    If you are looking for an all inclusive new garage build company, Platinum Garages and Electrical is the company you’re looking for! From the convenient initial online application to the final inspection, our experience with Platinum was wonderful. Tim (owner) listened well to what we were looking for in replacing our nearly 100 year old garage (18 x 18) with a larger (30 x 20) garage with shop area. We revised our concrete plans several times without any complications. The communication response was “over the top” with Tim and office contact Nilsa. We are extremely pleased with the entire project, quality of service and fairprice as well as the speed of project completion. Thank you, Platinum!!

    I recently used Platinum Garages for my rental property in Lakewood. Tim and his team were beyond exceptional in their service and work. He was the most reasonably priced, and honest in his estimate (there were no hidden costs after I committed). Nilsa in the office was very communicative and responsive and they were beyond accommodating. The crew worked quickly and with care and skill for the surrounding areas.The homes in Lakewood are very condensed, so I had worries about how it would impact my neighbors, but they all raved about how respectful the crew and team was.Would definitely recommend this company.

    I recently hired the garage builder to demolish a existing one car garage and build a new 2 car garage located 30 feet further back. The scope of work included not only the garage construction but also tying in the downspouts to the existing stormwater system, a new driveway crock (catch basin), and pouring an additional 650 square feet of concrete as an extension to the driveway. Overall, the experience was excellent, and Im highly satisfied with the results.Customer Service and Communication:From the beginning, the company demonstrated transparency in pricing, which was refreshing. Their customer service was outstanding - I could reach the office easily via phone or cmail whenever needed (during bussines hours). They were patient and thorough in explaining the project and various options, allowing me to better understand how each choice affected the overall budget. This level of clarity was key to making informed decisions.Workmanship and Professionalism:The crew was conscientious and respectful of the existing landscaping, driveway, and house while using their equipment. They were well organized, breaking the project into clearly defined stages (as I recall from the top of my head):1. Demo day and clean-up2. Prep work for the new garage floor3. Pouring the new garage floor4. Framing and finishing the garage (completed in just one day by an amazing Amish crew)5. Electrical work, which was done with care and very organized.6. Plumbing - pipes and new driveway crock/catch basin.7. Concrete driveway extension prep.8. Concrete driveway extension pour and finish.9. Final clean-upAlthough the stages didnt happen on consecutive days due to factors like permitting, inspections, and material deliveries, the companys coordination was seamless. They have all their resources in-house, including the crew, equipment, trucks, and dumpsters, which allowed them to stay on schedule. (Other companies sub-contract)Project Management and Coordination:One aspect I appreciated was the owners availability for any reasonable communication, which added a personal touch. The office manager was on top of everything, handling paperwork, scheduling, and coordination like a pro. When the crew was scheduled to show up, they did so promptly and got the job done on time, except for weather related delays.Value for Money:In terms of pricing, they were very competitive. I compared quotes from other top companies, and this builder not only offered a better price but also included all necessary items in their estimate.Other companies either lacked understanding of local building requirements or tried to upsell unnecessary upgrades, which cauld have added thousands to the final bill. This builder, however, delivered high-quality results within the planned budget without any surprise costs. They even affered financing options, which helps alleviate some financial stress.ConclusionIf youre looking for a reliable, transparent, and professional garage builder, I highly recommend this company. They bring together a skilled team, excellent project management, and fair pricing, making the process as smooth and stress free as possible. Im thrilled with the new garage and the expanded driveway, and I wouldnt hesitate to work with them again. And hey, when your garage gets built in stages like this, it gives you plenty of time to practice parking in the driveway - just in case you miss that tight squeeze into the old one-car setup!

    This past weekends deluge of rain made me reflect on the investment made on a new garage this spring. A neighbours project and ongoing research - on a type of project I had no experience with contracting for - had me hone in on Platinum as a potential provider of a garage demo/build. After reaching out via a web form the experience quickly became driven by a solid customer service experience that was based in reality, meeting expectations and fit not an overly sales-first or heavy pressure campaign.While no project in my experience goes without hiccups, Platinum was accessible and responsive to my concerns and questions and worked to address any questions or concerns. The project was done timely and without much real disruption to my day-to-day. That said, there was a bit more clean up than expected on my end, mostly nails and screws from the building process and some scraps related to electrical install. The former was more likely to cause damage to tire or skin if I had not taken the time to fine tooth comb the area both on concrete and adjacent yard.The garage replaced an unsound structure and was a worthwhile investment for us. I am very happy with having gone with Platinum mostly for their inhouse teams attention and ability to navigate the work for me through City Hall and the actual on-site teams.

