Jesse and El came out and installed a new dish washer for me. They responded quickly and came out for an initial work assessment even quicker!The job required doing some delicate cutting into some beautiful cabinetry I would be hard pressed to replaced. I see now that I had nothing to fear. The dishwasher fits perfectly and they insulated it so well that I can’t hear it running! The best part was that they carefully cut the unused cabinetry out and reused it to trim out both the dishwasher and a new oven that I couldn’t get a trim kit for. On top of all of that they even fixed a cabinet door with a stripped out screw under my sink without being asked or asking for an extra compensation.I really appreciated the care and attention to detail that they show. They were very professional and courteous. I HIGHLY them for any handyman type of work you have that requires careful attention to detail. 5 Stars, easily!

This family run local Bastrop business has two owners who are equally impressive as far as knowledge and effort! We are very impressed with their git er done professional attitude in assessing and repairing our expensive Forno stove and oven from Home Depot. They handle all kinds of work and projects and we are definitely having them back for more repairs and fixes. Very trust worthy and seem honest, their prices are extremely fair with an hourly rate and small trip charge to our rural home. Cannot say enough good things about this awesome local business!

Appliance Delivery/Installation/Haul-Away (Dishwasher) Service*If I could provide a 10-Star Rating on this installation, I would!* Originally scheduled to have our dishwasher installed on Saturday, 26-Nov, we received a call on Monday, 21-Nov asking if we were available to have it installed that evening.*Without hesitation, we said YES (even though we were away from our residence at the time).*Jesse and El were BEYOND patient in waiting for us to get home before going to pick up our appliance from Lowes Home Improvement (around 7pm)* After some confusion at Lowes (they were showing my order had been cancelled) we were able to straighten things out with the Appliances Department. They managed to pick it up and get on the road to our place* Jesse and El were both extremely pleasant and professional during the install, and when we came across a potential roadblock (a plumbing fitting was leaking), Jesse was able to fix it and complete the job.* I am most impressed with their patience and persistence in seeing the job through to completion!I would MOST HIGLY recommend Rinelli Services and would call them again in the future for my installation needs.

Fantastic experience!! I contacted them on Monday and they were able to come out and complete the work by Friday. They replaced 3 ceiling in just a couple of hours. The price was also very fair. I would 100% recommend them the anyone and will use them for any future projects.

The two folks who came to mount our TV were so kind and helpful! They bought the hardware we needed and got the job done very quickly. With the added price of the mount (~$150), the service ended up costing us about $350. I would definitely recommend hiring Rinelli Services for your home project if youd like help from some lovely and competent professionals.

Jesse and his wife are good people in my opinion. Its cool seeing a husband and wife team working together. They communicated with us on our closet project. We had a shelf completely detach from the wall because the hangers werent anchored properly. We noticed our other closet was doing the same thing. I text Jesse photos and he made an assessment over the phone. His wife then emailed me the terms. Due to circumstances my Wife and I were only available on a Friday. They accommodated our time and showed up today. Here are my observations on them.1. Friendly and dont try to sell you an act.2. As business owners and workers they have good synergy. His Wife handled equipment just as Jesse did. Be it the nail gun or impact.3. They are quick to make adjustments if they have to. The two of them work fast but not sloppy.4. They are reasonable and offer solutions rather than automatically trying to eclipse your budget for more work.5. Jesse and El were great to deal with! Their response was very prompt and they went through all the details of our drywall repair, including pricing, prior to coming out.I was playing catch with my 100 lb. Labrador Retriever inside the house and he ran into the wall and put a decent size hole in it. Jesse and El came out and repaired the hole in the drywall, but then also textured that area so it perfectly matched the texturing on the rest of the wall. After it was painted you couldn’t notice any difference at all in that area.They did a great job, communicated throughout the entire process, and their pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I am SO thankful for having Rinelli Services now be an essential part of my “home maintenance” team. I hired Rinelli Services through Home Depot Pro Referral after being unable to book my regular plumber. Yes! I had an emergency DIY fail with my kitchen sink. My regular plumber did not respond, and when they did later, they had no openings. That’s okay because I found Rinelli Services! When I called RS, their schedule was already booked, but they listened to me and then walked me through some steps to mitigate the immediate issue. They then scheduled an appointment with me for the following morning (so they had to start their day much earlier to fit me in and still honor their other customers). Needless to say, they came out as scheduled and completed the initial project in record time. This allowed time to address some of my home’s non-urgent plumbing issues, and two non-plumbing tasks (yes, ask them what else they do) - all completed within the time allotted for the original purpose of the visit. I am SO pleased. Do you see why I said they are now an essential part of my home maintenance team? Efficient. Personable. Caring. Professional. Fair. Affordable. Thank you Rinelli Services!

Jesse and El were wonderful to work with! Responsive over text as we planned out the job, timely and flexible when we realized I bought a hood vent that didn’t fit my existing ventilation. They ended up doing a custom job on the fly and rebuilt the Ventilation to accommodate my hood, and mounted it all beautifully. I’m very excited about the final result, and plan on using them for all future contract projects I need!

Jesse and his helper were absolutely amazing. I had a very unusual situation with my dishwasher install that had been done initially by a friend. The dishwasher was floating and not aligning with the latch and the top mount brackets were not applicable to my space. Jesse found a way to secure the install and was more than fair on the price. In his words, it was not his usual professional install, but he figured out a way to work with what we had and to keep me from having to buy a new dishwasher. I highly recommend Rinelli Services and will be calling them again and again for other projects at my home. Thank you for such professionalism and honesty.

Jesse and his wife helped us hang a very large, very heavy mirror which we had the mounting equipment for but would never have been able to put up by ourselves as it was so high up the wall. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and helped make extra sure the mirror would be secure by finding a couple extra studs in the wall that were only present high up and not at ground level.
