This is the second major project at our home that we have used Magnolia for. We are very satisfied with the product of our complete demo and rebuild. Philip always made sure to stay in communication with us even when we had delays. His team was professional always moving a car if needed or willing to explain why they may be doing this or that. We will use them in the future and look forward to watching them grow with this type of work!

I will always recommend this company to anyone I can for all their repair and remodeling needs! MPS replaced my roof, drywall repair and plumbing work for my home and I’m so pleased with not only the work that was done but the professionalism that was shown throughout the entire process. They were helpful in walking me through the insurance process to get my roof replaced and always assured that everything would work out and it did. I like that they also stuck to their timeline with getting the project completed on time too. They definitely were a blessing to me and I hope that they get a lot of business because they deserve it!

Working with Magnolia has been great so far. We are a new customer of theirs and how theyve handle us has been great. We had issues with previous painter, Fantastic Cleanings LLC, not showing up. Magnolia came through and showed out. Not only did they do their schedule paints, they took on even more, to help me stay afloat and not fall too behind my schedule. Phillip definitely help make this a smooth transition. I would highly recommend using Magnolia for almost ALL your needs! Glad we have this new business relationship!

I contacted Magnolia Property Solutions on recommendation of a friend to do some ceiling repair and painting. The price they quoted was very reasonable and they were able to get people out to do the work within a few days of giving me a quote. The workers showed up on time (and in masks!) and completed the work quickly and professionally. Would definitely use again!

First let’s start with professionalism! These guys answered every call/email in a timely manner and worked around my schedule. The crew is awesome and very knowledgeable about their work. Contractor was honest and straight forward throughout the process, did not come off as if I was a lesser priority. Was responsive throughout the process. Provided a clear scope of work and documentation. Quality of work was good and workers were not lazy, but very proactive. I dont think I couldve been happier. Even my dad remarked at how well they cleaned up after themselves each day. Easy and flexible invoicing options were provided and work which I thought might take a week plus a few days was completed in approximately 4-5 days.

I absolutely love Magnolia Property. This company has truly been a blessing to me in my time of need. I first had them install gutters on my house. About a year or so later they painted my kitchen cabinets and installed knobs. My friends and family love my new kitchen upgrade. They were fast and professional. Finally Magnolia property had to repair a bedroom that was damage by a car! Right upon contacting Phillip, his team began their work! He made the whole process a lot less frustrating and easy! The quality of work is amazing. I recommend Magnolia property to everyone. They are professional, knowledgeable, fast, affordable but most importantly trustworthy!
