I recently purchased a 1950s home in Bloomfield, NJ, and was having some issues with our boiler. I contacted Falcon Plumbing & Heating, and Bill came over the same day to take a look. He was super knowledgeable and got the heating system up and running and in tip-top shape! They explained all maintenance/repair options moving forward and never tried pushing unneeded repairs, which is rare nowadays. Bill is probably the most honest and trustworthy contractor Ive ever dealt with. Highly recommended!!!

Bill and his team have tackled a couple of jobs at our 100 year old home, and everything they have done has been top notch. They replaced a gas fired steam boiler that had been giving us trouble for years, and it has never worked better. Also hot water heater, circulating pump, etc. They come when they say they will, and the team does an excellent, professional job. Highly recommended!

I have lived in Nutley since 1985 and highly recommend Falco. They are a very competent and honest outfit. I (and my relatives) have used them on several occasions for both major and minor replacements and enhancements of HVAC systems. They are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. Most important, they have been incredibly good and responsive when home emergencies have occurred. We even had a heating system fail 2 days before Christmas and Bill was superb in resolving this very tough situation for me. Their cost is very fair and they are very accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about Bill and his company. If you have a need for these type of services, planned or unplanned emergency, hire them with confidence.

I have relied on them for many years — from large jobs, like a HVAC system replacement, to work on a kitchen renovation, to small plumbing emergencies and system maintenance. I have been having issues with my HVAC since I bought my home. I had a few people try to fix it but nothing worked. In 2021, I contacted Bill, who came over and gave me a fair quote for a replacement, we decided to proceed but Bill and his guys were able to fix the unit temporarily, saving us a few more years and a few thousands of dollars. Bill has been an honest person, rare in this business. If you are looking for honesty and integrity…Falcon plumbing and heating is the way to go. Fast forward to 2024 and I called Bill to replace the unit, his team came out, did a great job and saved us from this summer heat. I highly recommend Bill.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Bill Falco and his workers put in a brand new furnace system into our apt building. Whenever i call him to check on any problems my tenants have he is there immediately..the same day. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing and heating issues.

When Ida hit, we went under water. Afterwards, we didnt even have hot water and couldnt get anyone to come to the house for repairs, but Bill and his crew took the time to help us out and get us going. We later used Falcon to do a complete HVAC overhaul. Bill and Cliff have always been there to help us out when we need it and the system works great! Wed recommend them to anyone in town.
