Now, we have peace of mind going into cooler temps. He didnt try to convince us something wasnt right or needed to be cleaned just to get a commission (Ive had other companies do this). Definitely glad I switched to Fire and Ice.

Excellent work on a carrier mini split install. Arrived on time, finished all the work in one day.A day after install, one of the indoor units (heads) began making a clicking noise. They sent someone out that day to check on it. They verified that it was a factory defect and ordered a new head and replaced the unit with no headache or hassle. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

After an inadequate HVAC installation by ANOTHER company that was contacted by the General Contractor during remodeling, Nick has come in and corrected the situation by adding 3 returns and installing 2 Ecobee Thermostat systems with monitors. It has totally changed the heating ang cooling dynamics of the home. Nick is highly knowledgeable and easy to work with.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My air went completely out in a storm. It was old anyway and time to replace the whole unit. I called at least 15 people to come out and give me an estimate. Fire and ice was the only ones who didn’t try to get over on me because I am a woman. One company told me $10,280 that’s not including the interest. Fire and ice did the job with a price thousands of dollars less with the best interest rate I could have possibly got. I got a top brand and they had it done in just a few days. It took less than two hours for them to remove the old one and have the new one up and running and that says a lot because I have a package unit. Save time and just call fire and ice. Brittany and Nick are gonna give you the best price. I know. I called sears,Accu temp, one hour river city and that’s just a few. I did my homework and I promise you fire and ice can’t be beat. Thank you Nick and Brittany. I wish I could give 20 stars. Now my kids are freezing.

I ended up choosing Fire and Ice because of their competitive pricing and reputation. I literally couldve bought a new car for what one of the companies quoted me. Fire and Ice replaced my 3.5 ton system for about $800 more than what the gentlemen working out the back of his truck quoted me.
