My AC wasn’t cooling properly. I called around to other places that all told me they couldn’t come out until next week. I called Parobek and the told me same day or the next. Anthony Maldonado came out and provided excellent service and explained everything in detail as to what was going on! I recommend them to anyone with AC trouble. And ask for Anthony Maldonado he even fixed my fence that was loose!!! A 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!!!

Anthony was very knowledgeable and super nice. The communication from the office and dispatcher were great as well. All issues found and plans to resolve them were shared in easy to understand language and very professional. Unfortunately, our repair required a new coil that needs to come from the warehouse in Austin but Anthony took the time to answer all my questions and confirm we had a good solution in place to keep us cool until the new coil arrives and we get scheduled for the swap.

We had a toilet leaking at the base, ruining some flooring. Jarrett and John were just here to repair our HVAC unit after we ran into issues with the thermostat resetting every time the heat tried to kick on. They were absolutely fantastic. In fact, the whole experience has been. We set up our service call online last night, and first thing this morning one of their staff called to confirm the appointment and get a bit more detailed info. I didnt get her name but she was friendly, quick and professional. About an hour later she called to let me know the crew was on the way and a rough estimate on arrival time. Jarrett and John showed up and were just as friendly and professional, even wearing boot covers in our not at all fancy house to protect our not at all fancy floors. They diagnosed the issue in no time flat, then gave me a few options for fixing it, all ranging in price. It was great knowing I had some choice in what direction we went in. We also made the choice to finance the repair, and even that process was a snap. We were approved in literally 3 minutes, and the guys were already underway on the work. They ended up installing a float in our condensate pan that was missing, cleaned our outside unit (which apparently had not been cleaned or serviced in years), installed a new thermostat that will work with our unit, and even sealed up a couple holes in the floor they found to keep rodents out. I had been seeing their ads and trucks everywhere for a couple years now, and I definitely see why theyre everywhere! The entire team is great to work with. Pricing felt reasonable, and the warranty is a real reassurance. 10/10 would not only call them again, but Ill be recommending them to everyone. Thanks yall!

However the company pricing was way over the top! The company charged us $280 to replace one rubber washer. The cost just doesnt justify the work that was done.

Second time using Parobek, this time for the downstairs unit. It had gone into safety lockout and would not come on. Called Parobek and they had someone out to our place ASAP.Jarrett showed up and quickly diagnosed the high pressure lockout. Upon inspection, he found the coils almost completely clogged with dust and accumulation. For a very fair price, Jarrett cleaned out the coils and returned the unit to as-new operation. Jarrett also verified no other issues with the unit. Blowing snowballs downstairs now.Jarrett was super professional and knowledgeable. He even returned our hose and sprinkler back to where it was. Details like that stand out to me. Parobek cares and takes care of business. Thanks Parobek!

Parobek is AWESOME!!!! We recently bought and moved into our new home and had issues with the water heater pilot light staying lit. We were hearing several different stories about what the issue could be. Champion Homes wanted to find a local, qualified person to fix the issue. I reccommended two local Plumbing/HVAC companies. Champion contacted them and the wait was going to be at least a week out.That night at almost 6:00 pm Gayle called me to find out more information and scheduled a technician the next morning. Justin was great. He explained the type of water heater we have and what it needs. The pilot light stayed lit and we had hot water for almost 24 hours when I ran the dishwasher. Of course, it was a Saturday afternoon and we thought, Well give the water time to reheat. it never did. My husband called Parobek, left a message and I responded to the email confirmation of the visit.Justin called my husband back on Sunday morning at 7:03 to schedule his return visit on Monday afternoon.Upon further investigation, the issue was found, corrected and we have hot water in our new home and the pilot light is staying lit.The whole crew at Parobek was GREAT!!!!!! I am so thankful that the were responsive and knowledgable. We will definitely be calling them for any plumbing or HVAC needs in the future!

Today Marcos Contreras came and performed a static sewer line test. Noticing that our water pressure at the toilet was strong he suggested that he measure our Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) located near water meter. He discovered that it was about 40 PSI over recommended setting.From the moment I greeted Marcos at the door until he left I was quite impressed with his respect towards me, his listening skills, his professional knowledge and his interpersonal skills. I experienced Marcos as genuine in his concern for me and my home. My only regret is not finding Parobek years ago! Jarrett was the first to respond to our AC emergency over the Fourth of July weekend and he was such a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and educate my husband and I on our unit and the issues our unit was experiencing. Their pricing and rates are very reasonable compared to their competitors. We had used Christianson for years and the experience between them and Parobek was night and day. I will never use Christianson again! Chase came out and gave us an estimate on a new unit which we will be needing soon. He was very knowledgeable and focused on options that fit our needs. Our pressure tank for our well failed over the weekend and left our family without water. Nick C. came out first thing in the morning to assess the situation. He was very professional and felt personally invested in helping our water get turned back on. We thought we had a clogged sink in our camper. I had already tried using a plumbing snake but couldnt seem to unclog the sink. We called Parobek on a Friday night and they were able to come out Saturday morning. Michael Rangel was the Drain Cleaning Specialist that came out. He was extremely polite and personable. I let him know our situation and the things I tried. He explained the options and pricing before starting. He tried a couple different things but it seemed that the sink was still not draining. This is our first camper and was told by the previous owner that the tanks had been merged, so the black and grey are together. I ended up looking again under the camper and found another drain handle that was further up underneath. I pulled that handle and found out, it is the drain for the sink. All through this Michael was patient and thinking of different solutions as well. Michael ended up giving us a huge discount since there wasnt actually any blockage in the sink pipes. But now we know that they are at least clean since he ran about 40 feet of plumbing snake through them.

