They knew what the requirements were for my communitys water heater replacement program and provided guidance to ensure I was compliant. The plumbers arrived on time, were professional and neat! Everything was as expected, no surprises. Would definitely work with them again for future plumbing needs.

This company is fantastic. They came through for us in an emergency during the week of Christmas. We had a pipe flood our garage because of a clog right before the holiday. They truly cared about our situation and came immediately to help us. The clog was so bad the city had to get involved but Low Tide kept in touch to check. The city made us install a 2 way clean out before they would even touch it and I called Low Tide and they came back out same day and installed it. They were so attentive and timely and helpful. Their pricing was the best of all the plumbers I checked. We will never use anyone else. Thank you Low Tide Plumbing.

I worked with them twice and was very satisfied both times. 1st when Palmetto Electric sub contracted them to put in our new water heater and based on that positive visit, a second time when i needed a leaky shower fixed. From Scheduling to Installation, great to work with. Would Recommend!

Had a quote 3+ months ago for a PEC water heater replacement. Low Tide honored the quote. Told me install would happen between 1 and 3 pm. Installer called me a little before 1 and was installing by 1.15. They were done with my attic install by 2.15 maybe 2.30. Guys explained everything to us and were great. Got an invoice next day and was able to pay with a credit cards without a processing fee. 5 stars all the way. Would recommend.

Overall a fantastic experience. Their office staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. They charged exactly what they said they would charge, which was very reasonable. The plumber that came out knew what he was doing and was professional. They went out of their way to work us in their schedule. All great, then you consider that we called 10-12 other plumbing companies on or near the island and only 1 other even bothered to return a voicemail requesting service.

Everything about this company has been great! They were very responsive, on time and had a competitive quote. They added two outside waterlines to my house and replaced the main shut off. The guys were nice and efficient. I am so pleased with the work! I would definitely use them again for plumbing needs.

My hot water heater started to leak- Lowtide came and installed a new lifetime warranty water heater at a great price. They were professional and were able to answer all of my questions so i could make an educated decision on which water heater i would install.