    I went through multiple companies trying to find someone to build my garage addition. Everyone was super expensive because the hired out most of the work. These guys did it all. Soooooo glad I found Platinum Garages. They were the best to work with. Tim, the owner, helped me every step of the way. They did all the planning, drawings, permits, and work. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the finished product. Nilsa, in the office was prompt with calls and emails to let me know what was happening and when so my family was always prepared.The longest part was the city (as they are slow). But once everything was approved the project was started and finished in less than 2 weeks. Digging foundation and pouring cement was 2 days. Then building on the foundation, siding, doors and clean up was 2 days. So quick that they didn’t inconvenience my family with noise for too long.I would give these guys 10 stars if I could.

    My experience with Platinum Garages was very positive. They did what they said they would do and addressed all concerns that I had at a price point that was below other competitors.My situation was probably a little different than most but just wanted to share because I think they did such a great job. I was trying to buy a house in Newburgh Heights from out of state and Newburgh Heights required a garage to be built as part of the Point of Sale. I assumed the responsibility and was trying to utilize a home renovation mortgage to meet the requirement of the point of sale. However, after calling multiple contractors I received either no reply, extremely high prices, or unwillingness to deal with this type of purchase (home renovation loan in which the contractor would receive multiple draws from the cash placed in escrow from the mortgage company).Platinum was different. Nilsa was the first contact I had with the company and she was very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and super friendly. She addressed all of my concerns and assured they worked with these type of loans and also with Newburgh Heights.Not to bore everyone with the specific details, but there were many milestones for this project which required forms to be signed and inspections to be completed before funds could be issued. Nilsa again orchestrated communications from myself, Platinum and the mortgage lender.I think for the value you get a company who knows how to build a garage at very fair price. They work and know all of the greater Cleveland areas. They have relationships with city building departments which allows them to be very efficient and give peace of mind to the customer.Thanks again Platinum Garages for coming through for me and making a stressful situation more manageable.-Brandon

    Platinum Construction did some things good and some things not so good. I will start with the good - they built me a good looking garage at a very reasonable price. They are always very responsive to *attempt* to fix any warranty issues. Here is the bad - there are some issues with the structure. The cement has no rebar and cracked pretty badly starting within 2 months after the pour. The floor surface was sloped towards the front inside corner and I have a mud puddle there. The roof is not level! I asked them to come out and fix the slope of the gutter knowing it would be difficult because the roof isnt level (the gutter sloped negatively and overflowed). They lifted the gutter, but now it sits over top of the drip edge rendering it not as functional. With that said, Im not sure what I expected be done short of modifications to the structure.Overall, Id recommend them especially if youre on a budget. But know that it wont be perfect.

    Platinum Garages was a HUGE help. When we bought our first home the garage leaked and the foundation was cracked and sinking. There was no saving it. After getting about 4-5 quotes from people in the area we made the decision to go with Platinum. They have the best prices around. They were always one step ahead and were very prompt to send out and get the permits approved. They let me know all updates along the process. Any questions I had were answered extremely fast and the overall process was extremely easy from start to finish. The demo/concrete prep took only 1 day, concrete pour was 1 day, and their crew came and had the entire garage built/sided/shingled/gutters/cleaned up in exactly 5 hours another day. (This was for a 20x24 garage) I couldn’t believe it! I would highly recommend Platinum Garages for anyone’s garage needs.

