I would give JMB 6 stars if possible! We have used their services serval times over the past few years. Some small jobs, some larger. Each time, the experience is A+. The staff & techs are very friendly & helpful. When the techs visit our home, they are always polite and pleasant to work with. I would recommend JMB for any plumbing need. They are the BEST! A+++

The guys did an outstanding job on my 4 zone heating system last September. In one afternoon they took out the old broiler and early the next day they put in the new broiler. Looks really solid works great.Its always nice when you dont have to compromise between taking a hot shower, heating a house, or running a washer. Thank you.

I give this company 5 stars. I was in a real jam. My kitchen sink had failed, my garbage disposal was leaking, and I had no hot water to run my dishwasher. I called JMB and got Katie on the phone. I explained the situation and she had a service technician-Justin who was on the road out to my house within 20 minutes. I showed Justin the problems and he immediately went out to his truck and began working. He called the owner Jason who went to his supplier and got my brand-new goose neck faucet, handles and soap dispenser. The owner Jason personally drove to my house to deliver the new Delta Faucet and hardware. Justin finished the job with the utmost expertise and professionalism. I have never had such top-notch customer service and delivery in my life. I would recommend JMB and team over any plumbing service in CT. Thank you for saving the day!

Our hot water heater was leaking and needed replaced. I called them before they even opened on a Monday morning and left a message and they were at my house before 9am. The whole job was done by noon. They had the job done before a couple of other businesses had even returned my call. Thanks for helping us so quickly!

Jason and his office staff of JMB Plumbing floored my husband and me with the level of service they provided us. With freezing temperatures and a newborn at home, our water heater decided to stop working. We called around and no one would help us for weeks! When we reached Jason, he came out immediately, spend days on hold on the phone with the water heater warranty people, then came out and fixed the issue. I cant recommend this firm enough. Thank you!

I called JMB at 830 this morning because my kitchen sink was clogged, the disposal wouldnt work, and the dishwasher had leaked all over the floor the night before since it couldnt drain. They called back immediately and within another half hour, I was told someone would be at my house between 11 and 12 to unclog my kitchen sink.They guys they sent were so nice, SUPER clean in their workspace, and were right on time.Id use them again in a heartbeat. I just hope I dont have to! ;)

We had a list of plumbing items to be completed including; connecting a gas generator, disconnect and re-install existing plumbing to a sink and garbage disposal, install additional baseboard heat. The two workers were polite and professional. Both took the time to wear shoe protectors in the house and cleaned up after themselves. Work was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. Most importantly everything worked when they were finished. We will definitely use JMB in the future.
