommended by a friend and neighbor and we are so happy they did. Brandon, Ben and Chuy were absolutely amazing and the work was completed to our complete satisfaction. We would recommend Superior Services for anyone looking for a company that is professional and does the highest quality work. We are very appreciative we found Superior and chose to work them.

I used Superior Construction for our new home build. They have been professional throughout the process. After construction, we have continued to use Superior for HVAC maintenance, and in my opinion they set the bar on how to run a company. They are always on time, the techs are incredibly professional, communicating everything that they are going to do and when they have completed their work, summarizing the work they have done and any concerns or follow up required. They have branched out into electrical and plumbing and are applying their business model to these areas as well and are delivering. We have used them in those capacities as well. I would definitely recommend Superior Services. I have told them several times that they truly set the bar for service.

Josh and Seth did a wonderful job cleaning our HVAC ducts. They were very professional, thorough, and careful throughout the job. They took lots of pictures of the conditions they encountered and took the time to answer carefully all the questions I asked.Superior did have to reschedule the job twice, apparently due to staff illnesses, which was a bit of a hassle, but given the quality of the job that Josh and Seth did, it was worth the wait!

We had an outstanding experience with Superior Services from the moment we spoke with Liz who coordinated our plumbing services to Jack and Rick who came out and worked nonstop until the job was done the right way. We needed our water heater replaced immediately and Superior was professional, quick to respond, and sent out two gentleman who were both knowledgeable and polite. Top notch all the way. I could not recommend their services more and I will be calling them for any future homeowner needs.

After having mold remediation completed, this helps us breathe easier (literally and figuratively) knowing our home environment is now healthy. We appreciate you loving on our dogs, too!

We had experienced an after hours problem when our A/C system wasnt cooling. Even though it was very late, we got an immediate answer and a call back from a very supportive representative who told us that the A/C Technician, Gabriel, would arrive to our house as his next service call. Our A/C technician, Gabriel, was absolutely outstanding in every way. He called to tell us he was on his way much earlier than was anticipated. He was extremely caring, professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. These characteristics are especially noteworthy since our service call was around 10:30 pm when he obviously had had a very long day. But, Gabriel remained cheerful, focused, and energetic. He had our problem diagnosed and fixed almost immediately. Because our unit is in our attic, Gabriel took photos to share with us and to explain how best to check our system. He also confirmed our regular Superior maintenance schedule. We appreciated Gabriels attention to detail and explanations. (He would likely be an outstanding trainer.) Finally, Gabriel is an all around exceptional service provider and great representative of the Superior Services company.

Had our ventilation ducts in the condo cleaned by Joshua. We were left impressed by the quality of work he and his helper did. You could literally feel the difference in air movement throughout the unit after they completed their task. They cleaned the ducts as well as sealed around all louvers to cut down on air loss into soffit spaces where nobody wants to waste cooling air. He is very knowledgeable on the entire air handling system and we appreciate him doing his job as he would do in his own house. Well done Josh!

Our air conditioner failed and needed replacement. Ben came out the next day and quoted several options and scheduled the work. The unit was replaced 2 days later while I am still waiting for quotes from two other local companies. He was very responsive and professional.The installation crew Alex and Brandon were also very professional and a pleasure to work with, answering any questions I had during the install. It is clear they take pride in their work and know what they are doing.

I’ve been very pleased with Superior since we started using them a few years ago.Previous individual from another local company convinced us to replace everything and neglected to fix a leak in the system. Superior came in, fixed the leak and has performed biannual maintenance since. Everything has been running great.Every technician that has come out has been extremely professional, polite and has explained everything that is supposed to happen and follows up at the end of the visit.

I had a new AC installed in early July. I called the office thinking it would take a few days to make a service call. Nixon arrived within an hour and spent almost 2 hours trying to repair my unit. When it was clear it was useless (I followed him around), we arranged for a quote for the next day. We arrived at a fair price- no high pressure or up-selling techniques. The installation team was superb. Arrived on time, respectful, efficient, protective cloths on the floor throughout, and not a speck of dust left in the house. I would highly recommend this company for repairs, installation and repairs. Kudos to Jason and his team.

They were amazing every step of the way; being sensitive to Covid 19 mandates, Repairing an old fan to help our unit operate until our new system arrived, cleaning up and carrying away old equipment, protecting our floors and carpets, and being on time! My heat pump stopped working on Christmas eve (of course!). Superior sent someone that night who got my unit running temporarily. When it stopped again the next day, they sent someone again who got it working. Fingers crossed that it keeps working through this cold spell. I was very impressed with the women on the phone who gave me great advice and the technicians who got my heat pump running again. I also had my ducts cleaned by Superior and all around, they are a 5 star company!

He even checked into my warranty and discovered that my part would be completely covered so all I had to pay was the call fee and labor. He was able to quickly repair my unit and Im currently very much enjoying my cool air!

Had another maintenance program from a previous HVAC Co., who was the installer of our new build. Wished Superior would have been our installer as we would have never had to change. Every time I call I get a prompt response. If there is an issue with a part order, they dont forget your waiting for them to call you to update! Nothing but great thing to say about them. The cost was very reasonable and the flat rate for diagnostics eased my stress.I feel like customer service these days is frequently so poor, but we had a tremendous experience with this company! The only downside was that the lady who took our call was particularly cranky and acted as if we were somehow inconveniencing her. I’m willing to overlook that today, however, because Lane redeemed her and our house is cool again!!Would definitely recommend assuming they could recreate this type of experience!

We decided that our 8 year old split system heat pumps were short cycling and not pulling the humidity out with adequate run times, leading to moldy clothes.Over a planned vacation, the Superior team lead by Dave and Craig W tore out the two units and duct work and installed a 16 seer variable speed heat pump running 4 different zones with temperature and humidity control. The house environment felt instantly better when we walked in from the trip, and it was clean too. As an added bonus, they help me replace my old broken attic ladder. Getting rid of a unit saved both yard space and attic space.good job team. I recommend Dave for both residential and commercial work.-The Frasers. Fernlakes.
