The whole process was very professional and easy. They were in contact with me start to finish. So many customer service businesses don’t make keeping there customers happy a pryority but not optimize, it was their number one duty and they were proud of it. Definitely recommend them. Thanks

I have to say, Optimize EGS is the most customer service based company Ive seen in a long time.Our salesman met with us and went over all our options and answered all of our questions - both at our initial meeting and follow up emails.Our install crew arrived promptly, installed swiftly but with great care, and treated our property and home with great respect.After having worked in their Service Department, I knew how far this company would go for their customer. I wouldnt have trusted another company to have been as genuine, and fight as hard for the customer, as I know they do at Optimize.I was proud to work there and now I am am proud to be a customer!

Optimize is awesome! They explained everything clearly and were very patient! The install team was very professional and respectful. They tested and adjusted everything to make sure it was turnkey. They took care of everything from permits to testing. They started and finished it all in one day.The only thing that had to wait was for the gas approval. I would definitely recommend!

Home generator:Last year I saw an advertisement on Facebook for Generac. I responded but never heard back. A few weeks ago I received an email from Optimize Generator People in Baton Rouge (local Generac dealership) and scheduled an appointment. The sales rep Aubrey Newman presented an exceptional presentation and I purchased the generator. They offered an interest free loan or longer terms with competitive interest rates.The process of permits, installation, Entergy turning off and on of electricity, and Atmos upgrading meter has been tedious but Optimize has an excellent communication process via email, phone calls and hard copy printed step-by-step instructions.Aubrey, the office staff and especially the installers have been awesome. Zack and the crew were professional and friendly. It has been a very pleasant experience and I TOTALLY recommend Optimize Generator People if you are considering purchasing a home generator.I think a home generator is like an insurance policy. I hope I never need it but I know I probably will. Mostly because I live in Louisiana. The day after I purchased the generator the prediction for 2024 hurricane season was released. . . and the conditions are more favorable this year for more storms than in all the years Colorado has been predicting.Just the peace of mind of not losing food in our refrigerators and freezers is worth the expense. Then knowing I wont be sitting in the dark sweating is a bonus.

I debated on installing a home standby generator for years. Over the years I priced several companies all of which installed generators as a sideline to their main primary business.Optimize was less expensive than all of them. Aubrey Newman the salesperson was informative, personable and not pushy in any way.I have been a general contractor for almost forty years working with many employees, subcontractors, and suppliers. I recognize talent and professionalism when I see it. The crew who showed up to install the generator was on time and worked as a well-oiled machine. Donzell Dukes was the lead and from the time they pulled up to the time they left was a shade over five hours. What is most impressive about that, I found out later, the crew is paid by the hour and not by the job. A typical crew would have drug the job out to make their time for the day. I look forward to working with Donzell again in the future.Scott Moore, the technician who initialized the generator was knowledgeable, informative and very receptive to all of my questions.I highly recommend Optimize for any generator needs.

We were/are thrilled with their service, knowledge, patience and dependability, especially during difficult and challenging weather events. In the midst of the recent severe weather conditions, Optimize EGS answered their phone every time we called no matter the time of day or night to respond to any question we might have had. One could not ask for a better organization to trust in times of need.
