    Quick response and expert service by really great guys! Responded in 24 hours to my hot water outage. Installed a new water heater in a little over an hour. I always use this company when I need service. You cant go wrong! Thank you Osborn!

    We had an emergency with our water softener, as the water line appeared to be leaking. They had someone at our door in less than 30 minutes. The technician was friendly, explained the issue in simple terms, showed us the problem, and outlined the repair plan. They also warranty their work! When the old PVC they tied into gave way the next day, they came out immediately, even after hours, and repaired it free of charge with no questions asked. Wow!

    The owner of Osborn Plumbing made the first home call to see the need.He explained to me what needed to be done. I needed a new product than what I had. Mine was in bad shape.He scheduled the date and time. Everyone came on time. They were very polite and helpful as they walked me through what they would be doing.They cleaned up the stuff they needed to throw away and left everything as clean as before.I would highly recommend anything you need help with in the Plumbing arena- use Osborn Plumbing.     We asked Osborn Plumbing to replace an old sewer line running along the side of our house that had become unusable. The guys that came out to do the work were friendly and very professional.     Thank you LJ and Leon for showing up on such a wet day. Had standing water in my yard for several weeks and no idea where it was coming from. The rain was not helping, but after they figured out it wasn’t the water coming “to” the house, they dug up a septic sprinkler close by and found a bad crack on it and water gushing out when the sprinkler was activated. They replaced it and found no more leaks. These guys came prepared with a portable canopy to work under and a positive attitude. Thanks for taking care of our problem.

    Called Osborn this morning and James arrived at noon and the leaking toilet was repaired by 1 pm. Amazingly good service. Wed been waiting a week for repair by USA Plumbing (1 rating out of 5 with BBB) which was referred by the Old Republic Home Warranty. Both USA Plumbing and Old Republic are now history for us!Osborn has been excellent every time weve called when other failed.     Used Osborne because of the Google Reviews and some friends vouched for them. Replaced a leaking tank water heater and installed a water line for my new fridge.     Gas line installation. There were several items listed to run a gas line to on the original quote. I determined that the two ovens were electric and told them when they got here.     Osborn Plumbing (Michael Osborn) initially installed our Rheem Water Heater in June, 2019. The installation was done perfectly. October, 2021 this same water heater (connections) developed a pin hole leak in the copper piping. Michael did not feel that after 16 months the pipe should fail so he replaced both connections, not just the problem pipe, and would not charge us for the call. We completely trust Osborn Plumbing and know they are a company with integrity, competence, reliability, professionalism and friendliness.     Tried to save money by hiring my son-in-law who needed the money. I wanted for him to change the toilet seat and put in a new bidet. It took him two days, a lot of frustration and when he left everything leaked and I ended up with water all over the bathroom and my guest room. I called Osborne theyve always done me right and this was no exception. Turns out that the bidet had a faulty connection and it was not my son-in-laws fault except that he didnt see that he just felt like he wasnt getting it right. And I found another reason why I shouldnt use the 2000 flushes, that blue dye is everywhere! It took them two hours to fix it because they had to replace the fitting it took him a bit while to figure out what it was. Everything is good now and every time I try to not use a plumber I end up needing it more than ever and paying a lot more than I should have. I just dont seem to be able to learn that. Thank you I was born plumbing and especially Skip, who has been as much a part of downtown as I have.
