The earliest appointment we could get was 4 days out after calling 3 different places, my 4th call was to Savior & they were out within 45 minutes of calling! Savior did some gas plumbing for me. They had to move my stove. It was working before they moved it the next day I was going to cook dinner, and my stove didn’t work called savior the next day and had one of their technicians come out and look at my stove and they fixed it. I am very satisfied.

Once again Savior Service Company cameto our rescue. We found a wet place on our bedroom carpet and were unable to find the source of the leak under the slab. I called a local company and was told it would be April before they could come. I contacted Savior service and they came that same week, located the leak and rerouted the cold water pipes through the attic. Weve used this amazing company 3 times - all three weekend emergencies. And, they are AWESOME. They are so professional and really transparent. We moved out to this area unfamiliar with many things of having such a large rural property, and weve had some big surprises along the way as well as unfortunately some really horrible/ nightmare experiences with some of the area companies.We can rely on these guys, though. If I could rate them a thousand stars I would. They keep going until the job is done, tested, and in good order. Were so thankful for them - give them a shot. This is our second time to use Savior for plumbing problems that have emerged as our house has gotten older and plumbing problems start to pop up. They did a great job both times! I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem in the Austin/Cedar Creek area. They helped us to understand what was going on with the plumbing in our house and worked to help prevent more problems from happening in the future. Most recently, they went the extra distance to fix the problem with our hot water heater, coming out after hours to get the job done. Well done!

Joedaniel answered our call late Saturday night and came in to help assess a backflow problem early Sunday morning. He was very professional, polite, thorough, and found the problem quickly. Our issue would require a repair job but he set us up to function well enough until he could come back and do the repair job at a very affordable price. Even our family from out of town that were staying with us were impressed with him, his professionalism, and service. We would highly recommend him and his staff!

We needed a new water heater and JD quickly came to my house and gave me a great quote on a new Rheem professional classic plus electric water heater (model PRO+E50 T2 RH95 EC1), in addition to the installation of a pressure regulating valve and expansion tank. Within a few days (mostly my delay) he and his team came to install it and do the other work. He was very courteous, communicated well, and thoughtful to take care of our house and property. Our old unit was facing an awkward position in the attic, so he changed the direction of the new unit so that it is much easier to maintain and service while also replacing and adding some plywood decking. He even showed me how to make a minor plumbing repair on one of our bathtubs. I will definitely call him and Savior Service Co. for plumbing work in the future.

I had water leaking underneath my garage - and it was through the hot water pipes going to one of the bathrooms. JD and Kevin arrived early morning, spent some time debugging and isolating the problem to root cause it, and then re-routed the hot water connection to the bathroom through the attic. They were professional and knew what they were doing, and also tried minimizing the drywall cutouts. I would highly recommend them for your next plumbing job !

It was a large area that was flooded but were able to pinpoint the leak within minutes, gave a very reasonable estimate, and were done within an hour! Such a relief.