No hidden or surprise cost. Work was scheduled as soon as we agreed to hire Platinum, from Demo crew to Amish Carpenters and Licenced Electrician did amazing job. Each crew cleaned site after their job. Very organized and friendly company. Took care of blueprints,all permits and inspection (demo,concrete,building,electrical).     I called Michael at Platinum Garages to get help in demolishing and building a new garage. I must say the service and quality of work provided by Michael and his team had been one of the best construction project I have ever experienced. Michael walked me through the process, from design to build and after sale service. The plan was developed with clear timelines and milestones. The garage was demolished in one day, concrete slab poured shortly after (in the middle of Dec). The garage was finished in Jan without any issues. I highly recommend Platinum Garages for any Garage project

    Platinum replaced our asphalt drive with concrete, installed a drain in the driveway, lifted our garage and replaced the garage floor, and installed a concrete walkway and patio. They started on time, finished on time, did top notch work, cleaned up the site when done, and were pleasant to have around. Each day the job was well staffed by experienced and skilled crew members. The manager, Tim, responded promptly with our request for an estimate and timed the job to fit around our schedule. The cost was at or below other estimates. We can recommend Platinum without hesitation.

    Had these people come out and quote me a new garage . They demolished of old garage , concrete and build (siding , roofing , doors , etc.). They stayed right on schedule and did a great job . I was more than happy with the end product and I tend to be a difficult customer . No problems with concrete after 2 years . Garage looks great and price was really unbeatable . I would certainly hire these folks again and recommend them to friends and family .

    We had a garage built by Platinum Construction and the experience was a very positive one. The work crews were very professional and highly competent. This job included getting all necessary permits, demolition of the old garage, pouring a slab, and then building the new garage, and finally wiring it. The permits, including a couple of extra hoops to jump through, were handled in a timely and professional way. The demolition, pouring the slab, building the garage and the wiring were done in one day respectively for each process. The building crew went from a bare slab to a completed garage in nine hours! And they were short two guys! Communication is also great with this company. They are always available and the owner will work closely with you on any matter. I would strongly recommend this company.

We hired Platinum Construction to build our garage among few garage builders in Cleveland based on their reviews, respond, customer service and we are very happy with our decision. Our call was answered right away by Shayan. Estimate appointment scheduled at our availability. At est appointment all our questions was answered in detail. And we had our estimate the same day. VS other garage companies one just gave us price over the phone and did not want to see it. Other was over priced by $4000.00After obtaining permit it took them 4 days to demo,pour new pad,build new garage,electrical and clean up.Crews work efficiently and well staffed. Passed all inspections from the first time so there is no delays. Now we have most beautiful garage on ou street. Thank you Platinum

    We hired Platinum to build a garage after reading on-line reviews and looking at the Better Business Bureau site. Although the project had one or two hiccups, Tim always did what we asked of him and the end product is great, and at a great price. I dont think you could find another company that will build a garage as quickly and economically as Platinum. We recommend them.

    I had Platinum Garages remove an unusable garage and replace it with a good one. I asked them to start anytime after April 15th. They called me and said they could start on April 13th, I agreed.They arrived at 8:00 AM on the 13th and demolished the old garage, its floor, and footers and hauled the debris away all on one day with no collateral damage. They leveled the site and prepared it for concrete by the 16th. After a snowstorm, the concrete work was done on the 20th.They started construction at 8:00 AM on the 22nd and was finished by 4:00. Electrical and mechanical work was done on the 23rd.The work was flawless. When the Garfield Heights inspector (known for being nitpickers) inspected it, he said it wasnt just good enough, it was perfect. All in less than two weeks.

    The garage is very well built and the foundation is thick and well finished. So much better than what it replaced which was 65 yo. to be honest. Like any demolition and construction be prepared for the immediate yard to be in upheaval. A very good rototiller and really watching for rock and concrete debris and some muscle for a few days will get it back in shape.

    First of all I want to say thank you very much. I was shopping with my wife and we were buying a deep freezer at a local home Depot. we came outside to load it in my car not knowing we werent prepared and not knowing the consequences of the dimensions of the deep freezer. This gentleman asked me where I lived, I told him and no other questions were asked. He told me to load it in his truck and he would follow us and help drop it off. Me and my wife asked him if we could repay him in any way many times and he refused all of them.     We couldnt be more happy with our recently built 2 car garage. The crews were very professional, hard working and timely. The foundation was done in one day and a week later the garage was built. The materials are all top notch. Very good communication with the owner and the salesman. They delivered what they promised, no surprises. The carpenters came at 8:00 in the morning, took a lunch and were cleaned up and on their way by 2:00 p.m. A fully complete garage, minus electrical, in a little over 5 hrs! I enjoyed watching them better than Saturday morning cartoons! We will be calling them to do our driveway in the spring. Highly recommended!
