New Generation Construction did a great job with our projects: replacing some siding on one side of our house, replacing a door, and building and attaching a new shed to that side of the house. We appreciated the workers craftsmanship and attention to detail and are very happy with the finished work. Freddy and his crew worked hard to understand what we wanted and had good suggestions that made it even better than we hoped for. And the final cost was very close to the estimate and an excellent value for the money. We definitely will be asking them to do more work for us in the future.

We had great service from this company! The crew was always on time and did fast and excellent work. Our project was finished on time and the entire staff is friendly and really listen to work with what we needed. We had a large project and it was completed quickly and professionally. I chose to use some creativity in my project and Fredy and his crew were really willing to work with me on that. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone doing a home construction project.

I am generally not one to leave reviews for things but Freddie and his team really earned one. We have a large house directly in the ocean with exposure to some extreme weather year around, particularly harsh winters. It was overdue for a paint job and Freddie and his team did an amazing job with the work. The really focused on the details of the prep work that make a quality finished product. The surfaces were cleaned well, prepped well and we were blown away at how amazing our home looked afterwards. We were so pleased with the work that we then hired them to replace 5 windows in the master bedroom and again, the team exceeded our expectations. Also the team was very friendly, very conscious about taking care of our home and being super clean. Everything was put away and left clean each night so it didn’t look or feel like a construction site. They will be used by us again next time.

We had water damage to the subfloor in our kitchen. After taking bids from several companies, we selected New Generation Construction. It turned out to be the right decision. Theyquickly fit us into their schedule. The problem turned out to be much more extensive than expected, resulting in a doubling of the project size. New Generation handled everything, and even worked on Saturday. The total cost to us ended up being much lower than we anticipated, and we are very satisfied with the quality of their work.

NG Construction was fantastic from start to finish. Alberta, Fredy and all the workers were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They really worked with me and made some last minute changes happen that will be best in the long run. Fredy answered all my questions and communicated the extent of project and what would be happening each day. The guys working were polite, friendly, and even put up with my very extroverted 2 year old who was always wanting to say hi. Will call them when it’s time to do the kitchen remodel.

Fredy and his crew remodeled our bathroom: floors, wallpaper, vanity, fixtures, toilet and sink, - they did it all, and now it is my favorite room in the whole house! These men are professionals! focused, talented, efficient, and hard working. I highly recommend them for any remodel you want done right!!

The job - exterior power washing/caulking/painting 4 story house built into a steep hill with minimum spacing between our house and neighbors on both sides and a steep hill at the bottom. VERY challenging - several contractors said they could not /would not do it.Why we think theyre great:1. Detailed bid and reasonable pricing.2. ON TIME - the contact was signed in January with a July start (as this was a two week exterior job, dry weather was needed.). They started July 11.3. Great communication - we got a call mid June to let us know the start date. Freddy was always quick to respond to questions/requests before and during the job.4. Capable team AND nice. They did an excellent detailed job, plus our neighbors commented on how respectful they were of people and property.5. They had the equipment and used it, including 4 story scaffolding and a cherry picker.6. Brought problems to our attention and fixed them - the side of one porch had some water seepage. Some boards and siding needed to be replaced. It was in a location we would never have noticed.Would we use them again - most definitely.Note: apologies to Freddy and team for the lateness of this review. My bad. Its been almost a year and our house still looks amazing. Thank you!

The NG Construction team are highly skilled, incredibly nice and professional. We had them replace all of our interior and exterior doors. Based on their excellent work, we’ve asked them to take on other projects, which will soon include a new deck.

We had the most exceptional experience working with Fredy and his crew at New Generation Construction. Working with with his design partner, Fredys team completed from start to finish our entire kitchen replacement. This included complete new cabinets, new stone countertop, new tiling, installation of new appliances, new range hood venting to outside, plumbing connection repairs, elecrical wiring updated to code.Additional work extended beyond the kitchen including wood floor replacement for the entire main floor continuous with kitchen, all walls and baseboards on entire main floor repainted, as well as drywall repair. During the entire process from start to finish Fredy and his crew provided expert guidance, maintained communication and were always availalbe for questions.Fredy and his installers were timely, friendly, and clearly worked with utmost craftsmanship. The final result was flawless and all of our (very few) concerns were completely resolved to our 100% satisfaction. I fully recommend New Generation Construction for *any* services that they provide, and I will not hesitate to call them for any future projects.

New Generation ConstructionAfter calling so many painters who did not return calls. Some saying they would come and give me a quote and then not. Some with quotes so high it was crazy. Fredy was amazing to work with! He was polite and kind. His quote was great and his work even better. What ever he said he was going to do he did. It was so nice to have someone you could trust to keep his word. I will recommend him to friends and hire him for any work I need done.

I am very pleased with the service provided by New Generation Construction. I could not get other contactors to even come out and look at my job. Fredy came out and provided an estimate within days of me contacting them! Once I accepted the contract, they started work the next week. Jazmanni was very flexible working around my schedule. The job was done in a very timely manner, the workers were polite and friendly. Jazmanni kept me informed on the progress of the job. I had a shower stall created in my master 1/2 bath by enclosing a hall closet and opening it up to the 1/2 bath. They did everything from demolition, framing, drywall, painting and amazing tile work! I also had them install laminate flooring in my master bedroom and a new sink in the 1/2 bath.
