Basement toilet had backed up with sewage. Feeling this was an emergency reached out to neighbors for referrals and did some googling. After calling several places Tom from Resolute returned my call immediately. After a few mins of talking to me understanding the urgency he told me he would see me in 30mins. He had another job that was not urgent and wanted to let the client know he had to service our house.Tom showed up within the time he told me. Professional and knowledgeable. He explained things to me and help me understand how these things happen and preventative things to do. It seemed these type of thing has happen before at our house (purchased in 2015).Tom and Mike snakes out the pipes both in the house and out to the road. Made sure all the plumbing in house ran/flushed correctly. He also help refer me to a local restoration company that is helping me with the damage to floor and walls.I definitely would recommend Tom and team. Not only responsive, professional I felt their price for the service was very fair.I believe in hiring local and honest professionals. Thank you Tom!The picture below is of our workout room. The bathroom toilet is over to the left behind the wall. Was not a pretty or good smelling morning. Only pic I could stomach to take.

I CANNOT recommend Tom enough. We had a valve issue with our boiler and didn’t have hot water or heat. Friends recommended Tom, we texted him, and he stopped by on his way to an appointment 15 minutes later. He was such a delight. He was honest, incredibly fair priced, and really good at what he does. He fit us in in the afternoon and everything fixed within an hour. We will only be using Tom going forward and can’t wait to recommend him to others.

Tom and Jay were a pleasure to work with. They were able to come out to our home the same morning that I called. Tom quickly assessed our issue as a clogged main sewer line and fixed it promptly. They gave us a super fair price and kept the area clean. We will not hesitate to use Resolute again.

I could not be more satisfied with the work, costumer service, and overall job that Resolute has done for me! Tom (the owner) was absolutely wonderful and is on the job himself. Before finding this company, I had a horrible customer service experience with a different company also located in Bloomfield. So glad that I eventually found Tom. Even with the bad weather conditions causing a high volume of plumbing needs in the area, Tom showed up the next day, right on time, gave me a reasonable price, and the job was done within the hour. He provided me with a beautiful new faucet for my kitchen sink! Also, having beige carpeting in my home, it was an absolute A+ that he and his worker Mike showed up with boot covers on to make sure my floors were protected. So if youre looking for quality work, friendly workers, and excellent service, look no further. Thank you Resolute!

I spoke with Tom (owner) on the phone and set up an appointment for the following day to have a washing machine drain line cleared out. I am extremely happy with my experience. Tom was very personable and took the time to go over what they were going to do, the equipment used, and after the work was done gave me pointers to help prevent the pipe from clogging in the future (lint trap on the end of the hose).

Really happy with the work, service, and time it took for Tom to do the job. He is incredibly pleasant to be around, fixed my leaky sink fast and was incredibly helpful showing me exactly what was wrong with my sink and how he was going to fix it. He also showed up in boot covers as soon as he stepped into my house even though he definitely didnt need to because my kitchen consists of dirty scummy tiles. Thanks Tom! I would definitely recommend him to the rest of the internetssss...

Great service! I called and they were here 20 minutes later. Within 20 minutes they’d cleared out the drain we’d been trying to snake and drano on our own to absolutely no avail. Made it look easy peasy. Our house is ancient and the plumbing regularly gives us trouble, so the next time the pipes rear their heads and remind us they’ve been here since the 6th day of creation, we’ll definitely call Resolute again.

Distraught over my situation I took to Google and I researched my options. These guys had good ratings, and I gave them a call. The guy on the phone, his name was Mike I think, and he was very informative as to what needed to happen next, and recommended I call my insurance for approval. After calling my insurance it turns out they had a pre-approved company they work with, but I just wanted to state that these guys were very kind and helpful over the phone and Id recommend them based on my limited experience

After trial and error with terrible plumbers who had nonsensical solutions, I finally found a guy that knows his stuff. He’s incredible at figuring out and getting to the root of the problem. And that saves me a lot of money. Trustworthy!

I had a sink that was clogged and had some peculiar plumbing left over from the previous owner. I called Resolute and got Tom on the phone who was clear about pricing and was able to schedule an appointment later in the same day. He came over and examined the situation and we talked about the peculiar plumbing. Tom proposed a change to it and gave me a quote to fix the plumbing and the clog, which was very fair pricing. He got started immediately and in very short order was finished up.He cleaned up after his work, and was thoughtful while he was working. Once he was done, Mike (works with Tom) went around the rest of the house to ensure that the clog fix had not inadvertently caused a problem in the rest of the house.Tom was very personable and his rates were reasonable...this is not always a given in his profession, so Im happy to have met him and to have him to call on in the future.
