In the process of remodeling the basement, contracted with JR to conduct the rough drain line installation for our various fixtures. Their estimate was competitively priced but it was the level of service that set them apart. Due to the high water table of the area the job got messier than planned but the crew did great cleaning up and left the workplace cleaner than started. Appreciated also the attention to the project paid by the owner who visited to consult and ensure everything was to my liking. Working with them in next phases as well which is a plus as I can do some work myself with their eye and assistance to call upon if needed.

Weve used JR plumbing several times and been happy with their services. Most recently weve been even more impressed with them. Their communication has been top notch, they have been prompt, and were pleasant and flexible about us having to change the date on them several times due to delays on a project. I used JR Plumbing on two different jobs recently. We had a hot water heater replaced on one job and the other job was a list of various needed fixes found on an inspection. The office was very responsive and communicative. They were able even generate a formal quote from the pictures that I had supplied. The plumbers that came were great to work with and did the job well. I would have no issue recommending JR or using them again in the future.

Bad time to have your water heater pour 1 inch of water onto the floor. 😭 Honestly, calling around, HVAC and plumbing companies are swamped. These guys and gals are out here working hard!! I was referred to J R Plumbing from another very well established plumbing company and I couldn’t have been referred to a more professional and qualified company. Not only was Justin and his team able to get to me within 24 hours of my initial call, but, Justin was the plumber who responded! He was so helpful and respectful, I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He explained everything he was doing and also took the time to show me exactly what happened to the water heater. This is important to me because sometimes I feel experts talk down to those of us who are unaware. Not only did Justin save me $1900 right before Christmas by repairing my water heater instead of replacing, he offered to check out a few more minor issues with a faucet upstairs and changing my sediment filter! Justin even asked if he could help me clean up the additional water that leaked onto the floor!! Of course, I graciously declined. I would definitely recommend Justin and his team for any of your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. I will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you so much and happy holidays!

Contacted JR regarding flushing my tankless water heater. Chris responded right on time and was professional right off the bat. Showed him the water heater, discussed what I was looking for and he went into detail regarding my options. Learned the water heater was 16 years old and due to not knowing when or if it was ever flushed, gave me an honest professional opinion on pros and cons of doing so. These days, it’s easy for a company to come in, do the work as requested, collect money and leave without giving an honest opinion. Chris made an extra phone call which also gave me piece of mind with my choice, which he didn’t have to do. I would recommend this company and going forward with any future plumbing needs, they will be the company I first contact.

After some sub-standard work from another contractor resulted in leaks from our tub, we hired J.R. Plumbing to help replace our century-old galvanized pipes for our bathroom. The work was done very well and they were incredibly flexible when it came to coordinating with the plasterers who were repairing the damage caused by the previous contractors. It is a huge relief to know that we wont have to worry anymore about bits of rust coming out of our pipes or the pipes corroding to the point where they fail and completely ruin our beautiful plasterwork.

J. R. Plumbing was a godsend when our contractor left us in a lurch. They did our rough plumbing for our kitchen remodel and were willing to finish any plumbing work when we terminated the contract. They installed our faucet, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The staff was very professional, kind, respectful and understanding. They paid attention to detail, treated our home like it was their own, and even fixed the problem when our dishwasher wouldn’t fit in its space. We can’t thank them enough! We will call on them to do any other plumbing work we have in the future. We highly recommend using J. R. Plumbing.

It never fails before a major holiday, something totally unexpected has to go wrong to derail the best of plans. My first floor flooded due to a clogged floor drain so I called around and found JR Plumbing three days before Xmas. They came out right away, worked hours on my very complicated drain system. Kurt found a foreign plastic object that had fallen and lodged in the drain filter and only through the use of several snaking devices and his own determination did I get this repaired in time for Xmas. It was a coordinated effort with Guthrie and Frey as our iron filter was snugged right on top of the drain. We are so happy to add them to our list of trusted, valued home partners.

After disappointing service from two other local plumbers, I called JR Plumbing, and they responded the same day and took care of a leaky kitchen faucet by installing a new one at a reasonable price. Since then we have used them for installing a new water heater and for running water to our new refrigerator. We have had three different plumbers and they have all been extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable; they finished the work in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up when done. I highly recommend this company if you need plumbing work.

We were looking for someone to run all new plumbing to our, at the time, non-existent bathroom on the 3rd floor of our 115 year old Victorian. Someone suggested JR Plumbing and I was familiar with the name since my parents had used them for YEARS! They totally exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. Corey was the lead man on our project and was great! Communication and follow through during the project was great.In addition to our home project we have also used them multiple times at our rental. When I started calling for estimates to have my basement drain replaced J R Plumbing had the best price of the 3 Companys I called. Cameron was very helpful and understood all what was needed.. I was actually shocked at how quickly the job was completed. You could hardly tell they were even in the basement. The service techs were very curtious and even gave me some information on possible future items I might need. The final price even came in lower than the original estimate. I highly recommend to at least call for a quote on any plumbing issue. Youll be glad you did.

This company is now my go to plumber! Last year, sewage backed up in my basement. Mr Rooter came out and told me the lateral pipe was collapsed and it would cost around $10k to fix. They also charged me an extra $100 for a membership to them that I did not want. Fast forward to this year, I decided to a get a second opinion so I called JR Plumbing. Let me tell you how much of a life saver this choice was. JR Plumbing comes out today to pinpoint the collapsed pipe. Can you guess what they did not find? For starters JR Plumbing has much better equipment so with their camera we were able to see that the collapsed pipe was actually where the pipe turned 90 degrees. After cleaning the roots out, JR Plumbing was able to see all the way through the lateral to the main sewer. I am so glad I called them and I will never call anyone else.Thank you JR Plumbing for professionalism, excellent equipment and honesty! You guys rock!

Steve and his staff were amazing. We were fortunate to have them put our gas line in for our swimming pool. I will say there are not a lot of companies that install these lines. I called JR Plumbing about a leaky kitchen faucet and the person who answered the phone was very helpful and worked with me to troubleshoot the issue rather than come over on an appointment and make me spend money on an easy fix. John came after hours to fix my floor drain that was backed up. It ended up being the breaker that shut the pump off. He flipped the switch and the water drained. I felt like an idiot... but he was so humble and kind! Im not sure if I should disclose that he waived the charge to come out, but he gained a customer for life! Even though it was a Sunday, they quickly responded to this emergency call. John was very prompt and professional, and quickly assessed and repaired the issue. Our water heater wasn’t working, so I called J R Plumbing at 9:00 a.m. Taylor told me that she would pass my information along and that someone would get back to me. Within minutes, Cameron called back and told me that he would see about locating the parts for the model type. Shortly after, Zach called and said that he could be over in 10 minutes. The water heater was fixed by 10:45 a.m.!! Now that’s service, and everyone was very nice!! FYI, the water heater was under warranty so there was no charge!!

I would highly recommend JR Plumbing! We had a clogged sink basin that just didnt want to cooperate with our do - it - yourself fix it solution. I called in the morning and spoke with Steve. He was great to talk with and asked that I send him photos to really give me a better idea of what I might be looking at as far as a ballpark price. He then made arrangements that same day to send out Jamie (unsure of spelling) and he was great! He fixed the issue quickly, and make recommendations. We will definitely be using them for future pluming needs!!
