Stevie and Garth were the guys to install my new combi boiler. They had to remove the old furnace, water heater and oil tank. Did it all the work in a day and a half! Very hard workers and professional and polite. John, the owner made sure to check in and make sure everything was going smooth and to touch base after the work was done that everything was good. After all that work was done, they made sure to clean up vacuum and mop the floor in the basement and leave it in good condition. Thank you guys

John was great to work with. I used them to convert from oil heating to gas, and what followed was a number of delays from the city. But John stayed patient, helped when he could, and never wavered on the price, which was significantly lower than anyone else would quote us. When it finally came time to convert, he and Garth did great work, refusing to call it quits until they ensured every radiator was giving off heat. This was a truly excellent value for the work provided.

John and his team recently completed a heating conversion project for my home. They (1) converted one unit from electric heating to natural gas heating by installing a combi boiler, and (2) moved a water heater that had been on the third flr to the basement. From the beginning, John was a professional, his quote was competitive, and he was responsive. He and his team showed up on time, were polite, and were respectful of my property each day. The work was done without any issue and was completed on time. I highly recommend him for your plumbing and heating needs.

I’m very happy that Eversourse recommended John’s Plumbing. John quickly met with me and provided all answers to my concerns converting my oil furnace to gas. Pricing of these units run a gambit with other companies adding additional fees for tank removal. John gave me a better/fair price on the spot for entire project.John took care of all details with my town for conversion and install was done in one day. John’s entire crew working that day were top notch as well. Stevie (right hand man) worked tirelessly along with John to ensure my satisfaction. Feel rest assured when you hire John and company!!!

When I met with the 1st rep from Eversource to convert from oil to gas Johns Plumbing & Heating was highly recommended. I contacted John and he had the best price and product. We were not able to get gas in the street until recently and again Johns was highly recommended. John and his crew are professional and very efficient. John and Stevie did our oil to gas conversion. They did a wonderful job, John was attentive throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with, he is also honest as the day is long! He has a A+ lead guy working for him in Stevie. They took out my old monster of a boiler, water heater and oil tank. The new gas boiler was mounted and half the lines were run in the first day! They were efficient and worked well together. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Johns Plumbing & Heating for anyone needing a top notch professional.

The work was well done and our basement was left beautifully clean after the days work. We converted from an all electric system to natural gas so he had to install piping through the whole house and he did it very minimally invasive and efficient. I wish I could give John more than 5 stars! He is everything I want a contractor to be. First of all, he answered the phone with an upbeat attitude, and he seemed super excited to help. “You called the right guy!” he said, and boy was he right. He was super straightforward, and gave me a quote immediately upon assessing the job, and it was lower than most of the other quotes (10+) we got. He helped us navigate the CT Heat Loan process seamlessly, and got our new combi unit installed accurately, neatly, and efficiently. John and his guys worked all day and got the job done! After having issues with other contractors stringing us along for other jobs, this was certainly a breath of fresh air. I’d recommend him to anyone. Thanks, John!

I am highly recommending this company,John and his guys,Frank and Bob replaced my oil burner with a gas furnace last week and did an awesome job.John stayed till 12.30 in the morning 2 nights in a row to make sure I had heat ,he also replaced 2 cast iron radiators at no additional cost ,he is truly the nicest guy I have ever met and will continue to business with him .

We contracted Johns Plumbing to do a oil to natural gas conversion at our home 12/2018. John did an absolutely wonderful job and was very attentive to our additional specific needs/wants in preparation for future add-ons.The conversion consisted of removal of very old/clunky/faulty boiler, oil tank, water heater, expansion tanks amongst some other misc.In return we gained a large footprint of space in our basement, a better location for our heating unit, much quieter (almost silent) heating system, amazing savings in our cost to heat our home and water. Lastly, we are a family of 6!!!.....and we do not run out of hot water!Great job John, keep up the good work!Thank you from the Acosta family!
