6/13/2024 - Pack HVAC Services installed a evaporator coil and other associated components in my home air conditioning system. We were very pleased with the installation and the service. The installer, Mr. Alan, answered all of my questions, and did some repairs that were the result of past poor workmanship. The owner, Mr. Pack, was very helpful and courteous. TRANE HVAC parts were used to replace parts in my TRANE system.

I absolutely recommend Pack HVAC. I had an issue with my air conditioner not shutting off and Mardrel came out the same day and corrected the issue. Excellent and professional customer services. I have a PTAC unit that needed service and could not find anyone in my area to service it. I found PACK HVAC Services on the internet and gave them a call. Mardrel answered my call and came out the next day. He check every thing out and got the unit back up and running and was very knowledgeable and explained all the ins and outs of the unit as well as future care down the road. I highly recommend this company if you have any heating/Air issues and plan to contact them again for any future services.

Mr. Pack came out and replaced a 20 year old inside and outside unit with a brand new Trane system. Him and the technician were very polite and knowledgeable. Where do I begin….Pack HVAC did not disappoint! Air was blowing hot for a day or so. AC Breaker kept tripping. I called him on a Sunday morning and he arrived promptly! He checked the system out thoroughly and informed me step by step of what he was doing. Long story short my outdoor system had gone out! It was an older model Trane XL 1200 manufactured in 1993 which had been purchased by previous owners before I purchased the property, and worked great through the years with regular maintenance!! Nonetheless, Mr. Pack laid out my options and I went with a new unit, Trane of course. To my surprise it would be available the next day, Mr. Pack and his staff arrived the very next day and removed the old unit and installed the new one. They were kind, professional, attentive and hauled off everything. My new unit is so much more energy efficient, quiet, and blows like an Arctic blast! I recommend Pack HVAC for all of your AC needs! Pack HVAC services came to the rescue! My A/C unit unexpectedly stopped blowing cold air, the temperature in my home reached over 90 degrees. We were miserable! Our AC broke five years in August ago while my husband was on a business trip in China. I had to educate myself pretty quickly on HVAC systems. I met with three companies and decided to go with Pack HVAC for several different reasons. Mr. Pack didnt just quote me a price, he sat down and explained what SEER was, what variable speed was, and what my options were. I felt comfortable with PACK HVAC. Mr. Pack is beyond professional as are his employees. They are courteous, thorough, and I trust them without a doubt. Mr. Pack comes out twice a year to clean and inspect our unit and we have never had a problem. It runs beautifully, quietly, and has cut our electric bill in half. I have and would recommend Pack HVAC. I am also confident that if there ever was a problem, Mr. Pack would be here immediately. This is his company and the satisfaction of his customers is his priority.

If you’re looking for a company to service your AC/heating needs. Pack HVAC is definitely the company to call. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. My AC was cutting off and on for a few days. Called Pack HVAC and Mardrel came out the same day. Unfortunately the unit had to be replaced, but he didn’t hesitate with providing the necessary information to get a new unit in and installed to avoid us being in the heat. I’m truly thankful and grateful for his consideration and eagerness to resolve the issue. He and his employee worked diligently and quickly with getting the old unit out and the new one in, up and running. Now it’s like Antartica in here, lol. I would definitely recommend your services! I have used Pack HVAC Services for years now. They installed a new unit for me a few years ago and did not break the bank. They have done such a great job and have been so reliable that I never thought of using any other company. I have never had to wait on a repair. Whenever any issues arise, I feel comfortable sending a message and Pack HVAC is there no later then the next day. My unit stopped blowing cool late one evening and the owner came out that same night so I can sleep comfortably. This type of service is unheard of today. The really impressive part was when I had the new unit installed, they added an extended warranty from the manufacturer which has literally saved me thousands over the past 9 years. I would not have suggested or purchased it on my own but it has made all of the difference and I am glad they did it. If you are searching, look no further. You will not be disappointed!!!

My AC unit has had several problems with over producing condensation, electrical issues, past maintenance neglect, and Pack HVAC has basically restored it at a fraction of the cost of what a new unit would cost. Mardrel specifically, was very knowledgeable, time efficient, punctual, and professional. Our A/C went out right before the flood of 2016. Mardrel came out gave me 3 quotes on different systems and all the qualities of each one. I chose the system I wanted, and it was installed within 3 days. I had an issue with the heater the very first winter, I called him and he came out to check the unit, it was something in my breaker box and he helped me get it fixed. The fan motor went out just the other day, he came out immediately, pulled it and got the part the next day and made sure we were up and running again. I am now on the maintenance plan to catch things before they happen. He is very professional, hardworking and takes pride in his work. I would recommend him to ANYONE that asks.

I called To get a quote. I spoke to Mardrel Pack.At first I didt realize I was talking to the owner. In fact I didt realize he was the owner until he got to my house. He was at my house at the scheduled time.My appointment was on a Saturday and he had a stop to make after servicing my unit. He explained everything he was doing with the units. He also explained all the details in ways I understood. Trust me I ask a lot of questions. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was a hassle. He did a thorough job. He checked everything and also stated what was best to do. He didt pressure to sell me any products. And he also didt try and screw me over by saying my unit needed Freon. I watched as he put the gauges on my outside unit and checked the Freon levels. I know how to read the gauges to tell if I needed any or not. Freon wasn’t at a 100% but it wasn’t bad enough to need any. I knew it didt need any and I waited to see what he said. Unlike so many others I’ve dealt with in the past, he stated it’s not a 100% full but it’s totally fine. The dude is one thousand percent reliable. As long as HVAC is around. I know I’m not using any other AC COMPANY.

My aged mother called Pack to come over to check out an abnormal sound she heard which she thought was coming from the attic. None of her kids were in town and it was a Sunday. Before Pack arrived, she realized the sound was coming from an electric toothbrush in the trash can. When Pack got there and she explained what it was, he was courteous and wouldn’t let her pay him.
