Mateo was great! He arrived in the middle of the time window given and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had to flush the drain lines from the overflow of one unit to fix the issue and went ahead and did the drain from our second unit as well since he was already doing the work right there. He was efficient and clearly explained the issue. He answered my questions and was very pleasant to have in my home. Thank you!!

Everyone has heard the stories of summer is now here and the a/c is not working. Well that experience happened the other day to me. So logical thing to do is call the company that installed the system and was directed by us (new home buyers) to use them. Awesome phone number on the thermostat boom call them up. Next day technician comes out. The technician comes back with a quote of $5,000! The look on my face must have said it all. Keep in mind we purchased this house in 2018. I was advised the unit was 9 months out of warranty.Not sure if anyone else is in the same boat as us with being short of funds but 5,000 is not just a drop in the bucket. Anyways. I call a buddy and he recommends calling Dyess air for a second opinion. I called them right away. This is where the story gets good!Dyess Air reached out to me after leaving a message the night before and said we can get a tech out the next afternoon. Awesome let’s get it done! 3-5 was the expected time. So the wife stayed home and worked from home so she could be there, good thing she did Dyess Air called me first thing in the morning and said I know we have a schedule for 3-5 but can we make it 10-12, another look of surprise 😯! Well yea for sure that sounds great.I know this is getting long and I’ll wrap it up, Charles Wright was the tech that came out absolutely fantastic job! He fixed the issue that had caused a leak in my system and recharged it and we are back up and running without any issues! It was a 4,000 dollar saving to me because I feel the other company didn’t know what the problem was so they shotgunned the solution in hopes it would fix it. The funny thing is is after everything they wanted to replace it still wouldn’t have been fixed.If this is the level of work I can expect out of Dyess Air I will be recommending them to every single person that asks for help. From the day of the quote through install, Paul was personable, friendly, knowledgable, and if you love dogs-he will even share his newest dog photos with you. He will give you plenty of options that will fit multiple budgets. After receiving several initial quotes, it came down to Paul’s agreeable personality and ease of communication about my project (water heater replacement). I went with a mid range quote to make sure I have a warranty. Job was completed in less than half a day. I would highly recommend Paul and Dyess Air & Plumbing! Thanks Paul!

We called Dyess because our A/C was not cooling our house. They came same day and in no time diagnosed the problem. Our technician Mateo was professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the bad part a had us cooling in quick order. I was also impressed with the people I talked to in the office as they went out of their way to assure me they would take good care of us. Very Happy with the entire process. Mateo was even able to check if unit was still under warranty and good news it was!!! Saved a little extra $$$ too.

I lived in SC for all of 4 days before my A/C went out and I didn’t know the area or who to contact. Thankfully Dyess is a phenomenal company who already had great reviews online and they absolutely lived up to their amazing ratings!! They came in on a Thursday afternoon to diagnose the issue and by Friday afternoon everything was completed! I am so grateful for their professionalism and especially their timeliness because having toddlers and dogs in an 89 degree house was not fun for anyone in the slightest. Thank yall again so much!!

Dyess got our broken AC fixed as soon as the part arrived. The tech was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He explained what he was doing clearly and was respectful of our property. If I had one comment it would be that we had to wait a couple of days for the expansion valve to arrive. Wish they carried a few more spare parts on hand. Still, very happy with our experience.

We were in an annual service plan with another HVAC company for 6 years. Our AC went out on a Friday night. The other company came out the next day, found the problem but said they didn’t have the tool on the truck with them to fix it and someone at the office would call us Tuesday.We called Dyess immediately and Mateo was here for us within an hour. He fixed the issue and returned twice more at our requests to ensure everything was in perfect shape. We will be canceling our service plan with the other guys and using Dyess from now on.

Kaleb did an excellent job!I bought the Annual Service package from Dyess in April (2024) and the first available appointment was June 27. (They come out twice a year and do a system check and maintenance on your unit) Once the high temperature came my a/c was leaking water. The drain needed to be flushed. Not a big deal but I wasnt sure how to do it myself. Kaleb handled it for me and it only took a few minutes to do.He obviously knows what hes doing. Highly professional. Im so glad I took my neighbors recommendation. I hope he is the technition that comes out for my need check in 6 months. Thanks Kaleb! And thank you Dyess!

Our old water heater burned out this morning and i immediately began researching the internet for a solution. Home Depot was one of the possible alternatives and when I called the toll free installation number, it routed me to Dyess Air and Plumbing. Within the hour Dyess sent a tech to scope the problem and provide a quote. Amazingly, they had a great new water heater in stock and claimed they could install the same day. A short time later Paul arrived and completed the installation; explained the safety features; showed me how to download EcoNet app; and conducted a test. She scheduled a technician to come to our house the same day! The technician’s name is Brooks! He was knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. We had to shut down the water for the whole house because the valve on the unit was broken, even though it was late in the evening he helped us installing a valve so we were able to have water until the new water heater was installed. He already had a full schedule but came back the next day after regular working hours and made sure we had hot water. In general we were very satisfied with the service and we highly recommend it! It is hard to find good customer service these days but somehow Dyess Air has it figured out!
