The drain doctor is a great company. Very personable and great customer service. Had a backup in my basement only when the washer was being used. Called a few companies one including Roto Rooter where they came, looked for 2 mins and wanted to charge 790 bucks for an exterior drain cleaning which is outrageous. I called the drain doctor and they were able to do it for more than half of that cost and probably much quicker and better than another company!

Within a week of owning our first home we noticed water in our basement. We called a plumber and they told us we would need to spend $14,000 to excavate and replace our connection to the street. My realtor recommended I call Drain Dr and I am very glad we did! They were able to come out and clear our connection for $350, they also inspected our connection to make sure it was not in need of replacing and to confirm our only issue was tree roots causing blockage. Our basement was a bit messy when they were done since we didnt have a mop, so they left to go to the shop and they came right back with their mop and cleaned up the mess! 10/10 I would recommend this service and company to anyone that asked me.

The guys were able to get our service back up and running in less than a day. They worked hard to find the problem and had all of the necessary equipment to snake and camera our sewer main (which is about 75feet to the road) I appreciated the updates and phone calls when I was unable to be at the property. They were super respectful of my tenants as well. Will definitly use them again in the future for other Jobs

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called mid morning. They told me they might be able to get me today (day before Thanksgiving) but it might have to wait until Friday. I let her know we were full, and bam, they were at my house within an hour. It turns out the problem wasnt a full tank, but a toilet paper packed line that ran 20 feet. I was thinking the worst but Ryan was positive and upbeat and explained the cause and solution. I was so impressed at how thorough and hard charging he was during the entire process. If I could give 100 stars I would.

I called based on a friends advice but still was skeptical. I had sewer spilling into my basement so I called and thinking this is going to take all day. To my surprise I got a call back in 15 mins. The service tech was polite and professional he made me assured that everything will be taking care of. An hour later he showed up and sure enough he took care of everything and even contacted serve pro for me and got my basement cleaned up. Wouldnt think twice about calling them again.