He examined her septic and determined we needed a different type of plumber to come out and help us. Then on June 9th Patrick Sanchez came out to help us. I am completely satisfied with their service. He was OnPoint. Fixed our kitchen sink leak and installed a new faucet that doesn’t leak and it’s beautiful. Hopefully we won’t be needing his services again, but if so, I will definitely be contacting Parobek !! If you’re looking for follow through this is the company to come to.Today September 20 Jarrett came to fix our dryer vent. He was very professional and friendly and had the issue fixed very quickly.I called Parobek regarding a water heater issue. I had someone come out the same day. Given the age of the water heater and the fact it had been sitting full of water for seven months while I was displaced due to a fire, I decided to replace the water heater. Terry and Sam arrived earlier than scheduled which was awesome and they were very professional and helpful. There was an issue with the delivery of the new water heater, but they waited patiently and stayed until it was delivered and then got it up and running very quickly. I was extremely impressed with both gentlemen and the service provided by Parobek, including the surprisingly affordable cost. I will definitely use them again.

Chase Parobek came out himself on the problem we were having getting our appointments right. He and one of their team members came out and took care of us. He apologized for what happened to us, and he stated that as a professional, this shouldnt have happened. They made it right once he found out his staff was scheduling the appointments that were pushing us back for customers whose air conditioning wasnt working. I accepted his apology and said that them showing up today and following through on the job was appreciated and agreed to let others know that they acknowledged their mistakes and made an honest effort to set things straight.

Nicolas assistance with our water heater leak was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem quickly, repaired it right away and adjusted our water pressure due to it being a bit high with new construction nearby. While he was out, we asked him to take a look at a toilet connection that had been leaking also and he repaired it quickly and efficiently. We truly appreciate his assistance with our plumbing needs and that he is so friendly and personable. We will definitely call Parobek again when we have any plumbing issues.

While waiting for Nick to finish the appointment before mine, Parobek called me several times to update me on his progress. This courtesy was very much appreciated.Part 2Terry Cook & Landon, his apprentice plumber, were assigned by Parobek to install my new water heater & to perform maintenance on the second. These two were consummate professionals. They were friendly, attended to business, and were attentive to all of my questions and addressed any concern I brought up. They were a highly knowledgeable team & I would recommend them to anyone I know.Part 3Terry returned, this time with Jacob, to replace the kitchen faucet, which had become blocked up by sediment from the damaged water heater that Terry & Landon replaced a couple of days before. They, again, did an outstanding job. Towards the end of this job, I asked Terry to look at the connections to the clothes washer. This is an old house & upgrades/repairs have been needed for a long time. Terry examined the connections, quoted me a reasonable price for the replacement & repair, and we scheduled another visit. On Oct 5, 2024, I contacted Parobek about an issue with a walk-in tub that was not getting hot water. I use this company for all my plumbing, heating and cooling needs, and have always received prompt and excellent service. Sat the 5th was no exception! I had told them up front that another plumbing company had done repairs on it before, but I did not want to use them ever again, even though I had a warranty on repairs and services. Marcos Contreras was the plumbing specialist who came out and was able to fix the problem for me! I love the attention to detail and customer service and professionalism this company provides, and highly recommend them! Thank you!On November 13th, Jude Gonzales did a full plumbing inspection as part of my first yearly maintenance agreement. Not only was he extremely professional and thorough, he actually had me turn faucets to off positions they would need to be turned to in case of a leak, and showed me the turn off valve on my water softener if I needed to quickly turn off water to my entire house. I have invoices to consider for a new hot water heater, disposal, washing machine hoses and various valves. I appreciate his time and patience, communication skills and listening to my concerns, and will continue to use Parabec for my plumbing needs.On June 24,2024, Jeff performed my annual water service. He was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He tested my water pressure and water quality, two things that had not been done before. I would recommend Parobek and Jeff to my neighbors and friends!It n Fri, July 26,2024, I had a new 5 ton Rheem air conditioner installed by Mauricio Razo and Junior Contreras and their team of three. I was very pleased with the courteous, friendly and professional way they treated me, explaining what all they would do and then going over the installation of my new air conditioner. The sound board they installed in the open area below the unit in the house which is behind my vent and filter, have given me a quiet home for the first time since moving in. I no longer hear a roaring sound when the unit turns on! They also reset my programable thermostat so that I can can raise or lower the temperature at will.Because of their excellent service ,friendly customer relations,both over the phone and in person, I will contact them for all my heating, air and plumbing needs now and for years to come.
